Heath improved this place in a short amount of time. To begin the staff work hard to ensure cleanliness at this location. It makes me want to stay here for a lengthy period. Especially when it comes to pricing, this facility is fair when compared to their nearby competitor. On top of that you are allowed to bring your own paint. The rules have changed for the better as well since games are more monitored. More care has been considered too when it comes to rental equipment. Their weapons, armor and mask is quite sanitary feeling very comfortable on the body. The sizes are great, quality is amazing and smells fresh. Perhaps even a hint of high quality fragrances on products. The best aspect of this place was the friendly workers. Heath's presence at this business feels just right as he does his best to care for clients.

This place was AMAZING! It was my first time paint balling and I’ll definitely be back again! My friends and I had a great time, the staff were AMAZING the equipment was in good condition and the 3 different fields were set up amazingly! They even let us take a group photo at the end of our game! We can’t wait to come back for more!

Disaster all the way until you get there, then its "ok" once you get there. They book through optimum paintball which is an absolutely disaster and dis organized. Both bookings took over a week to coordinate with multiply date changes and both times a couple of days before the booked and I double checked because I didn't trust them, guess what.they didn't have my bookings. Just book with proper paintball facilities directly your saving nothing going through this round about with these two business messing around with you and the amount of up charging at the facility. Facility is starter facility which is great for first timers or people not wanting something to intense, but they run it really poorly ahead of time, once your there it's fun and the team leaders are decent. Such great potential getting wasted

Very well organized. Kids and adults had a blast in the open field and the forest. Little snack bar is convenient, too.

Heath and his team were fantastic to work with. We were a group of 11 in town for a bachelor party. Heath totally hooked us up with a great time. The grounds are massive, and there’s a variety of games to be played. We enjoyed the bush and prison break. Thanks, Heath and crew!

Had an amazing time celebrating my friend's birthday. Heath was amazing and took care of everyone there that day by asking if we've had enough water to drink or if we wanted to cool off with the hose.

The only downside is the smell of the masks. Anyone that plans on going, I suggest bringing a face mask just so that you're smelling your own breath instead of the mask

This was the first paintball experience for me in my life.

After we reached there, the staff briefed us about the game and rules. Then we all purchased our paintball package worth $85/person. It consisted of 1500 paintball bullets, gloves, and groin guard.

We all went in, collected our overalls, helmet, hopper, and body guard, and got dressed.

We were a group of 15 friends. There were other players as well. So, the staff grouped up all of us into two different teams. Each team consisted of approximately 30 people.

There were three games/rounds in total. The staff briefed us about the first round and then we were led into the play area. Before entering the play area, we picked up our guns and loaded them.

After each game/round, we were supposed to leave the guns in their designated area, leave the play area, and go back to our resting camp. While we rested, another group of players played the game.

This way, all the three games/rounds were held quite well. It was super fun to play paintball, but quite tiresome.

I wouldn't explain in detail what the games were about or we played because it's an experience worth experiencing. So, go book your paintball game and experience the fun yourself. You'll enjoy it!

I don't appreciate being ripped off.
Came here to have fun we paid extra money for upgrades we did not receive the outrage and instead of that we got at the lowest money value compensation of a little bit of pain bowls.
Extremely disappointed when this experience put up everything.
No proper washroom on premises very bad quality paintballs that get stuck often overall bad experience I will never come back.
I RECOMMEND YOU TO DO THE SAME AND LOOK FOR A BETTER PLACE

Kids had a fun birthday party. You definitely need to buy as many paintballs as you can afford.

I was there with 6 teen boys.they had a blast! Great organization, fun games and great fields. They split younger kids on other field and the teens and adults together. I highly recommend

Was looking forward to coming back to use my own gun. Now they changed their guns over to 50cal and have no 68cal paint. They have no intention of buying more so unless you have a 50cal gun or no gun don't bother. Very unfortunate cause the game play and map selections would make this place a 4or5 star.

