Decided to try one of their International PInot Grigio wine kits and was very impressed with the result. Bought another one. Price is reasonable, great selection of products and wine kits, helpful and attentive staff. HIghly recommended.

Customer sign up could be a little easier, filling out a whole physics form is a little archaic in this day and age.

Okay place to make wine staff should educate people when they leave with their wine when is it good to drink or how long it has to be stored

They have a wide selection. They are not very welcoming to customers and rather pushy when it comes time to bottle a batch. They provide some labels for some wines and not for others. I’ve been spoiled - I’m familiar with a place that provides all labels, shrink sleeves and even small date stickers to put on top of each bottle. Sadly, D offers none of these. I will look elsewhere.

I have been dealing with this Defalco's store since they opened in Orléans. Great place: knowledgeable service people; never been disappointed. Nice thing: we are not welcomed by monkeys, like at Farm Boy ;).

This store has everything! I've been going for a year now for wine kits and equipment and I can't recommend it enough. I especailly like being able to browse online and know what I'll find in the store, and more importantly, see the pricing in advance. It's nice to see familiar faces when you walk in too. A big thanks to Liam who always seems to be there and helps me out when I need a hand.

Huge selection of extract, full grain, infusion brewing and wine make supplies. Good prices and inventory with great customer service.

Being closed on Monday is really annoying. Going to consider alternatives, two days in a row is a bit much, perhaps close Wednesday?

They have a good inventory and a good selection for home brewer. Courteous service and nice people.

Above and beyond! Can't say enough about DeFalco's. I'm a new customer and bought their start-up beer/wine making kit. I've gone back 3 times in the past few weeks (both the Orleans and Gladstone locations) to keep adding to my collection of beer making stuff since I plan on doing this a lot! They were exceptionally helpful, taking the time to answer my many, many questions. I was quite intimidated to start my first batch of beer, but it's sitting in the carboy for the next week or so before bottling.and I've already purchased a hard cider kit and another beer kit. Really a fantastic place with such rich expertise. They know what they're talking about and are happy to share their knowledge.

Great place for beer brewers. You can get everything you need. Staff is friendly but not very helpful in giving advice.

I purchased what was their best red and best whites. In fact tried both twice. Then tried different kit.
So far I have been very disappointed in the flavour in all attempts.
I guess I expected to have the wine taste to at least the same level as a lower priced commercial wine.
