Parking was a nightmare last night. The garage was closed. Then the food experience was not great. Our waitress was lovely and patient which was good because she had alot if extra work from us. I ordered wine, they no longer carry but was on the menu. No biggie. Then the small Nonna salad, which was served in a pinch bowl, which worked out fine because half the ingredients in the salad were missing. 3 of us ordered the Chicken Marsala and two of the three had two pcs of chicken and mine had one half of breast cooked to dry and hard. I sent that back, to get a new meal that was nicely prepared and way better than first attempt. My sister ordered Caesar salad as meal and there was literally no dressing on it. So personally I will not recommend this place. Its not cheap so when you go you want to enjoy your experience.
My recommendation is if several ppl order exact same meal, make them look identical in quality and portion.

I used to dine here with my spouse when we first started dating; we returned recently to celebrate our anniversary and deeply regretted it. We were seated 20 minutes after our reservation time, we were seated outside the area we requested, and the service was ludicrously slow. Another table with a family was shouting at the manager about the poor service and cold food, and I couldn't blame them for voicing their concerns. This is the experience I expect at a lower quality chain restaurant, not Del's.

Amazing food very true to classic Italian recipes. Terrific, attentive service. Dinner for 4 with 4 appetizers, mains, and drinks under 45pp pretax and tip.

Our server was amazing! Honestly the best service i’ve gotten at a local restaurant in a while. The food and atmosphere was lovely as well i’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I had dinner there last night. The service was good and the restaurant ambiance was very nice! They served us with just baked bread, with cinnemon and garlic butter was very good! Also their Brocheta was very tasty. I ordered a Chicken Parmesian which was just okay and if some more spice or tomato sauce was added, I am sure would have tasted way better!

I’ve never had so many issues trying to order food. Is this a new business model I’m not aware of? Almost feel like Im trying to convince someone to take my money. Never had issues with Charcoals either ‍️ extremely poorly run.

It's one of the best Italian restaurants in the region. Great location with a large dining room and amazing food!

My family and I dined here for dinner on Wednesday. Let me start by saying, wow! The food was amazing, the service was fast, we had a really pleasant experience. The presentation of the bread was very unique, as it served in the flower pot. It’s accompanied by some delicious cinnamon and garlic pesto butter. You think that’s a weird flavour right? Well think again, because it’s ridiculously tasty. The chicken Parm was top-notch, I would recommend substituting penne in place of the spaghetti. I would highly recommend this spot for casual dining, a business meeting, or date night. It’s definitely worth a visit

Birthday party. Both Granddaughter and self ordered Chicken Parmasion. Spaghetti cream sauce tasted like Kraft dinner.dry sticky.large dry breaded chicken on top.

I will start with the good. The freshly baked bread and the butters are very good. Unique. Veal marsala is extremely flavorful. However it seems that the restaurant is very ill equipped to handle substitutions. We asked for the pasta in the veal marsala to be substituted with asparagus. Got 3 tiny pieces of asparagus. We were puzzled and asked them why there isn't more asparagus. The response was that vegetables are more expensive than pasta and that asparagus is out of season. Asparagus is available year round and at our local grocery store we can get a whole bunch for less than $3. Eventually we got pasta, although that's not what we wanted. Staff was nice but not offering good substitutes is not a good sign especially when people have various dietary intolerances. I couldn't name a restaurant besides this one that wouldn't substitute pasta for grilled vegetables or salads or if any of those are too expensive at least offer the customer a decent substitute.

Decent atmosphere, vegan Caesar was absolutely perfect and fantastic! Pizza fell short of expectations. Asked for extra sause and garlic and it was dry. Crust was good but could be much better. Service was great.

I ordered chicken marsala, first of all it was nothing like chicken marsala, poor quality, very less quantity and mood spoiler. Sorry will neved order food again here.

The service was amazing! They truly wanted to make our dinner a great experience and they aced it! One of the best restaurants in Kitchener.

When we picked up our order tonight and got home, we realized it was incomplete. We called to let them know and they very kindly offered to fix the issue and get us the missing meal. Their customer service went above and beyond and Noreen (I hope I got that right) and her team were wonderful! And the food is always delicious! Thanks again!

Great restaurant. Went on a Thursday night date night with my wife while kids were at Grandma's. They give you all you can eat bread and butter that is super delicious we should have taken this in to account before ordering a appetizer. For the appetizer we had the Spin Dip and crispy pitas. The Spin Dip was one of the best I have ever had. Then we had a rustic tomato pizza great crust nice pesto sauce and fresh mozzarella it was a solid pizza. Have been here many times and will definitely be back. Oh and if you are here during patio season definitely give it a try nice and cute.

Best place in town for Italian. Steak there was phenomenal with risotto.update: 3 years since this post still one of the best options in Kitchener!
Update aug 2022. You were 5 stars now 3 and I tetter on 2. Both the pasta and xuccini pasta dishes we order everytime we go were ruined. No flavour only salt salt and more salt. Both of us wre sick all night after bring there. Really was so disappointed to the point we won't be back gor a long time.

We had such a wonderful dinner here. The food and service (Jamie was our server) was perfect. I highly recommend.
