Wicked spot to get a trim.cold pints/whisky.amazing atmosphere. Scott, Maggie and the crew always make you feel welcome

Excellent is not substantial enough a word.
The vibe was great, staff amazing, customers even included a few familiar faces. Far from the ordinary, and very much a hidden treasure. My friend recommended DDGC to me and described his experience, so I just had to see for myself.
When I arrived I had the pleasure of chatting with two distinguished gentlemen that I knew. They had nothing but great things to say about the club. Opting for the gentleman’s package, I had the best shave and cut in a very long while from a skilled, personable and interesting to talk to barber. Afterward I enjoyed an Aultmore and a chat with the owner.
It is very rare today to find a place designed for men. Especially one that allows for the simple things to be enjoyed in the most respectful and agreeable manner. Thank you Scott, and thank you to your team.
The DDGC is more than a special place. It is an experience that leaves looking forward to the next time.

Go here religiously, love the vibe that it has at DDG! The whole group of staff are a bunch of legends!
Call me old fashioned but I have always preferred one person for things in life, (ie.a mechanic) for me barbers are the same and I prefer just one, and my hair mechanic would be Lizzy at deadleaf, she always does a bang up job and doesn't ever disappoint!
If your there just for a cool spot to hang out also the rest of the staff are also very welcoming and ready to serve you!

Definitely recommend making DDG a regular stop in for great service, a proper cut, a fine drink, and an enjoyable time around the people that make it so. I also recommend my haircut pro, (all of them are pro!), but she has looked after me specifically for years so I can speak from experience.
Lizzy has always delivered on a great haircut and provided an atmosphere that is greatly appreciated, and a tribute to DDG service, staff, and owner. Always a great experience and professional service with the added advantage of getting to know them all as friends as well as a company that looks after it’s clientele. In Lizzy’s case individually, as she has been the one looking after my haircuts/styles over the years specifically; her skills match her results, and of course her genuine personality.
While I’m showcasing lizzy specifically as she is my go to, and she has always delivered, I want to say thank you to all the hardworking staff (Maggie, tabi, makayla, Larry, and many others who have came and gone along the way) and owner Scott: who all have over the years been like kin to me—I am glad I walked in to meet you all the first day, and I’m glad to continue to visit you with the met expectation of enjoying time with you.thank you Liz! And thank you to the whole team at DDG!

Fantastic place to get a hair cut! Treat my son like a king everytime.
Hoping they really consider getting an accessible entry as my son's mobility will decline and will be devastated when we can come anymore

Deadleaf is a great place for a drink and a cut.
Easily booked online, great selection of liquor including some very nice Scotch.
Cut, wash and hot shave were excellent, the barber was very good.
Would highly recommend, does not feel rushed, they treat you very well.

Been twice. Once for haircut with Larry and once with shave with Maggie. Both times were excellent service. Will be my new Friday at 12: 30 place.

Fantastic and super cool shop. Came a tad early for a glass of Scotch but I'll be back! I got a wicked cut and walked out with some great product. Definitely will be back!
