Yesterday I was there and the food was not up to their usual standards and the waitress was extremely rude. Worst I have ever seen.
There were 4 in our party and they all were disappointed and swore to never go back.
Went back July 2 for breakfast today and when I got there had a coffee and it was so noisy between the radio and the loud talk that we couldnt talk, both bathrooms out of order, milk for coffee. Was sour, the heat was unbearable
Staff is miserable

My husband and I are not from the area. We were at a gas station down the road and asked for a recommendation of where to go for a late dinner. The nice young man told us we would not be disappointed if we went to Deb’s. We have zero complaints! The service was amazing. The man who served the tables was also clearing the tables and cooking the food. He didn’t miss a beat! He was very kind and the food was great. Massive portions! Also, the other customers, who I am assuming are regulars, were very friendly and welcoming.

This is my go-to restaurant whenever I'm in shannonville. Food is always delicious and it's tax-free!

Terrible place. Barb is a racist, if you don't want to get gas and be called “you people” then I strongly suggest staying away from there and giving your business to any one of the other gas bars. Village Variety in particular has the sweetest and most pleasant staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with and they always have a smile on their faces and never refer to their customers are “you people”.

If you’re going there for food - don’t worry, you will not be served so don’t even worry about the quality of their food.

Great service love to eat here it quickly became my favorite place to eat in Ontario made me feel at home and the food is always great along with great price and portion a definite must try if you are in the area

Good food, large portions, and friendly staff! Overall lovely place for a sit down meal while on the road. We ordered the fish and chips, mushroom burger, and onion rings. Everything was piping hot and delicious, definitely recommend!

First time fuelling at a station on the reserve and can't get over the price 1.89 full now.

If you have any kind of respiratory issues you may want to avoid this place in the evening. Everyone that works there including the cook smokes heavily in the restaurant. Plus the cook can’t even make it through the preparation of one order without stepping over to the ashtray and taking a drag. Then straight back to cooking without washing his hands ever. So if you don’t mind a total lack of hygiene and stinking like cigarette smoke for the rest of the evening this place is for you.

I use to love this place nicky was an amazing cook but the last time I went (last week) I ordered the ham dinner me out it came on my plate the potatoes were not even cooked my plate look like it was grounded in a yellow sauce that I wouldn't even feed to my dogs I was never so disappointed I was so excited to get to go back and be able to sit down and see everybody the only part that made this visit a good one or my two waitresses they were absolutely wonderful instead of arguing or embarrassing anybody I decided to walk out the door pay my bill and decide to never come back again if by chance their Cooks ever change and the food gets better I will definitely go back once or twice a week again like I did before what a shame what a disappointment and let down this was one of the best places to eat between Ottowa and Toronto please for the love of God bring back the old Cooks

Phenomenal Sunday breakfasts! We were there Sunday March 27 around 11am and I had some of the best hash browns I've ever had in my life. The new cook is fantastic and when the yolk of my egg broke on the griddle he served me it anyway then brought me a new egg so I still had what I asked for but also didn't have to wait to eat. I wasn't even going to ask! Very professional and skilled. They have great staff here all around. Best diner for miles hands down.

The pies are made in house.big and delicious. Probably one of the best BLT sandwiches ever for only $4.50!
