I’ve always had really great experiences with Deerpark - over the past 8 months I’ve owned a condo managed by them. I typically liaise with Jeannette - and I find her to be super friendly and helpful. Any time I’ve had an issue, I email and within a day she has an answer for me. The property maintenance person - Antoine - is always super helpful as well. Work orders get created and within a day or two usually I hear from him with an update. So far - no issues/no complaints.

Poor all the way around… they really don’t care about the people living under their LAWS. Nothing left to do but move now…and the Receptionist! Goodness me, how one person can be so unpleasant all the time, every call… smile won’t hurt:)

Administrative Assistant, Trish, is absent from her office and has priorities unrelated to Deerpark. She is extremely slow responding to complaints, often neglecting to check her Inbox for days. For personal reasons, she’s unavailable for phone calls and rarely responds to voice messages. When dealing with complaints and resolving such, her involvement is limited due to her unavailability. When dealing with time sensitive matters, she’s often unresponsive and needs constant reminders. Residents and Board Members are extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with her performance.

Poor customer service. The receptionist is extremely rude and ignorant. Terrible dealing with this company…totally a money grab with nothing but headaches in return. If they manage the property…. RUN

They dont answer the phone or emails. Going to sell my condo so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Deerpark is by far the worst management company. They forwarded my mothers account to a legal department claiming unpaid condo fees which were in fact PAID. Lawyer still collected legal fees once proof of paid condo fees was provided costing 1000 dollars- deerpark should be the ones to pay this as they wrongfully contacted a lawyer. NO getting through to them. Very poor management- has been an ongoing issue. Calling in is point less. DO NOT BUY A PROPERTY WITH DEER PARK.

By Far the worst management company I’ve ever seen, receptionist doesn’t take messages, they don’t return your calls, email response takes over a week.

Poor budget management, always Contracting the lowest quality workers to maintain and fix the buildings. If you can find a better place to live you should definitely go elsewhere.

She also makes serious choices impacting everyone without consulting our condo board. Spoke with manager Shelley about my concerns, including serious matters like electrical exposure not being replied to, and she said she would transfer Amanda to another group and meet me in person asap. Shelley didn't show up and then rescheduled 3 times, and then ghosted me. I do not recommend this company and will gladly provide proof of their lack of service to anyone interested.

I have owned a condominium managed by Deerpark since 1999. While I have had some minor issues in the past concerning window replacements, the issues were ultimately resolved through professionalism and proper process. Some past correspondence issued by the management company has been poor, but in my two decades of business experience it is not surprising as many people in all levels of business are poor writers. In the most part, everyone I correspond with at Deerpark is reasonable and pleasant.

That being said, as an owner of two condo properties, each managed by a different company, the most important factor to me as an owner is how well the management company manages the reserve fund. Since 1999, this management company has replaced all windows, repaved the parking and common area, replaced the roof, and recapped the brick surrounding the stairs leading up to the units without once issuing a special assessment. I will also add that landscaping is consistent and neat as well. I have felt that the condo fees have risen noticeably in the past few years, but still seem on par with other properties.

Having recently purchased my second condo and in doing so reviewed several management companies, these folks are doing a good job in comparison to many others.

DP is smart that they don't put half or no starts as im convinced they all be no starts. I ha e the displeasure of ow ing a DP condo. It's like in.livinh in a slum. Gargabr area overflowing since a week before Christmas. I have had to send a complain almost every month. They should be out of business. They are luck ya can't post pics.

Bought a property less than a month ago managed by deerpark and allready very dissapointed with them. They charged me wrong bill and now jerking me around for 2 weeks and not to mention the lady on the phone. Very rude, very very rude. Love my home though.

You people should be shutdown, raise condo fees, lower standards, reduced maintenance. Poor excuse for any organization.

Very lazy, unprofessional team at Deerpark and I strongly suggest ANYONE to deal with another company. Worst service, the employees have lied on multiple occasions and shouldn't be working there. Always leaving the office early and un-returned voicemails have cost us a hundred dollars+ in fines thanks to Wendy and the Deerpark team.

The staff is quick to respond and Deerpark has help us bring our finances back on track.would recommend

In terms of managing property the owner is great. In terms of finances not so much.i received a letter threatening a possible lean on my house. They also charged me $200.00 in administrative fees for errors on there end, I can prove this. No point in trying to argue, they are always right, and you are wrong. You better have a lawyer when dealing with deerpark they are quick to take your money, but leave the mess with the board members to clean up. Makes you wonder why do we pay them? I am still waiting to hear from the owner, so we can settle the issue since it was his company who requested and took my money not the board. I do not trust deerpark at all, especially with my banking info. I may even move from my community to avoid this company if things continue down this road.

Worst management. Very unprofessional. Ignorant staff. Horrible maintenance. Dont not buy or rent! BEWARE!
