I will NEVER recommend DEL Windows & Doors. Recently, I got quotes from several other companies which were all over $2,000 to replace my wooden back door with a vented steel door. I then had my handyman measure and Turkstra Brantford found a door for me at a reasonable price from DEL. Nothing fancy but sturdy enough. My handyman installed the door (first time) but the sill was very poorly designed with various elevations and a gap. (see first two photos). The weather stripping also came apart after two days (see photo). I called DEL and was told they also make a handicap sill without all the elevations. The Turkstra Manager ordered a new frame with a "handicap" sill. The door was removed for the new frame but the replacement frame fit at the top, and was about two inches too narrow at the bottom. The door was reinstalled (second time). Then the Turkstra Manager drove to Stoney Creek to pick up a new sill and new weather stripping and the door was re-installed (third time). The handyman charged me $1,928 plus tax for at total of $2,178.92 for three installations of the same door. I would have been further ahead to buy a better quality door and paid the $2,000 at the outset instead of having my home disrupted several times and paying $2,000 for installation alone. This entire fiasco is no one's fault but DEL's.

Bought all my windows and doors here for a new build. Had one minor issue and they sent 2 techs 6 hours to make sure it was fixed right. Amazing customer service.

I've been using DEL for my windows for over 15 years. I've personally had 0 issues with any of their products. Price point and quality are great for me and the customer service is not bad at all, as some have said here. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with DEL.

We had some very minor small issues with a 3 windows/door and called to place a service call.

The lady at the service desk (SORRY I FORGOT THE NAME) was an absolute delight. Made the whole process easy and fun. She was so friendly and very nice with finding my Order Number and setting up the whole service request.

The man who came to service was pretty spot on with the service call estimated time and he was very friendly and accommodating to fixing our issues.

I could not be happier with how this was all done and will certainly be using Del Windows and Doors on any future projects.

Buyer beware. No warranties will be honoured by the company. Bought in '21 during COVID. It wasn't the delays that bothered us, we knew there was going to be a wait. How ever, they delivered damaged goods under the pretences that it would be claimed under warranty (door was dented/warped and the hole for hardware was drilled too big). They sent out the technician (Dominic) who agreed and forwarded on his warranty to Dell with only a month after install. Dominic did say that it would take some time to get the replacement slab as they were catching up on all the COVID orders. After 6 months had gone by and no news I called Dell back and low and behold, they never heard of me. I gave them both order numbers, to which they said the warranty paper work was never filed by the contractor or homeowner. I inquired why they would send out a technician if the paperwork was never done (I did it personally and mailed it in (I now know why doing it online isn't an option) and there was crickets on the phone. She said she couldn't help me and that nothing further would be done. Contractor is willing to install at no charge if I get a replacement but, living with it is cheaper than paying for something twice. Buyer beware! Do yourself a favor and purchase with a credit card so you can at least make a claim through them.

Quality windows at a great price. They truly stand behind their products. Had some issues at the distributor level and while DEL initially let the distributor attempt to work it out and the distributor didn't do super well, I was happy that their company ownership and management stood behind their products to make it right. Staff seemed friendly and helpful once we were able to make contact. Good Canadian company, I would purchase windows from them again, if anything is an issue give them a chance to solve it.

There is not a better place to buy windows! The lead time and excellent quality and customer care is above all!

Had Del windows installed in my home in 2021 and couldn't be happier they have been installed now for about 1 year and so far holding up great really good quality and value for the money.

Our 10 Year + business relationship with Del Windows and doors has been nothing less than amazing and a positive experience. Top Quality products and service across the board. I highly recommend home owners, Contractors and Developers to seriously consider Del windows and Doors for your home improvement upgrades or for your new build projects.
