The excellent service provided by Dr. Hoediono and the staff at the dental clinic is absolutely second to none! In my particular case, Dr. Hoediono’s dental skills, experience and knowledge assisted me in determining the course of action to pursue regarding a particular dental treatment. I was totally satisfied and comfortable with the decision I reached based on the treatment options presented to me by Dr. Hoediono. I highly recommend the de Mano and Hoediono clinic for dental services.

I really enjoy coming to this dental office. I am normally super anxious about a trip to the dentist but all the staff are so kind and friendly here it has made my appointments a breeze.
The small touches are really what does it for this office. The floor to ceiling windows in the operatories are amazing and really help me not to feel trapped or claustrophobic in the dental chair. Other little things like a gel pillow for your neck, sunglasses for the bright lights, and a hot towel at the end to wash the goop off your face really make a big difference.
I also like that this office uses all the best technology to make for a better experience but still has that human touch to make it feel comfortable.
I highly recommend this office - especially to my fellow “chickens” who don’t like the dentist- This place may just change your mind!

I've not been to a dentist in years, but in between pain and obvious problems, I needed to find help. After extensive research I chose to contact de Man & Hoediono Dentistry. They responded to my email asap and I was in the dentist's chair within 2 days. I walked in feeling defeated and expecting the worst, but I walked out feeling elated and actually looking forward to have all the dental work done - Wow! The professionalism, thoroughness, and most of all the fact they set out a plan to work on restoring rather than just ripping apart and replacing, means the world in creating confidence that I indeed chose well.

Unfortunately Dr. Mike attempted a root canal which was a fail, he caused me tmj and messed up my roots according to an endodontist it was a very big mistake. I was seen by dr. Hoediono as well. Just a bunch of ignorant doctors who don’t acknowledge their mistakes. You might trust this place with all the fake reviews but please be careful from this place

Four generations of my family have benefited immensely by relying for years on this dental practice. Professionally managed business, pro-active dental hygiene, and most of all, from the top down, these folks truly care. I can't imagine a better dental office anywhere.

My kids have had very positive experiences here. My son who is very nervous about needles is even ok going for a filling as long as he knows Dr. Harry will be there. Dr. Harry is the perfect dentists for kids. He knows how to put them at ease and always takes the time to chat with them, make some jokes and lighten the mood. I appreciate the big windows so you can look out and see birds and big trees as a pleasant distraction during visits.

We have been coming here for years. Everyone on staff is amazing! They make us feel welcome and offer us coffee while we wait. Our kids really enjoy talking to Harry, he explains everything to them in simple terms. Shows them everything he's going todo with a camera and makes sure the kids feel safe. Harry always asks how family is doing and mentions them by name. Outstanding service, dedication and professionalism. Thank you guys for caring.

My experience was not good. Not with the people in the back but with the weekend front staff. The Asian lady was very rude. I filled out all forms on Wednesday so I knew what was going on prior to our visit on Saturday, I am on a budget so therefore needed to know how it was gunna go down.and they were told that on Wednesday. They took my boy and set him up to clean his teeth without looking at the benifits and then came bk and said they can’t locate my son on them. Isn’t that why I filled the form out days before hand? So this would be dealt with before I come? They did this all infront of everyone that was there to hear. Wouldn’t it be more professional since u didn’t do ur job, to take me somewhere private to say this? How embarrassing! Then stopped treatment, sat the boy up and sent me on my way in tears. It was not handled properly as they were told ahead of time I needed to know what they were gunna do, and costs before I come in. Not a happy camper. Feel belittled and very embarrassed and no I won’t be back.

Today's visit was a 6-month check-up and teeth cleaning. My hygienist, Jennifer, is thoughtful, gentle, thorough and caring. She does an amazing job of ensuring my teeth are spotlessly clean, flossed and polished. Jen also has a wonderful, light sense of humour that makes these visits (nearly) enjoyable.

Very friendly, informed and informative staff - I felt like family. I was in to have a crown done and the whole process from tooth prep to crown bonded was only a few hours. Technology and patient care is definitely their forte!

