Dear My Puppy

Our go-to grooming place in the entertainment district - My poodle pup loves the place. Everything about it. To the point that he gets extremely excited and becomes quite a handful. They are very patient, even taking extra time on one occasion to do a thorough enough grooming job cos my pup wasn’t being too cooperative that day.

Overpriced. My usual groomers are bit far so I found this one closer to home to try. They said my dog tried to bite them so they charged me an extra $15. I never got this complaint from my previous groomers in the past 2 years.

Just to bath and tidy my 4 pound dog was total of $95. I'm going to stick with my other groomers further away.

Called in just now.

Me “Hi, how are you? ”
Her “Fine. ”
Me “I have a question, I’m on your website and am wondering if your prices are up to date? ”
Her “I don’t need your business. BYE! ” *hangs up”

Can’t speak to the quality of her work but I wouldn’t trust a person who can’t handle the basics of human interaction.

You pay a premium here at this boutique pet groomer, but it's standard among prices you can expect to pay in the heart of the downtown core. Always so friendly and communicative - my dog loves them there. Never any unexpected charges or time stalls. Always on time and done very well.

Always nice and accommodating my big dog with nail trims. Usually in and out in about 5 mins and they’re very sweet. Highly recommend if you’re in the area

We have been going to Dear My Puppy for Chewie’s grooming since Min opened her doors. They always do an amazing job on Chewie. When we moved from the area, we tried a different groomer closer to us but unfortunately it wasn’t good or even up to par to Dear My Puppy and so I decided to go back to Min and team and am so happy I did. I shouldn’t have tried another place because no one does as fabulous of a job as Dear My Puppy. Chewie is so comfortable with everyone and is so well behaved when she’s there. And now Min has opened a new location which is literally a 10 min walk for me and I couldn’t be happier, even though I had no issues driving to the St Patrick location because I know Min and team always do an amazing job. I can’t thank Min and team at Dear My Puppy enough for taking such wonderful care of my fur baby. Dear My Puppy is the only place I trust to take Chewie for her grooming.

The staff is amazing here. They genuinely care about your puppies. I highly recommend this place!

Kirby’s groomer since he was a pup (2019). He always comes out looking fresh and gets all the compliments. They make him such a handsome boy.

I’ve been coming here for years and today marks the last time I’ll ever give my money to these horrible people.

Scam artists, over charge and overall horrible customer service from the head groomer.

We took our dog there on Jun 15 for a bath & tidy. This is our first time at Dear My Puppy but we’ll never come back again! My dog was bothered by his back legs right after coming back home and tried to lick it. We found out that his skin was red around that area and had white charges coming out on the weekend. The vet believed that it is most likely due to the grooming. Thr skin got infected. My poor baby is on medicine rn and is suffering by the skin itchiness. We’ll definitely contact with Dear My Puppy if situation gets worse.

I’m so impressed with the results from Min at Dear my Puppy. My toy poodle, Gus, is very anxious and has proven to be difficult to groom for other professionals. Min not only gave Gus the cutest haircut, but she also took her time with him and prioritized his comfort. I’m so happy to have found such a great groomer in the city—I can’t recommend this place enough.

Had my puppy Milo’s first grooming session here and was very nervous for him. The ladies here KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! They gave him exactly the cut that I wanted and when I went to pick him up I saw that they were giving him cuddles instead of putting him in the crate. Absolutely loved the service and the tips they provided! Definitely going here again and recommending them to all my friends with furry pals #miloapproved

Ming and team are fantastic, our doodle always gets the perfect cut. He has sensitive skin and doesn't like being groomed but the team at Dear My Puppy know how to handle his quirks and always provide professional and caring service. Will never be able to take him anywhere else
