My wife and I just purchased a sofa and ottoman from Decorium. It was a pleasure to deal with their sales professional Evan. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us about the sofa we bought. Steve (owner) also helped us make our decision to buy this Canadian made great sofa. We are very pleased with the outcome and we will recommend Decorium to all our friends and family. If you want to buy quality furniture, this is the place!

I purchased the Faro sideboard a week prior to Christmas. I was fortunate to have Fil as my Sales Manager he did everything possible to ensure it was delivered by December 24. Maribeth from customer care coordinated the delivery for us. The service was exceptional and the Sideboard is beautiful. The quality and colour is perfect. Not only do we love our furniture from Decorium, but their customer service is exceptional. In particular, a CSR named Maribeth was an absolute pleasure to work with and very helpful in helping resolve a minor issue. I would recommend Decorium to anyone for their high standards of style, quality, and service!

The worth furniture store in GTA, they accepted to return 2 damaged chairs after a disputation. It was terrible experience. Hope they do better with others.

Came here with my wife to find a coffee table and an area rug for our condo. Not one single staff member came to greet us or help us with anything at the store. Definitely not coming back.

My whole experience from beginning to end was extremely positive, especially in dealing with Tara and Fil. The tub chair is extremely comfortable and already making a difference in our bedroom. The delivery was quick and the delivery staff were friendly and efficient. I will definitely shop here for furniture in the future as the quality and value are excellent!

We knew we wanted something beautiful, unique and exceedingly well built and functional for our space. Viewed countless online inventories. Even though we didn’t know exactly what we wanted we sure knew what we didn’t want. Decided to visit Decorium on a personal recommendation from a friend. Glad we did. Had fun wandering about, even though we hadn’t quite found “the” furniture. Raffaele Martino engaged us in a most discrete non-pushy manner and within seconds led us to exactly what we were looking for. I don’t know how he did that. And we probably walked right past it earlier. That was last weekend. Delivery was 2 hours ago and mirrored the showroom experience; effortless, very pleasant and beyond expectations. Delivery isn’t contracted out to some 3rd party outfit; Decorium-emblazoned trucks, Decorium staff, 100% accountability. Couldn’t be any happier with the process and the results. The internet is fine for many things but sometimes you need to see an expert and touch stuff in person.

My husband and I had great service from Raffaele! He wasn't pushy and saw that we had a clear vision of what we were looking for in furnishing our living room. He was more than happy to move furniture around to figure out configurations and confirm space requirements. We highly recommend him and will go back to him should we need more furniture.

I am updating my review from 2 months ago that the curio I bought in December is not delivered as of September 3rd. I have only an update email each month that the deliver is end of month … I also received a call from store manager asking me to remove the negative review! It’s 10 months since i ordered the piece with estimated delivery of 14 weeks! I will upload all the emails I received since April on the delivery date.
Decorium takes no responsibility other than monthly email with the delivery date to be pushed month by month!

I bought a curio in December with delivery Time 14 weeks! It’s been 6 full months since purchase date and the delivery date is pushed week by week!
Today I got an update that the curio is not available until end of August! 8 months and more than 32 weeks! This is not an acceptable customer service
They are not canceling the order and not delivering…. I’m stuck and none is responding! This is ridiculous! Don’t order anything from Decorium! Get what they have available if interested

Great place to shop if you live in a suburban large home if you're downtown furniture is too big to fit in your apartment

Decorium has a great collection of furniture but it is it’s services where it truly stands out from its competitors. My wife and I were having a hard time finding a store with good selection and quality bedroom furniture as well as a knowledgeable sales person to help us. We found both at Decorium. We we assisted by Alla Wolfson who we found to be very helpful, experienced and well-informed. It is definitely worth a visit.

We bought furniture for our entire home from Decorium 15 years ago and it looks new till date! When we bought a cottage during the pandemic, I couldn’t think of any store other then Decorium. The furniture was delivered this weekend and it looks fabulous. We received excellent service from our sales person Adriana Galait. She was very supportive and encouraging. We felt no pressure. The only place you need to shop.they have everything in every style. Most importantly, skilled and attentive staff to make sure you find what you need. Choice can be overwhelming, and we're so happy with our new furniture thanks to guidance and wisdom from Ellen.

Excellent service from Alla and the team that delivered. She kept checking in throughout the waiting period and the furniture arrived on time. Not to mention once we told her what we’re looking for she brought us right to the table that we ended up going with, it was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommended.

