By far the worst company iv dealt with when it comes to just getting my money, you have to jump through 900 hoops and your card still won't work. It's impressive that the company is still in business. If you have an account with them I'd suggest getting your money out asap.

Received a true cash card from Westgate Resorts in Orlando
Received a card from Westgate several months ago for $75. Called tru cash several times because the card does not work. The last representative stated to run that I should run the card as credit and it can only be used at a supermarket or department store. Tried everything they told me and nothing works. Based on the reviews below and my experience, I will be notifying the treasury Dept, FDIC and BBB regarding this company. These are definitely scammers! I may never get back the $75 dollars but looking at even their responses tells me how unprofessional and shady this Company operates. No one needs to continue encountering this issue and it seems that these major Companies that use their services has no recourse! Enough is enough

Worst company. I was gifted three cards for $100 each. First time using it was fine. Second time, the cards keep getting declined so I have to call for the card to work again.
So far, I’ve had to call four times. I guess they figure if they make it inconvenient they get to keep my money.

Do not make any deal with this company, they are just scammers, you will never be able to use their cards, i have been charged to be connected to a platform, i paid my fees and we were never be able to use those cards, they promised a refund, i'm still waiting after 2 years, they shouldn't be in the business at all

A scam! This card doesn’t work anywhere! It’s so embarrassing getting declined everytime I try to use this card

Terrible experience - this company is likely making a fortune by making it too difficult to use this card and having customers give up. I received this card as a gift, activated it and used just over half the amount. Tried using my card later and was declined twice; checked my balance online AND phoned customer service to "re-activate" it. Customer service said it would work next time I use it. Tried using it again today and was declined. Phoned their number from the store and was on hold for over 40 min and gave up. Called again from home and after waiting 30 min, the service rep said that I had to activate my card online the same day that I was going to use it. Guess I'll try that and see what happens. And to think someone paid VISA to give this card to me. Strongly NOT recommended.

A horrible company that cancels cards out of the blue BEFORE the expiry date (the card was still valid for 8 months). One of the least professional companies that I've seen so far. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

I was given this card by SSB Bedding Company for my bonuses. It is terrible, you call and get your balance (which you’re charged a fee for) then you take your card to the ATM to withdraw the money and it says you have a zero balance which the company just told you was incorrect. You try to use it as a debit/credit card and it’s declined. It’s happened to me when I knew I had over 500-600 dollars in the account. Horrible service as well. When you try and speak with someone about your baleamce there’s never anyone to answer the call. I was asked to leave a message at 10AM and they’d call back when an operator was available. At 7 PM once I was home I received a call back (9 hours later!) and it was useless then too. Do not do business with this company.

Thieves and murderes. Them and Mobile Klinik did not pay for the phone i sold them
that was also the only thing i had left from being robbed by my ex.i have been on the street for a couple of weeks now, theres arctic wind and i havent eaten in days.i only have a shirt and pants.instead of giving me my money they decided to hold it and not allow me to buy a jacket for the freezing nights and some food.i even said that to mobile klinik & trucash.i did not hear anything back.im mostly likely going to freeze to death tonight

The card is proving unusable. Everywhere I try, it wants a PIN, yet Trucash won't issue one and just says to try another place.

Stay away from this company. We made a major mistake using them for us thinking we'd have a simple gift payout system that has turned into a nightmare.

I visited Turcash group of Companies regarding my pay issues due to de-activation of Trucash Card. Miss. Diana and her team members sought my problem. She treated me so good and assisted me to resolve the issue and return my money via active card even within 24 hours. I shall appriciate their services that they provided me. There’s no easy way to check balance. If you check the balance through an automated phone system, they charge $0.25. Alternatively, you can wait to speak to an agent and check the balance, but will require 15-20 minutes wait.

Terrible and inconsistent service, I received a trucash card from my workplace to distribute a share of gratuities. I have been unable to access my funds despite repeated log ins by phone and online as well as calls and emails to customer service. GIVE ME MY MONEY!

