Found everything we needed and at the best prices. Carts were a tad confusing at first. Make sure you have. 25 to unlock them. You get the. 25 back but if not prepared for it you find yourself digging for the quarter.

Very often item does not scan as advertised. Extremely frustrating when you get to the cash and customers in line are kept waiting because of this.
Cashier at cash #1 (she is there most of the time) deserves mentioning. She is always pleasant and gives the best customer service. At my last visit, she had to make 2 price corrections and handled it very professionally. She did not make me feel like I was holding up the line and was very pleasant.

Go to for a good deal in Beamsville for groceries. They price match but usually you don't have to, found the same items here for half the price as the other big grocery store in town.

Ryan is always more than willing to speak to customers and help us out.
1 or 2 of the staff, not so much. Over all we have no complaints

Waited in line with my one item on the belt. After cashier rang out customer ahead she grabs her sign and says sorry I can’t help you. What? Don’t you usually finish with who has been waiting? Or tell me before?

Wish they had more variety. Otherwise, it's an easy layout to remember if you're new to the area. Great staff!

This is really not the place to shop unless you want something last minute. We moved to Beamsville and went there, not enough variety, there prices are different than other No-frills. They only match few close store only. Sad we have to go Supperstore Grimsby for all shopping

Like the store but.when they have and add saying that you will get 4000 points it is always not true since they changed the way to buy the 4 items for it you never get it because it is all over the store and you never got the right item so.bey bey your 4000 PC points

Prices are always good, but such a long line up for check out - but not their fault. Will be good again when Covid has gone.
October 2022 Update: I still like this store, but an enormous amount of their items have lower prices if you buy 2 or 3 or more items at one time. You pay higher is you only buy one. As a widow living alone, I don't need multiple items and sometimes can't afford the higher priced items. Therefore, I'm sorry to say I won't be shopping at this store any more.

Small grocery store. Not always enough cashiers. Supply chain issues as there are empty shelves.

Parking very small and many people who park very badly. Special to have axidentes inside the property

Shelves always empty place has gone down, we went to the Burlington one on brant everything stocked up and more if in Burlington always pop in

If you go to a No Frills you know what to expect, good produce, good selection and decent prices. It's a bright but basic shopping experience. Dean's is all of that, well maintained and friendly staff

Almost never can find the flyers deals there. And never have enough cashiers, there is no self checkout

If you are shopping here make sure you check all expiry dates. They never clean out their shelves or audit their items and it shows. Multiple times I have gone through this store and found items over two weeks expired. They sell meat that expired days ago and it doesn’t even have discount codes on it which means they never check when it is expiring to reduce the price to sell. I’ve sent a complaint to corporate before a month ago the last time I was in and everything was expired and promised a call from the store manager that never came. I went again yesterday to do shopping and more meat there that had been expired for the day. In a day where food prices are constantly on the rise this is a shameful display of a lack of care and just plain greed. You take advantage of people who need to pay lower prices and don’t even bother to ensure you have products that are fresh. For shame.

Me and my friends go here mostly everyday for lunch, and the same guy keeps following us around and giving us dirty looks and today we where getting our food and he comes up behind us and yelled to get your stuff and get out! So I got out because I’m not giving my money to this place anymore and as we are on our way out he was still giving us bad look.well you got it well will not be back! ️

Why are the sale items never available. Other than lack of product the store is great. Cashiers are always good, help is always happy to assist.

Line up are ridiculous waited over 30 minutes and the line hardly move I just put my stuff down and lefted won't go back.

Get what you need anything and get on with life no matter what life throws at you and at a reasonable price.love it

There's 2 grocery stores here Sobeys is better overall quality but holy cow its expensive. This place is cheap, and clean. Which is what matters. With the exception of one snippy cashier everyone has been nice.

Great staff, decent selection, always great prices and clean. I originally wrote this review 4 years ago and I'm updating it today. I'm dropping it from a five-star to a three star based on one reason, and that reason is that they have allowed their buggies to become absolutely disgusting during the pandemic. Just look at the photos, enough said.