The sales reps at Decorium are nice, approachable, and go out of their way to help you out up until they get your money. Once they get your money, you start to see how they truly treat their customers. As soon as a transaction is made, they no longer care for their customers. I followed up again in February and was told the expected delivery is now end of Feb.end of march came by and I was told by Raffaele & Fil that the "ETA is the same". It is now the second week of april and no one has answer me, bothered to follow up with me. 5months later and I still can't get an answer. There's been no compensation for the delay.they took my money and they can't even commit to when it's going to get delivered

If you purchase anything from Decorium, don't believe their delivery dates as they clearly can't deliver on their promises and don't bother to give their customers updates. 5 months later, I still haven't received something I paid 2thousands and half of dollars for and no one answer me. Extremely disappointed in the service.would not recommend to anyone.

Great shopping experience today! We were looking for a dinner table set. Right at the entrance we were met by an agent Alla Wolfson who immediately understood exactly what we needed and suggested the set that we loved.
She was able to answer all our questions and with her help we bought what we needed quickly and efficiently!
Before coming to Decorum we visited quite a few stores and searched online with no luck.

Despite having gone to the store with no appointment, we got excellent service. Service was there for us, but not intrusive, giving us space to try out all the various couches/sectionals. They also encouraged us to take fabric swatches to better lighting conditions, and more. We felt no “hard sale” pushiness, but rather a more problem-solving, customer centric approach which was appreciated.

Decorium is a furniture store offering custom furniture at reasonable prices and good quality. Decorium also offers modern furniture, luxury furniture, contemporary furniture and upscale furniture.

They have a good selection of pieces; living room, and bedroom pieces are the best in terms of selection and quality. Dining room selection is a bit weaker.

Each piece can be made in many different fabric options and finishes.

The only reason for not giving them five stars is the fact that they don't carry very many natural materials like cottons and linens.

Do get the delivery and assembly, they do an excellent job.

Henrique is a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson. His passion
and enthusiasm for interior design is evident. We are so happy with the furniture we picked out.

After reading some of the previous reviews I was a little skeptical in purchasing anything from this store. Nevertheless I decided to try them out, I went ahead and bought a dining room set and a couch and what a huge mistake I made. They overcharged me, delivered damaged items and wont return my emails or calls. This is very troubling for me and my family. Really wish my salesperson or customer care would get back to me, its been over 2 weeks: (There is many other furniture stores in the GTA I wish I never shopped here. This place really needs to be reported to the better business bureau

Our family has shopped at Decorium for years, and have found them to consistently carry quality products with a fashionable, modern style at reasonable prices. When we've looked at other stores for furniture and decore, we find ourselves coming back to Decorium for our home's staple pieces. (Their delivery charges are a bit high, so if possible, we suggest buying a few items together to offset the cost.) Their staff are very friendly and helpful, offering attentive service, BUT we almost always deal exclusively with Alla - she is amazing! She has a great eye for design, is very patient, and works very hard to make your experience easy and comfortable, so that you get the best pieces possible for your time, effort, and budget. We take pictures of our space and show her what we want, and we can trust that she'll give us an honest opinion, and guide us towards the right purchase. Thank you so much Alla, keep up the great work!

Renata was great to work with and new her Stressless stuff, there is so much choice, it's overwhelming to say the least, we'll be back soon to order some more furniture for sure.

We love shopping at Decorium. We have been buying furniture there over the past 15 years, and have only had top notch experiences.

The quality of pieces that we have bought have always been fantastic. When small issues arose in the past (e.g. Squeaky bed frame), they sent out their service team immediately to fix it.

We recently bought a sectional couch and was helped by Renata Biala. I can't even start to express how much of a pleasure it was to deal with her. She gave us great decor advice (e.g. Looking at photos of our home, and recommending fabrics, colours, throw pillow options, etc) and was really comforting during the purchase. During the time we were awaiting for the shipment, she sent us a text every couple of weeks letting us know the status of the delivery. Anytime we ever need to buy furniture again, we will go straight to Renata wherever she is:).