Don't bother with these. I had purchased as Christmas gifts and we had problems everytime we went to use them. Plus the company hours aren't convenient if you live out west.

Absolutely horrible customer service - they pull money out of our account and don't load it on the prepaid cards, no response to emails or phone calls

The worst company. I have been trying to call for THREE weeks. I have a Bell Visa gift card which has been loaded by Bell, however it keeps getting declined. Nobody EVER answers the phone, or returns messages. As I see from other reviews, this seems to be a trend. Is this a fraudulent company?

Brutal company, very slow and poor service.
They don't reply to emails or return phone calls.
I have not been able to use by Bell Pre-Paid VISA for months.
Finally after getting access to see the card it shows a $0.00 balance.

I've been having issues with my Bell visa gift card for almost a year! I tried using it 3 times and no where would accept it. Trucash sent me a new card, and it still does not work. I called their company twice and both times as I was explaining my issue the customer service agent interrupted me and then hanged up! Don't know why they call themselves customer service when then are so extremely rude and unprofessional.

This company is a complete scam and avoid at all costs!

I received a defective bell gift card In February of 2021, it is now mid June and I am still trying to get the replacement card to work. They do not reply to emails and their phone lines are usually dead and say that they are not taking calls, even in the middle of a week day. The absolute worst service ever. I will never ever be taking a promo from any company that works through TruCash

I received a Bell gift card of $100 through Trucash. This is a scam. Trucash made it difficult for you to spend it. They want you to give it up and not use it.

Received a $150 virgin mobile gift card and like many others it does not work despite showing a full balance online. I have called and left messages half a dozen time (of course you cannot get through to customer service direct), but no one responds. I think this companies whole business model is to scam people out of their gift card money by making it impossible to spend and then waiting for the card to expire.

If i could reveiew less then 1 stars i would, called 3 times over 2 hours worth of wait no answer.plus when you go to press 1 for them to call you, their answer box is full. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED

This company is a joke. I've been trying to get the bell gift card they issued to work for 6 months. No one responds and when they do nothing.

Received prepaid Visa through Virgin Mobile promotion. The card does not work. Tried calling for weeks, left messages, no one gets back to you. This company is a scam.

Bell sent me a gift card which was defective. They sent me a replacement card which had instructions to send trucash an email with old card number and new card number to get it activated. I have been following up with them for over a month and have received just one response, which is completely inaccurate. Their customer service number doesn't work, keeps repeating the same "all agents are busy message". They don't give you a call back when you leave a voice message.

I wish I could have a negative rating option.
For 1 gift card I called you guys for 3 time by waiting on an average of 20 minutes on each call, and mailed you but no replies from your side. Please just let me know, can I use the gift card or shall I garbage it?

I received a Bell gift card of $150 through Trucash. Trucash made it difficult for you to spend it. I registered according its instructions, didn't work, calling custom service is a nightmare, waiting for more than one hour, just hang up, three times finally talked to agent, he promised the card work, it doesn't, frustrated calling again and talked to one agent, reminded him this is the second calling, got promise again, never work, They want you to give it up and not use it. I am wondering how this kind of company can survive in this day.

I am a small business owner and my rewards program was launched very smoothly. A very good solution provider for payments and incentives with great staff.

Absolutely horrible. Cannot get through to customer service at all. I have funds available on the card and the card only works sometimes when I go to pay.how confusing. You have to pay. 50 each time you call to get a balance and I cannot sign in on their website to check it.

Worst gift card ever, Trucash gift card changes to dormant status every midnight, which means you will have to activate/ reactivate the card on the day you want to use them. But good luck with it, they are only open mon-fri 9 to 5pm. You will never be able to use it on weekend. Two Thumbs Down.

My fund disappears from the card. Call customer service but never get to speak to any person (waiting for 2 hours, and the call just end)

Worst experience ever been 10 months thousand of calls, and my Bell gift card is still unfund. I wish someone take care of it instead of saying its someone else fault.
