Days Inn by Wyndham Toronto West Mississauga

Very poor service! Do not recommend this hotel, as they will take a double deposit without asking, and then refuse to compensate anything to you even though they left you with no money. The breakfast was also not good, the lady serves you and gives you barely any food. (edit since they want to lie on the review, they took 366$ from me, I am here for an event and was not able to attend because they took my money and refuse to return it until July 1st it is June 24th the deposit was taken off my credit card and debit card)

If you need a place to stay in-between flights thats about all this is worth. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and, the quality is beyond subpar. No options for room changes/ better accommodations. Loud mini fridge. No microwaves. Small “cheap”, thin towels. I had booked this as a little “getaway” for the weekend and I am extremely disappointed with the outcome, as pictures created a false sense of comfort. Extreme slow elevator for only 3 flights, more convenient to walk. My own fault for not doing deeper research.

Rooms smelled like stale water. Even in the morning when I ran to the car and came back into the room, I was blusted by the same stink in the room. Ewww.booked the room through expedia for 200 a night. Got completelly different smaller room. When broght smell and room size to the attention of receptionist, was offere to upgrade for $60. Jokes on me. Will never ever consider this place or franchise again.

My Daughter arrived in Toronto from the Philippines last 23rd of January this year, and she checked-in in this hotel for an overnight stay. She paid 152.78$ for room rates plus 100$ for deposit, and The Deposit supposedly is refundable but, it's been a month already and My Daughter didn't receive any refund from this hotel that supposedly it goes back to my daughter's account. "If they really return the refund money the bank incharge here in the Philippines would have seen the transaction even if its still pending. " Before my Daughter left Toronto she did a multiple follow ups and the last time she called they didn't answer anymore. What a SCAM!

Pretty basic hotel. Had a booking, made by family member to receive a employee discount. They checked us in, with our documentation- no problem. Then, nothing was shared with us until check out, stating that the discounted rate couldn't be applied for reasons "out of their control. " Wish we would have known this at the time of check in- as we would have stayed somewhere closer to the international center (for an event we were attending) I will not stay at this location again, I do not accept when people just shrug their shoulders and say that there's nothing they can do. Spent almost $200 for the night, we were 15 minutes out of route.hindsight 20/20.we could have gone to a 4 star for the same price at that point.

Me and my husband stayed in the hotel for one week. The location of hotel is very convenient. Even the airport is close by. The bus stops are nearby. There are many restaurants around the hotel. We were very pleased by the staff especially Vishal at the front desk who helped us to book a local taxi. Overall it was a good experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Vishal at the front desk is very very nice, polite and provided Excellent service. In my room I got a courtesy call and he asked how was my room. The room which Vishal upgraded me was outstanding, very clean, spacious and amazing! Definitely recommend to stay at this Days Inn!

4.5! This place was great. Stayed there for an early morning flight since it was 15 minutes away. Breakfast was simple but good. Rooms were clean and updated. Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly. Would stay again.

Walls have no acoustic insulation and the neighbour's room TV was on all night, couldn't sleep.walls between the rooms has lights bleeding in ceiling from the other room. I saw a mouse running in the room as well (not a joke). Terrible stay avoid at all cost.

The room was very nice and updated recently. Staff was very helpful and polite. The only thing I would do differently is to bring my own towels next time. Their towels are kind of small. Overall we had a great experience.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, but we did not like not being able to serve ourselves.

Our room has left over cannabis from previous guests, the elevator took way to long, and very limited accessibility for our daughter who's in a wheelchair

Booked a room here for an emergency overnight trip to Toronto. The room was good enough to sleep in, nothing else. The wallpaper was peeling in many places. The continental breakfast consisted of boiled eggs and dry hash brown potatoes. Not the greatest. Staff was friendly, though.

The staff was amazing and very polite. The rooms were clean and comfy. The over all stay was amazing. Only down fall was no microwave to warm up food.
Other than that I would stay again if I was back in mississauga

My flight was cancelled so I had to find an accomodation for the night. I had a very good stay in this hotel and the guy at the reception was very helpful. I do really recommend it!
