I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I had at your salon. As a loyal customer for the past two years, I have always valued the professionalism and quality of service provided by your team. However, my most recent visit left much to be desired this morning

Upon arrival for my scheduled appointment, I was unfortunately delayed by 16 minutes due to unexpected traffic. Despite explaining my situation and the circumstances beyond my control, I was met with hostility and disrespect from your staff. Instead of acknowledging my predicament, I was made to feel like an inconvenience and treated in a derogatory manner. It was disheartening to be dismissed without any regard for my loyalty or the fact that I arrived by cab, not by driving myself.

Furthermore, I was scheduled to be seen by one of your senior hair stylists, as I have always appreciated their expertise and skill in the past. However, on this occasion, both Kiara and Isabella exhibited a lack of professionalism and respect towards me. Their dismissive attitude and apparent disregard for my time were unacceptable. Despite my longstanding patronage and the trust I have placed in your salon, I was left feeling undervalued and disrespected.

I am deeply disappointed by this experience and the lack of customer care demonstrated by your team. It is crucial that clients are treated with respect and dignity, regardless of the circumstances. I urge you to address this matter promptly and ensure that such behavior is not repeated in the future. As a valued customer, I expect nothing less than exemplary service and professionalism from your salon.

I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further and seek resolution. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter

I felt comfortable right away and didn't feel worried. It was my first haircut since I came here to Canada from Italy. George was kind, precise and I was very happy with his work. I recommend him a lot. I will be back to do balayage soon as well.

This was my first time at Define and I absolutely loved it! George was knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. My hair looks and feels great and will be coming again soon!

I found this hair salon by fluke, I like the professionalism bestowed on the client. The ambience is fresh and feminine. I also have not been dissatisfied with my hairstylist that cut a my hair and the staff.

For balayage hair colour, I always trust this hair salon. They are experts and have the proper color sense. Moreover, the salon is oh-so-beautiful with an amicable environment. I received a warm welcome from the most well-behaved receptionist when I walked in. My overall experience here was fantastic.

Julia and her team did efficient tape-in hair extensions in my super fine manes. They now look incredibly voluminous and bouncy. I never thought my hair could look so beautiful. Thank you for giving me the confidence to get out of my house without a scarf wrapped around my head.

I was on the hunt for a good hand tie extension and stylist since I haven’t gotten my hair done from a salon since before covid and just done myself at home.
I looked up best rated salons and this one came up. Isabella did an amazing job. She colour matched perfect. Held up the hair stain consistently to match the hair to the extensions, she styled them to my liking and the price was great!
This salon is a 45min drive from me, but I’ll be coming back for more services and to move up the extensions!

They kept me waiting for half an hour before they washed my hair and left me again with sobbing wet hair for 50 mins before cutting my hair with a blunt scissor. Absolutely awful staff!

Love love coming here, they always do an amazing job although a bit pricy. My only complaint is the girl Gabrielle behind the counter, every time I go here she gives me a bit of attitude and is passively rude despite me saying nothing to her. I love this studio a lot but any interaction with her lowers my experience.

Amelia is AMAZING. She is so patient. Explains what she is doing (for those who get anxious about cuts) and makes recommendations. I highly highly recommend booking with her.

Daniella did my hair this past week and I'm in love! She did an amazing job on my hair and was an absolute pleasure to work with! A great person and a talented hair stylist!

I had such a good experience at this salon! Everyone was so welcoming and Alesia was so helpful with the process of dying my hair back to brown. I was very nervous as I didn’t want it to be difficult to go back to blonde if I wanted to in the future and Alesia made the suggestion of simply toning the hair instead of permanently dying it. She matched my natural hair colour perfectly and I’m so happy with the results. I will definitely be returning!

I was referred to Define Hair Studio by a friend. I got in touch with them made appointment went to talk about hair extensions with Julie she showed me every type then we chose which one I was going to do.went back to have the hair extensions put in Julie sure knows her stuff she has an eye for hair she can match your existing hair. I have nothing but good things to say about this place! I got my hair done by alesia who did a fantastic job! I went to her to fix work from a previous salon and left extremely happy! Not only is she an amazing stylist but a wonderful person to talk to. The atmosphere of this salon is Nothing but welcoming:) if you are thinking of getting your hair done I truly recommend alesia!

This is the best salon I have ever been to. Isabella was the stylist who did mine. I just showed her a picture of Korean layering haircut and she did exactly to my liking. Definitely will come back and try to do some wedding hairstyles.

Hope they will do perm in near future. I’m not into the balayage trend, and desperately looking for a good salon to curl my hair.

