I got a Ontario Safety certificate at a very competitive price. They inspected the car on the day agreed upon, and the whole process was very easy. I would recommend and will be back for servicing my other vehicles.

My car needed a new Crank Position Sensor. Deer Park Automotive installed a defective aftermarket CPS. When I returned a couple days later because my car was having acceleration problems due to the defective CPS, not only did they refuse to replace the defective sensor, but they had the gall to charge me and additional $100 for an (unauthorized) computer analysis that they claimed said there was nothing wrong with my car. In fact, there quite obviously was something still wrong with my car and I clearly demonstrated the issue to them. Unbelievable.

Not really sure about the honest and fair.maybe he took advantage of me cause I'm a woman. I went there with AC not working. He charged me $50 to tell me he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it partly due do his shop being too loud and would need to charge me more to figure it out. Then he said he didn't have time or any space coming up to do it. So I left $50 poorer and absolutely no answers. I've never been charged for no solution. I get he charged me for the testing but the testing came up with nothing partly due to a problem that was cause by his own environment.why am I on the hook for that? I felt very duped and stupid when I left there. I should not have agreed to pay without some sort of findings. It's upsetting but I guess it's a lesson learned.

I've never owned a car in my life and just got one second hand because I have a baby on the way. I was looking around for a local mechanic shop where I could get the car checked out without being taken advantage of as a new car owner who doesn't know much. At first I was worried that this place would be overpriced because of the location (forest hill) but I read the positive reviews and gave it a shot. Edward the owner inspected the issues i mentioned and reported back that there was no major problems right now. He did not try to make up issues or sell me unnecessary parts or work. He charged me a small reasonable fee to do the inspection which was fair. It seems that this is a trustworthy and professional place and I will return when there are other issues. Thank you!

My check engine light was one and the car dealership told me it was a whole host of issues that would cost me over $900. I called to get another quote and Edward told me to bring it in so they could have a look. They ended up showing me that it was NONE of the things the dealership was claiming. They didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. Edward and Selwyn provided great service. I am only bringing my car here going forward!

I took my Mercedes car in today with my Engine Light showing. They hooked up a tester and showed me that there was no serious issue I should be concerned with. After that quick and polite service they declined to charge me. What a rare and efficient service! Thank you.

Have gone to this place for many years to service my old Buick le Sabre. I feel I have been treated fairly and never pressured to do unnecessary work. Prices are reasonable for the city and they have always finished repairs and maintenance quickly.

I walked in on one of the busiest days of the year (first snow fall and everyone trying to get winter tires on) and they told me they were busy but came out to check out the problem. Turns out it was a 5 minute fix, which they did on the spot and charged me an incredibly reasonable price. I was so pleased with the service, politeness, friendliness, and speed of this place. I was looking for a new regular mechanic and I think I've found one! I'll definitely be going back.
