Excellent customer service here! I found the staff at Daystar very helpful, with good suggestions as to how to accomplish a small one-off project I was working on. In fact, I was surprised at how willing they were to do a job that couldn't even be called a batch, let alone a quantity order. They kept to the agreed deadline, too. Highly recommended.

Great place to get all your stitching done. One minor caution is to ensure you’re putting a good logo or badge on quality product. I had a custom shirt that ended up having a wrinkling around the logo and it was my problem to deal with because the logo wasn’t easy to work with? In any case, 9/10 good experiences makes up for the one bad.

I was absolutely disappointed with my sweater that was made by this business. I was not happy with how it looked. I brought the sweater in and told them I was not happy and they were not willing to help me because I had already paid ($140) for it. I said the sweater was supposed to be all embroidered and yet they put plastic lettering on the one sleeve and not only that it was on backwards. The one lady behind the counter said to me “ what’s the problem, didn’t you know it’s all the rage now! ” She was very condescending and rude. Very disturbing. I went to the better business bureau which gives them the opportunity to fix the issue however they never even responded to their emails which was very frustrating. I have had this sweater for about 7 months and the zipper doesn’t work and the plastic lettering is all cracked. Will never recommend this business to anyone.