Well drove a ways to get here when I got there four things that were on sale didn't have any and this was Friday morning sale started Thursday

Cashier checked out my coupon for a free Taco Kit as if I wrote a criminal.even though date was clear and pictures of the product was large right on coupon. Do not know what her problem was? Made me feel very uncomfortable and centered out.

Good produce selection, the check out line moves quickly and the is always someone at the door, sanitizing shopping carts

They didn't have their advertised special (s) in stock and do not offer rainchecks! We went 18 km ou of our way to come home empty handed.

Such friendly staff, always greeted when entering and helpful staff when asking for help.

Won't be going there EVER again.between the beyond rude male senior adult shelf stocker, and the inappropriate female cashier, who comes out from behind her register, to "hug" customers, during a pandemic, it's more than enough for our family to avoid this store

Always a tidy and courteous establishment. One caveat: my Dad is a senior and pretty much constantly requires access to a public bathroom- get one going and it's FIVE STARS for certain. Great store overall. Thanks

The store has got everything that you need; the staff are friendly and there's always plenty of them on shift.

Really clean (cleanest No Frills and one of the cleanest grocery stores I've ever been in) and amazing prices.

There was only one of the product hat I went for & no on floor associates available to ask if they had anymore.

Low prices. Always parking spaces. Wide isles. Well stocked shelves. Fast cashier service. Hand sanitation station.

Honestly. Its the parkinglot. Its too crouded and too busy, it is difficult to get in and out of so l am not a fan of going there. Prices are better then other places in town.

Staff always friendly and store is clean. Just wish they would ask people to wear face mask when shopping in the store so all customers are being as safe as they can.

This store is dirty and has no supplies in the washroom to disinfect from covid 19.
When questioned they were rude and disregarded me.rolling their eyes.this included a manager

I love shopping here. Affordable prices and staff are very friendly and help to find items you need very easily. Also with the covid situation now they have physical distancing implemented which makes me feel better.

Good selection and can usually find what I need. Beware if shopping for sale items though, I`ve found empty shelves a few times I have looked for some of their flyer items.

As advertised, all lanes were open, no lines. I got my stuff, got out.no waiting. Should be no waiting all the time.

This store is centrally located for my shopping needs and to increase my points balance. It generally has all I need in groceries. The shelves are always being filled with products & produce.

These store is clean and generally kept well stocked. Service is good but check out could be faster if they added a few lanes or went to an Aldi style system.

Went in recently and witnessed a manager degrading a fellow employee, I believe her name was Mandy as I asked the employee. Absolutely disgusting behavior from someone in a managerial position. Shame on you.

We shop at Dean's No Frills every week - usually make a few trips every week - we're satisfied customers!

This is my "go to" grocery store because it is close and it is not so large that I can't find what I am looking for. It has everything I need for weekly shopping, fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy etc. And reasonably priced. Because it is the most popular place to shop, the parking can sometimes be tricky but I can find a spot most every time.

Its frustrating when your in line and the lady in front of me is trying to do a return and i understand sometimes it can be complicated when coupons are involved and what not.but when you have 3 cashiers there trying to figure it out but none of them even acknowledges me. Like I dont mind having to go to another cash register it just would've been nice know.after standing there waiting I move on and as I get in another line 1 of the 3 cashiers opens up another register

Was ok just gond that they dont have anymore of advertised specials seems they only get a little and then say they ate sold out also produce is a little better but still has a lot of moldy things!

Always bring a quarter for your cart. And because usually there aren't hand held baskets by the door. Great prices. Parking out front.

No frills has got to be the best grocery chain in Canada. Always have enough stock when sales go on. Almost all the workers are friendly and helpful. Never long lineups to pay. And the owners are wonderful. Oh yeah best prices around. Thank you

Love coming in after 5pm and the shelves are almost empty. My favourite thing is buying a snack I really enjoy, and then the next week I find out they are not stocking that particular product anymore. And fix that pothole at the entrance near the large sign. Someone is gonna rip their car apart on it, been there for months. I go to Sobey's now. The extra prices are worth knowing everything I need will be there and stocked.

Has some stuff I need, but no western Europe spices or food "pimento paste". Please stock up on Portuguese food and spices!
