Had them come to park model. Had no tools or parts. Said voltage ok and needed new tank. We got meter and checked. Only needed transformer. A $296 bill and very unhappy customers. STAY AWAY from here!

Decent wash but you get what you pay for. The automated wash says under carriage blaster for underneath the car. Didn't see a spray manifold on the ground anywhere just side blasters

Had a frustrating problem with my trailer. After dealing with Keystone I was told to bring the trailer to Del Mastro for service. (My purchasing dealer was 3+ hours away).
Well, what a great experience it was. I worked with Brian and Ken to get my issues resolved and got my trailer back WEEKS before I was expecting.
Noticed that they had a very large parts dept and was able to pick up some parts for few small things that I could fix myself. (I mean, if you own a trailer, you know there's always a repair here and there!)
Great customer service, great communication and great work done on my trailer!
Had a nice chat with a sales guy too while there, overall great people!

Went in for a part for my tent trailer, that would have taken weeks to deliver on Amazon. They had it in stock and a better price. Very impressed.

Can't read the instructions on the screen once the sun gets on the back of the car wash.
Very annoying, also it never let's you pay with coins. Terrible screen to read in any lighting conditions.

Excellent staff, they went out of their way to help us with a plumbing problem regarding our trailer, even giving personal number if we needed help after hours.wonderful people

I recently purchased a 2023 travel trailer from Del Mastro at the RV SHOW in Toronto. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I am so happy with my decision. The quality is outstanding and has exceeded my expectations. ALDO was very friendly and helpful, PAUL was great to deal with him and make the financing process really easy. I will highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is in the market for a travel trailer.

Excellent car wash. I wish they gave receipts. Paper is al always empty! I love that car wash.

Wash your car here.best car wash for $6 for basic wash. $14 for max wash. I always come here never had a problem
