Decorama flooring in Ajax is my first stop always for hardwood/vinyl flooring. I’ve used them for 4 projects. Great selection of products - brands, floors and colours, excellent quality and the service is superb. Enas and Shady are just such lovely people and they go above and beyond to help you. Every interaction with them leaves you feeling like a very valued customer. This kind of service isn’t easy to find.

It is outstanding services, very competitive prices, amazing products, highly quality services and expert people who give the best advices in home renovation field, I highly recommend to contact them before any upcoming plan, and you will get the best advice to make your mind.

Just recently had my stairs and basement landing re-carpeted, a small job, but yet again, they gave me the best recommendation for a carpet to suit the high traffic area, and had the installer there in a flash, who also did an awesome job! I don't usually post many reviews, but I realized, i have used this store several times now in my last three homes, and referred them to several friends who all had great experiences as well! It was long overdue to thank them publicly!

Bad experience. Horrible quality of products which equaled to the horrible customer service received afterwards. Home Depot hands down will be a better bang for your buck and if any issues afterwards Home Depot will resolve the matter.

Worst quality of flooring around. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.