BUYER BEWARE! Purchased a couch from Decorium late last year. First, they tried to over charge me in store from the sale price on the website, thankfully I went home and checked the pride online. After I got that sorted, upon delivery the couch was the floor model and not brand new and had many defects on upholstery. Due to COVID they wouldn’t take it back and refunded me a few hundred for all the marks and scapes on the couch. Moving forward, I am having many difficulties with the couch and how it is built as it’s falling apart. I spoke with Maribeth in customer service and she refuses to help with the major manufacturer defect in the frame of the couch and is telling me I have to pay for services when across Canada there is a 1 year full manufacturer warranty on all furniture. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST! They sell low quality furniture, they don’t stand behind their product and they try and worst of all they are not Honest. It’s a shame a place like this is allowed to operate

So my experience with decorium to say the least wasn't pleasant at all. The sales staff is super nice when they get you in the store and purchase until something goes wrong. Then they treat you like trash. They love to say we thrive on quality and been in business for over 35 years but that doesn't mean much when you don't work honest and stand behind your product. The staff is very sneaky and they don't have you best interest at hand. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as there is so many other furniture stores to buy better quality items at better prices with a piece of mind. This place is all smoke and mirrors. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Howard and Maribeth made the purchase of my custom chair seamless. It arrived sooner than anticipated and was ready for pick up at the allotted time (great service by the loading dock staff too). They made pandemic furniture shopping a pleasure.

This place is a total scam. They sold is defective merchandise and never did anything to make it right. High advise not to shop here. Overpriced and cheap quality goods 0/10

We were fortunate to have timed the construction of our new home before COVID-19 drastically changed all of our lives. The selection of furniture did however fall at the beginning of the "change". The Decorium staff was amazing at assisting in the selection process of our furniture needs, able to navigate, with the various restrictions upon us, through to the delivery and assembly of our purchases. To all those at Decorium, thank you! We continue to enjoy and greatly appreciate our new surroundings.

This winter, we bought Stressless furniture from both Decorium and another store. Decorium offered better prices, gave better service, and had much better communication. Delivery was faster too, but that might have been more about the manufacturer.
If you are on the market for Stressless, this is the store to go to first. We really wish we had started here!

We just received the dining room chairs we ordered last October - they are beautiful, enhance our room and the entire experience, start to finish, was a model of efficiency, friendly service, and great follow-through.

Ellen was fantastic. Took the time to allow me to browse at my own pace. Never any pressure to make a sale. I found the perfect sofa for my living space. Ellen answered all my questions and helped make all the arrangements for my preferred delivery date. Her main concern was that I loved the piece I was purchasing. A very pleasant and productive shopping experience. I will certainly return in the future.

We have ordered a bed and the initial delivery frame was end of jan (ordered jn December). Now it is currently March 5th and we have not yet received it. No apologies no discount no updated time frame, just another corporation taking your money and giving you no service.

Sales reps are great. They really take the time to make sure you get what you want and the furniture is quality. We purchased furniture here 18 years ago and pleased to find out they were still in business when we needed new furniture. It’s not cheap but the furniture is high quality and well built and will last a long time.

Looking for and buying furniture when you know what you need can be complicated let alone when for a newly build house. Decorium and staff made it such a positive experience. Our sales person was knowledgeable and helpful in the decision making process. All looks great in our new home to be! A deeply felt thank you Decorium!

I worked with Alla in my furniture purchase. She was great. She's normally a designer and doesn't always act as a sales person in the way she did for me, but I came to the store on a busy day and she provided me with such amazing help. I gave a vague description about the piece I was looking for, and within 30 seconds, we were across the store looking at that exact piece of furniture. Alla also helped me pick out two other pieces that I needed. Truly appreciate the support that this store was able to provide me. It's a massive showroom, but I was treated almost as a family member looking for some new pieces for my home. Prices were also great. I saved a substantial amount of money via Black Friday deals.

Bought my furniture at Decorium for years. Collections are good and has occasionally unique designs that you cannot find anywhere else Its a.family run business.with friendly and non pushy salesman. Bought a lovely chest of drawers for a good price. And the best part of my expirience were 2 brothers that work at the pick up department of packing and delivery section. They were kind people that made everything look so easy.

If more than 5 stars were available Decorium would get them. Professionalism, helpfulness and the friendly willingness to assist a customer is the key to exceptional customer service. The company provided excellent service, from reviewing products, to the sales process (no pressure) and the delivery of the furniture was excellent. All came as promised, furniture was delivered on time, delivery staff set furniture up and were extremely helpful. Would I make another purchase here? ABSOLUTELY!

Absolutely superior Customer Service! They even texted me the dimensions of the product I was buying to make sure it would fit through the doorways in my home. I needed the furniture I was purchasing on very short notice and they accommodated me and were helpful in every way.

Great selection of furniture across many brands and terrific service. However, beware the delivery situation if you live in a high-rise. The fact that customers may live in a building does not seem to compute.
