Degagne Carpentry

Mostly I find the Degagne clan to be usurpers and self -appointed Lords of the Land in Corbeil, On. They build on swamp land, they landscape with gravel, they don't finish the homes but charge finished home rates. Oak Ridge is an embarrassment. And, Mr Degagne, maybe check and see if you are actually welcome in an area or neighbourhood. Your latest project is right smack in the middle of an established neighbourhood. And they are livid. Go away! Only the municipality likes your money and future tax revenues. There will be more opposition to this project than you realize.

We purchased our dream home from Degagne! We weren’t sure about the process and procedures of building a beautiful house, speaking with Justin, he took his time and explained everything we needed to know in detailed.
Through the build of our home we had so many questions and concerns, the Degagne team made sure all of our questions and concerns were answered and taken care of. Paul and his amazing team made sure that everything we done over and beyond our expectations.

Degagne was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! We contacted other builders but none were are professional, it was obvious even at the quoting stage - a simple form to get you started, then from there the process was 'white gloved'. Communication was clear throughout the entire process. The project started and finished on time, and not a penny over budget. Its obvious from the fit and finish they use only the best tradespeople.

We built our home with Degagne in 2021 and had a great experience from the initial stages through to completion. They were able to accomodate our requested completion date, and even finished ahead of schedule. The team was great at communicating the process and keeping us on track with when we needed to make our selections. All the different suppliers were very helpful in making selections based on the looks/images we had provided. Overall, it was a great (low stress) experience throughout the building process, and the workmanship of the actual home is top notch. We would definitely recommend building with Degagne!
