Just spent 1 night here. But the service and hospitality was top notch. One and only complaint was loud neighbors. But even then, they shut it down by 10: 30 pm. Definitely recommend!
This is a run down hotel entrance to the lobby seems sad they put us in a room that wasn't clean he openly admitted later after inspection moved us to a new room with working air conditioning but the elevator is the biggest problem it really makes a clunking sound makes you think it's days are numbered they did lower my rate by twenty dollars
I tried booking with your app, choosing the dates and room type I wanted with the price you said. Yet when I went to fill in my reservation the price increased by over 25$ per night. Not fair!
We had a wonderful experience here. We were very nervous about our car as we were heading up North to go camping and had all of our gear. This is one of the few hotels with cameras and underground parking in the Soo. And the front staff made special note to keep an eye on our car. The service was amazing. Our first room hasn’t been cleaned, so they bumped us up to a suite and the concierge personally went to check that the room was ready for us. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also quite good and has great weekday meal deals (we had wing and beer combos), which is exactly what we wanted after 9 hours of driving. We even snuck in a couple games of pool before heading to sleep. The suite was very nice. Would stay again here if ever in the Soo.
I was there in the month of august 2023.it was a nice place to be. Buliding is kind of old but Rooms are great nice and clean.front desk guys they are very kind and polite.and they do have lovely complimentary breakfast.eggs were well cooked so as sausages.and they do have bread, yogurts, muffins, juices cereals etc.nice combination of protein and carbs.
The guy name SAM at breakfast services he is awesome and happy to serve to the tables if we need anything. Thank you Daysinn team for everything. I really enjoyed my stay there.hope to see you soon!
Room and common areas were very clean, parking was safe and well maintained, staff were lovely. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe staying here and would happily return.
I wish I can give them zero star. Worst hotel ever. Bad service, smelly and dirty room, everything is lower than a one star motel. Not recommend. Don’t waste your money in here, try the Holiday Inns next door which is so much better
Rahul Sharma is an amazing receptionist and then we have Sameer in the morning breakfast area who will take care of your food in the morning. Overall a very nice and safe place
Great location! Right downtown, across from the mall. Steps away from the waterfront. Price was great at $158 a night. Only downfall was my room was close to the front lobby, so it was very noisy.
Booked a pet friendly room online. Was given balance. When checking in clerk told me they changed my booking from two double beds to two queens. Ok so I go get my pet to our room, go back for baggage and was called over and told my room was not pet friendly so we had to move, back to what i originally booked. When checking out I was charged for pet. So I was double billed for pet. Place is a dump and they ripped us off. Won't be back.
Always stay at this hotel in Sault Ste. Marie when visiting the city. Very friendly staff and the rooms are super clean. Love that it has an underground parking lot. Highly recommend staying here.
