Too much waiting, they give you appointment! And you have to waiting hour and half extra to see the doctor. Doesn’t make any sense.why do you give people appointment if they have to wait long time anyway. Wasting a lot time. Some people have a lot things to do during the day. I had to cancel my shift and apologize to my manager because I couldn’t make it to my shift.

Dr. Bella Lufu has been my family doctor for many years and has been the best doctor I've ever had. He's a genius when it comes to figuring out what's ailing you. He has a world of patience & compassion for all of his patients! He listens to you & never ever down plays what you're going through. His staff is equally amazing. I would rate him & his office a 10+! Thank you Dr. B! You truly found your calling in the medical world!

5 stars without a question. Dr. Bella-Lufu has been our family doctor for over 5 years. Thoughtful, caring, very knowledgeable and most pleasant are few characteristics of this doctor. We have the highest respect for him and his approach of listening, questioning, analyzing and then recommending. We are very lucky for having him s our family doctor

Dr Bella is the most caring and patient doctor I’ve met in the past few years. He’s been my husband’s and my family doctor for over 3 years. He comforts me and sent a referral very fast to the best cardiologist in town when I’m anxious about my heart murmur and family history. Every time I’m not feeling well, he spends enough time to inquire my condition and makes good suggestions. The even better part is that it’s not hard to make an appointment with him, so I don’t need to spend half a month waiting in pain. It is truly our luck to be Dr. Bella’s patients. We love him!

Very nice doctors and staff, but unfortunately never on time, even if you are on time. Your wait times (even if you are on time) is around 30-45 minutes. So just keep that in mind when booking your appointment

They always try to get you an appointment as soon as possible, Dr. Bella and the physician's assistant Nisrine are fantastic and caring.

Dr. M. Bella-Lufu is one of the most caring doctors I have had the pleasure of having. His staff is no different and will go the length to make sure all is well. He even helped assist me with others in the family. He does not rush you in and out. He takes time with his patients and actually listens. He is not only a very knowledgeable doctor, but also a very good man.
