I highly recommend Delicate shoe & repair! I took my gucci loafers in (they were 6-7 years old with a hole at the back and front). Delicate shoe & repair staff made them look brand new in 4 days. Super happy with the results. Thanks so much:)

Call them before you come to confirm they’re open/open the front door for you. I brought 3 pairs of shoes to change the sole/heel and they are all good, and the store uses Vibram sole. The glue is ok, only visible when you look for it. My shoes are still looking good after new soles.
The price is about $20 for each pair, and wait time is about 2 days.

Really happy with the friendly and timely service. Just got my shoes repaired and they look good. You won’t get bored waiting as well as 2 cutest looking dogs will keep you busy. Will try the shoes for a week and leave another review!

Lost the sole of my boot on the way to a function. They were able to repair it quickly and get me on my way quickly.

Really quick turnaround (2 days from drop off), quality work cobbling the heels of a pair of boots I wear in the office and to commute. $20 for the pair.

I am first-time, and last-time, customer of Delicate Shoes & Repairs. The adhesive used was not durable. My sole fell off within a week of regular wear. For me, first impressions are everything and so I would not recommend Delicate Shoes & Repairs. I have already taken the shoes to another repair shop as I can’t risk the same mistake being made twice. It’s a shame because the owner was really friendly.

Brought my loafers in to get rubber soles on them and she did great! Super quick and she’s so nice. I was able to pick them up the next day.

I came here for getting my leather strap adjusted. Good service with reasonable price. Recommended!

Made belt holes in 5 minutes and polished my boots on top of repairing them. Great hours for the young professional too!

It's okay, you get what you pay for. But the lady running the shop makes ridiculous excuses for being late. Two other customers and I waited 45 mins for her shop to open (supposed to open at 5pm, she came 5: 45) and what was her excuse? Daylight savings which has happened almost a week ago. I brought in two pairs of shoes to be resoled, the quality is okay but the sole did come off in the front and I had to glue it back on. Definitely not a flawless fix, the sole doesn't look like it is part of the shoe.