I had a wonderful experience at this office. Brittany took exceptional care to ensure my comfort during the exam/cleaning. She was very gentle and made accommodations to my care as per my request. I am so grateful for Dr. Mike’s patience and reassurance. My teenage son was very worried about a procedure before coming in for a filling. Dr. Mike did a fantastic job taking the time to explain every step, reassure and empower him. Edit - I went in to get some alterations done. They took me in very quickly and addressed my issues. I was nitpicky and Dr. Mike was kind and took care of everything. I no longer bite my teeth while eating! I still feel off, but its because of years of having a couple very poorly shaped teeth. I am incredibly happy with the work done. He matched the colour amazingly well and it just looks great. I feel so much better about my smile. I am signing up my wife and son in the coming month. Thanks again all!

I had some issues with two teeth that had been bothering me for some time. I called yesterday and spoke to Monica. She was very friendly and had me come down within 30 minutes of making my call due to a cancellation. I thought this was just going to be an info gathering session and they would help me at a later date. Nope! They pushed me through and corrected the problem I was dealing with. I had Dr. Mike help me out. He was fantastic and I am incredibly pleased with the results. They make it very clear that if you have any issues with things like fillings (which I received) that they can make the corrections for you for asap. I may have to go back but I am giving it a couple days. The did absolutely nothing wrong. But now that my teeth are properly formed one catches on a lower tooth sometimes. I feel absolutely confident that if it is a real issue and not me making a deal of it that they will fix it. I've been dealing with it for years so I think I just got used to my teeth being wrong/off in placement.

The work was fantastic. My teeth that he worked on look and feel great. I will be taking my son (2 years old) and wife there next when we sign up to be patients and get a cleaning/review done.

Also, I am a nervous kind of guy. The procedure was totally painless. While I still don't like going to the dentist I will absolutely not be as hesitant as I have been in the past. My previous Dentist retired and I trusted him very much. I am very happy that I found another Dentist that I trust as much, if not more.

I don't think many people wake up on the day of their dental appointement and rejoice. But here, a funny thing happened. I actually don't mind at all. The staff are kind and caring, Dr deMan is very professional and thorough, and ensures the experience is as uneventful as possible. No pain. At all. What a relief! If you must go to a dentist, save yourself the worry, ditch your prior or usual dentist, and book an appointment with Dr.deMan. You will not regret it.

I booked with this office after an extremely negative experience with another dentist in the Region (among other things, my previous office performed work on me without my prior knowledge or consent). I have severe dental anxiety and had been with my childhood dentist for nearly 3 decades before moving to the Region a few years ago, so a negative experience with my last new dentist did nothing to assuage that.

I had posted in an online forum asking for recommendations and Drs.de Man and Hoediono came highly recommended by several commenters. I made an appointment on a Thursday evening and they were able to fit me in for a consult the following week. My experience there was nothing short of fantastic. The office is clean, bright, and modern. Every staff member I spoke with was extremely pleasant and kind. I was upfront about my dental anxiety and my previous experience and I felt staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. They explained everything to me and ensured I understood and consented before moving forward with any work, allowed me time and space to ask any questions, and the hygienist I had also took the time to bring my X-Rays up on a television to walk me through them. I felt very informed and not at all rushed.

I had to have a bit of work done (some fillings) and they were able to accommodate me within 1-2 weeks (1 week for the first appointment and 2 weeks for the second). Dr. Helen has a very gentle hand and great bedside manner - she's very patient and has a very calming energy.

You also cannot beat the view from your chair as you're having work done!

De Man & Höediono Office, has to be one of the top Dentistry practices in Ontario. State of the art, clean facility. Family atmosphere. Very friendly and accomodating to personal preferances. Harry is a very smart genuine man. Helen is sweet and most gentle. Makes visits painless and relaxed. Dr Mike is also very decorated. Great team.

After my permanent implant was placed. Harry said it was in the wrong position. 2 minutes later he changed his mind and said it was fine, And over a decade later it still has yet to colour match. It looks like a rotten tooth.

Have been going here for decades and enjoyed seeing the same staff for just as long. They keep up with evolving techniques and technology. This has been key to tailoring care for myself and family. If you're fearful or have mental health conditions such as PTSD you'll find the special care you need here. They even ensure the TV in your treatment suite is on your fave channel!

