Delta Bingo and Gaming

First time here, my wife brought me and we had a lot of fun. Service is very nice, place is clean, the food is what you would expect from such a venue. Will definately return.

Go here if you want to lose every time you go the chance of winning on bingo is 1 percent and winning on there slots is a joke better off buying a 649 it has a better chance then there so called “gaming slots”!

Waited for 3 games! Was fun, clean and a packed house! Would've been better if we Would've won!

Since it closed in Hamilton, l have not gone. But really enjoyed it, first won in slots, then my neice won 200.00. Staff is very friendly.

Good location. On bus route. Lots of parking but parking lot is very dark. Clean inside.staff are friendly. Reasonable prices. They do not sell 2 strips like other bingo places do. Great place to go and have fun

It's OK, it's bingo with casino games (slots). Mostly all the regular same players win.

My experience is always a great one! Whether i win or loose, it is fun to get out of the house and and have a good time with friends. The new slot machines are awesome as well! Staff are fantastic! They also keep everything very clean and organized. Highly recommend

Staff were very hard on the main floor. Kudos to them. Cash staff and administration/management seem on point. Restaurant seems to be functioning well.

This is a great place to have a couple of hours of fun, and also have a chance to win some money. Either alone, or with friends. Get yourself some snack foods such as, nachos and cheese, or fries from their snack bar. Grab a bingo dabber (or bring your own), or you can use their electronic ‘Gekko’ screen boards to play bingo. Be prepared to drop a few dollars here though! Gaming is not a cheap pastime, but it can be a lot of fun! You can play both bingo and electronic slot machines here as well. The staff are very helpful, if you are a newcomer and need help to understand how to play. The establishment is very clean, and the staff and also patrons are friendly. A great place to meet new people, keep cool on a hot summer’s day, or warm on a chilly day. **It’s also wheelchair friendly. ** Ample free parking onsite.

Friendly and helpful staff. My first time ever going to a bingo hall and they explained the options and how the electronic cards/ games work very well.

Came here for a date night with my hubby for our first bingo experience. Staff was so friendly and patient with explaining how things worked, fellow bingo goers were really friendly as well and made for a great first experience.
This establishment is clean and seems well maintained, I will definitely be back.

It has been some time since I have played bingo and things have changed over the years. The staff behind the card sale table was beyond unhelpful and it appeared they didn't even want to spend the few minutes explaining anything to me. There was 1 runner that did help when she had a moment was who pleasant and explained everything in details.
There is quite a few staff there that appear beyond miserable, unsociable and just lack customer service skills.
If you got off of your high horses and took time for the customers maybe the hall would be a bit busier.
