Staff ignored me when I walked in, told me the wrong price when paying and I had to correct her, and stood in the middle of the store gossiping. Gave no assistance, did not offer to cash me out, and I had to ask them to cash me out at the cash register. Completely unprofessional, several staff just stood in the middle of the store gossiping together and ignoring me and other customers. Will not be returning.

The staff here are usually v welcoming and knowledgeable ab the products.as a brand the ordinary products are v straightforward and affordable AND they have an amazing return policy so you have more reasons to try a new product than to not.i will never be a sephora girlie but deciem I see u and I reSPECT you!

Rudest staff EVER! I got attitude for asking on the phone if the prices were the same online as in store I went to the store and got more attitude and told to go to Sephora.

Went on a mini haul and these are definitely added to my list of holy grails - not pictured is their Vitamin C Suspension which I also have and has showed noticeable results with evening my skin tone and lightening dark spots from acne scars in a short period of time!

So happy with how effective and high quality their products our but with a very affordable price!

Best skincare ever! The Ordinary fixed my hyperpigmentation and brightened my complexion. Super affordable, minimal ingredients and actually works better than any of the expensive products I've tried in the past.

Such amazing customer service! Called to ask about a product and the sales associate was super helpful and answered all the questions I had! When I went to pick up my items both sales associates there were so kind and attentive. Products are high quality and very affordable.

After a year, the products are the same quality but customer service has changed. I walked in the store and said “hi” to a couple of the staff standing around and I didn’t get any response. It used to be a place where you could have a good conversation with the staff but not today (Saturday, January 4 @12: 45).