Such a lovely visit and introduction to this salon. Daniella was wonderful! A young stylist but so knowledgable, gentle and asks all the right questions. Asked what I wanted, listened, and then made the magic happen. Never had full high lights before, so was a bit nervous. She did a great job - looks & feels so natural. Thank you! Gorgeous studio and gorgeous staff. Got a balayage here last year and it lasted so long. Went back recently and had the pleasure of having the very beautiful and talented Jolene do a lighter balayage and SHE DID AMAZING. I have very dark hair and other salons would say it would have to be multiple sessions to achieve what I wanted, Jolene was able to do it in one! The process was very long due to the color and thickness I have but Jolene was patient and very determined to give me what I wanted. She’s amazing! So bubbly and kind I really recommend getting your hair done by her

I went for highlights. The staffs are welcoming and friendly. Karina Did my highlight, she did a great job, just as I asked her. The only cons of this salon that it’s expensive and they don’t give you a clear price breakout! I think they charge a lot for cut/blow dry/natural wave. You should ask for their service prices in advance so you don’t get ripped off.
Update: They stated their prices on the website with + sign besides so they can just tell you it’s depends on your hair type. So for full foil 120–165+, I ended up paying around 380. They charge me extra for toner which suppose to be including the highlight as everywhere else! No initial consultation price was given!

Daniella was amazing! I had a haircut and style done. Her technique was professional and exactly what I wanted! She is energetic, charismatic and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend using her as a hair professional!

Please don’t go here, crazy expensive they did a mess with my hair and I’ve been texting them and no reply… is such a shame trusting a hairdresser and having such a horrible disaster. I went for regular highlights, then it seems something they put was reacting with my hair (never happened before) so they decided to go on a different way on half of my hair. When I realized, I had orange and yellow in my hair, they charged me for the tons of toner the lady tried to put on me and now with only one finger of root it looks HORRIBLE… please don’t do this… find other recommendations…

I went in last week for a blonde balayage from black hair! Alesia was able to accomplish the look I wanted and I can't wait to go back she is so sweet and professional and amazing at her job, highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of having Sabrina as my hairdresser for a little over a year. She has cut my hair and did balayage, which has gotten me to my dream hair colour Sabrina is very professional and knowledgeable in this field of work. You can also tell that she’s very passionate about it. To add, she is always there to answer any questions that I may have about hair care. I always feel like a completely different person after leaving the salon!

This is one of the best salons I’ve been to in Woodbridge! The service has always been great, the receptionist always greets me when I walk in. The owner Julie personally greets me every time I come in. The hairstylists are highly skilled and trained to do cut colour and style. The makeup artist is professional and hygienic.

However, I specifically come here to do my nails, Phoenix is an amazing nail technician! Her tools and products are top quality! 10/10 would recommend! One of my nails wasn't properly shaped so I nervously pointed it out and the nail tech was glad to fix it. She didn't make me feel like I was bothering her at all and they turned out perfect! They are always so polite, professional and sanitary here!

Jimmy is the best! My hair is naturally very dark brown, almost black and he took it to platinum blonde without my hair falling out and I've been maintaining it with him since July 2019. He also gives great product recommendations as well to keep my hair in great condition.

I have been going to jimmy from last easter he’s my fav of alllllll he knows what I like and what suit me better. He’s funny he’s nice and at of alll he’s work is awesomeeeeeeee he does a greatttttt job cuts color and hair stylessss. He’s absolutely the best in town!

I was not going to leave a review but i think that its in the salon's best interest that i do. I received what I consider the worst men's haircut that I have ever received. It was not something that you would expect to see from a "creative director", but instead an 80 year old barber with a shaky hand. It was grossly uneven, outdated and expensive. My advice is to update your men's hairstyles and perhaps take a few more courses to improve your hair cutting abilities because you will lose a lot of clients this way. First and last time for me.

I found Define Hair Studio from Instagram. I have Alopecia Areata and I purchased a Crown Topper from Hidden Crown Hair Extensions. I was kinda overwhelmed with the instructions and how to fit it properly so it looked as natural as possible. I thought it would be best to take it to a professional for some help. I contacted a few stylists who worked with extensions and toppers. Define Hair Studio was one of the only places that worked with toppers and was willing to work with a topper purchased outside the salon. They scheduled me for a private consultation so quickly! Julie and her assistant washed, trimmed, and styled the topper and my natural hair for me. I love my hair now and how natural it looks. They were also so kind, welcoming, helpful and made me feel at ease about my hair! I highly recommend going to her for all your hair needs. Julie truly does care about her clients and making them feel the best they can! So glad I found this place!

I always go to Shami for make up she’s Amazing. She takes the picture you show her and recreates it exactly. I also see Elaine for facials and my skin has ever looked better. The whole salon environment is gorgeous and is simply the best!

I needed my hair done last minute and Jimmy was sweet enough too open the salon for me early Christmas morning. He dyed and styled my hair for me just the way I always wanted it.