I am more than anxious going to the dentist, but Dr. Harry is absolutely exceptional. He and his team are highly recommended. Dr. Harry´s professional dentistry skills, kind and gentle manners are superb. No easy to find a dentist like him.

The service and care received at the dental clinic was much more than expectations. At each step of the process, everyone was very courteous and ensured that I was at ease about the treatment.

The reception desk helped me in understanding the process of getting my x-rays from another dental clinic. They also explained about how the coverage works and why they need to send certain documents by mail whereas others could be sent electronically.

A smooth experience that puts the smile on face owing to the way they treat you well and also the way they treat you for the medical need.

This office is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The front of office staff were friendly and were great to get me set up as a new patient. Cheryl the dental hygienist was good to explain what she was doing, kind in showing me around as a new patient and made me feel comfortable through the whole appointment. Dr Höediono was friendly and professional! Only downside is that they don't direct bill to insurance but they do submit everything for you so that you just have to wait for the claim to be processed. Happy to have found this awesome team

My dental visit today with Dr. Harry was due to an emergency. I called late Friday afternoon and was able to get a Monday 8am appointment.

If I’m being honest, I had some issues with work I had done here in the past. However, the owners worked very hard to make it right and offer excellent customer service. Dr H is very kind and gentle as a dentist and really impressed me with his dentistry skills. He does a great job making you feel comfortable as a patient and putting you at ease. I was really anxious about being in a dental office during the pandemic, but all of the precautions they have in place helped to ease my concerns.

I had a cleaning service and mentioned my concern about a discoloration in my gum. It was weird that the hygienist explained she couldn't find my X-ray while I had a filling service on that side in their office just few months ago. So, they simply ignored it and said it should be fine. I ended up having gum infection within a week. They only care about the money and a fancy office.their $30 fluoride therapy is mandatory with cleaning while essential examinations are simply ignored!

Thank you for the polite reply. I may need some clarification:
I explicitly asked the hygienist whether fluoride therapy is optional and she told me that we do for every customer. She didn't say any opt-out. The only question that she asked me about the flavor. $30 is not a problem. However, I felt my dental health is not the priority in this clinic. I felt I'm offered hair products in a haircut shop. Maybe, there is a HR problem. Maybe your policy gives a commission to the employees as sale agents.
Based on your reply about the X-ray, we should investigate one scenario:
1) Before my filling, I requested another office to email the pictures to you. I was told that your clinic received them. If not, working on my tooth without a good OPG x-ray has risen a new question. During my filling in February, I have never been told that you have not my X-rays. It was important specially as I a root canal in the same side of the practice.

The rapid design process, quality of the service and the end result is amazing! I am absolutely impressed with the CEREC system used by the clinic to fabricate dental restorations. The treatment, provided by Dr. Harry Höediono and his team was very professional and made the visit nice and comfortable.

Came here to fix a botched crown from another dentist. Was nervous about the whole experience but Dr De Man was great and reassuring that I would get perfect results. The tooth came out amazing and all my friends and family say it looks completely undetectable as if I never had it done. This was the longest dental journey and very unpleasant with my first dentist but soooooo happy and worth the wait with Dr De man's work and results. I am happy I came here to fix my tooth and feel this time around my faith in dentists is restored.:) I can't stop looking in the mirror and smiling which was not the case the first time around. I am so glad it's over and with a happy ending. Would highly recommend if you have a crown to get to come here.:)

Majority if not all reviews here are fake by the way. Harry hoediono ruined my tooth so eventually I will benefit them by getting a crown, he was talking nonsense with the assistant instead of focusing on his work. This place uses weak material for crowns so I did it somewhere else anyway. Mike schenkel ended up working on my tooth for three plus hours and gave me jaw issues and he never even finished the job. This place is very unprofessional, I wouldn’t believe a word anyone says here.

Amazing all around great dentists great assistants great front office, very relaxing atmosphere all they care about is how comfortable you are and they accommodate whatever your needs are. I called with really bad pain got me in next day, I would recommend this office to anyone I know
