DDF Automotive & Rust Check

Was happy with my service. The people working there are great in trying to help me learn my new device. But, for what ever reason there was one who was not helpful. She was making the situation worst. I just finished making a purchase and was asking for help learning the product. I was told to read the manual and basically it was up to me to learn it. Yes this is correct but I would like a basic understanding before I left. Eric was great and so were the other staff in helping me. They were patient which I needed not so from the the other.

Went in for an appointment today to have a car remote starter put in my vehicle. Very helpful staff, answered all my questions and they were fast and efficient. I was originally told it would take 3 hours and it took 2 hours. So far I am very pleased with my new starter.

Really impressed with the results Eric did a custom steel mesh be hind my front bumper to prevent further condensor and air conditioner damage on my toyota rav4. Very happy with the results.

Just had my Toyota in to install a dash cam that I had purchased off the net that turned out to be much more complicated that originally thought. DDF installed it for me it really great time and price was perfect. I found it very organised and everyone was very professional and kind. Also, the install turned out perfect.thanks so much.

Took my truck here to get an amplifier installed. They went above and beyond for the installation. Super clean work, amps mounted nicely, and tidy wiring. Highly recommended.

My experience with DDF has been great. The did a remote starter for my wife, and undercoating for my Jeep. It is rare these day's to find service providers who offer great service and product, and DDF gets my highest recommendation.

Had my light bulbs changed on my Chevy Silverado a few weeks ago and diamond coating paint protection; extremely pleased not only with the job, but the service was excellent. Will be going back for future upgrades.

Very friendly team, reasonably priced, and quality-driven. They even stopped work to recommend a change in approach that was in my best interests.

Great staff. Had been to a few other audio shops in town.their quote was by far the best. The job was done faster then expected and they also helped me fix my automatic starter at no cost.

I took my truck in late fall to have a remote starter installed, the crew did a great job. Just had the truck back in to install an apple car play. Once again they knocked it outta the park. Before ordering parts to connect the rear view camera they reached out to confirm the price and if it was ok to proceed. Once spring comes I’ll be going back for them to tint my windows. Always great service and top notch customer service

Went in for after market sound system upgrade. Installer said they neede to get back to us with price as was a big job. Never called back with quote. And now they dont need to

So disappointed this time around…. I’ve had vehicles sprayed there 4-5 times and this time my work order was on the counter 15 minutes after the truck went in (I checked the clock) I was told it was because 2 guys were spraying… which is fine…. But the vehicle didn’t look like previous times and definitely didn’t smell like it had be oiled. I do t even live in Barrie anymore, but come up from Toronto for the good job and price …. NOT THIS TIME I guess

Great service done by professionals. I did diamond coating on my car and film protection, the guys did excellent work.
Highly recommended to someone who is looking for good quality work. Prices are great too.

I am extremely pleased with the service that I received at this shop. I recently had a dash cam installed here and the installation was professional and very clean. The front desk is very helpful and scheduled me in for an installation within only 24 hours. The installation was quick as they had 2 employees working on the car at the same time. Only 1 hour and I was in and out. Their pricing is also very reasonable. They do not price gouge like some other shops in the GTA. Highly recommend!

I have been bringing my brand new cars to DDF Automotive since 2006 for tint, rust module and undercoating. They do a great job and I have had no issues with any work they have done Cars look great, and no rust issues.

I walked in off the street today to ask them a few questions. Doug and Jacqueline answered all my questions. They are a professional, friendly and knowledgeable group. After 10 minutes talking to them and telling me my options I never felt pressured or that I was getting the run around. There prices were more than fair and on top of that they warranty their work which is a plus in my books. They took my vehicle right in and kept me updated the entire time of how the install was going. The techs that worked in the shop also worked professional and the shop was clean and tidy. Shows they take pride in their work. I am one happy customer and will recommend them to anybody that is looking for accessories.

Honestly a decent company, they treat you decently pick up and drop off service. The girls at the counter are nice and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and what you would expect. Their undercoating service is Very thorough. Their honest and informed. I can be critical especially when it comes to my vehicles, I was not Disappointed.