Slow to start to get into the field, customers showing up late I think was the issue, 100 balls is about 1.5 rounds buy more but expensive. Great arenas, unfortunately I had to leave early will try again

Great experience. Had so much fun. Realized I'm out of shape. A little on the expansive side your probably gonna need around 1000s paint balls per person which is like a hundred bucks each

First time outdoor paintball. Friendly staff but you have to make sure your protective outfit is on properly. Shoes are exposed. Beware: Children are highly accurate due to COD and Halo. Multiple head shots. Of gun jams just remove gravity fed magazine and stick finger in to dislodge jammed paint balls. Be careful tossing smoke flares. They go off like, wow.

The fields were pretty cool. But paint is over priced $50 for 500 paintballs. For marker owners, you aren't allowed to use your own marker. Their rental guns are terrible. They do have 98 thread rental guns, so I'd swap the barrels if you have the possibility to do so for decent accuracy. You aren't allowed to bring your own paint. At least you are allowed to wear your own mask and gear.

We booked over phone…made plans for weekend and then 2 days back they canceled the booking saying there were not enough players and on top of that they says we dont do refunds its only reusable some other day.

Bought tickets from Vaughan mall & these guys are not disclosing the full scam.when u try to book ur slot they ask u $12/person for 100 paintball or u cannot book. Once you go there, they ask you atleast $55 more per person for paintballs. No paintball sharing pack until $230 that has 2000 paintballs

Overall cost for 1 person is around $100 if you are going for 500 paintballs

& Gloves are included only in $90/person pack. No separate gloves to buy.

Similar to many other reviews for this location, the paintball experience here is both lacklustre and a money grab.

During the information session held before entering the facility, my group of 8 was informed that we would all have to INDIVIDUALLY purchase a set of paintballs and that we would NOT be able to share amongst ourselves. This was false. The paintballs we were given came in bulk, which we could split between each other.

The estimated amount of paintballs we would require for the duration of our stay was also exaggerated by the person helping us. Don't be fooled by talk of, "complete mayhem" (on the field) or by their “honesty” — they are anything but. It is all greediness under the guise of sincerity.

Our session consisted of three rounds over the span of 3 hours — the time spent actually playing felt too short and probably totalled less than an hour. The person leading the games would often announce that we would have 5 (for example) minutes left in the round, followed by another “2 minutes left! ” shortly after what didn’t even feel like a full minute. I don’t know what metrics he used for timing (if any), but I did not see him refer to a watch or any sort of device at all.

During our last round of the day, many of the guns used by the participants (including some in my group) ran out of air, leaving us unable to shoot, and eating further into our game time. After the last round was over, we were left with an abundance of paintballs; we took turns sharing guns that still had air and shot at the set, just to use some of the balls up. The majority of the other participants did the same.

All in all, the experience was, at best, mediocre and disappointing. It was the group and my first time paintballing, and it’s unfortunate to say that we probably won’t be returning to the activity again.

This place is amazing nothing wrong with it made me and my group feel very welcome. 100% would come back

The most inconsistent and misquoting reps I have ever come across. The first two years 2015-2017 were amazing, always had groups of 20-30+ people and probably the friendliest staff I came across. Have only been to loyal to this organizations for paintball services and they now can not even stick to their own words. Since 2018 they have never honored what they themselves quote and I have been trying to give them the benefit of doubt that it was that particular individual who didnt know how to deal. For the past 2 days I have been quoted three different prices and when its time to pay they could'nt process it. One rep promises something good, the other rep ends up not processing. And in all of that they have lost atleast 20 loyal customers.

Amazing place and great experience! People talking about scam are completely wrong, thank god we didn’t believe on those reviews.

Before heading to Delta Force, take 5 minutes and look up Delta Force Paintball Scam. Many people have been had by the IPG scam, which operates world wide. There are tons of positive reviews that I can only imagine are paid/bots, and any negative reviews are given a lukewarm, canned response that solves nothing. Do not give these people your money.

My husband and I with our three adult children had a great time here on the first day it opened after COVID necessitated a long break. High quality gear and well-communicated instructions and procedures made us feel safe. Heath was an engaging and energetic Marshall who helped everyone enjoy themselves. The outdoor set up and props were impressive. We definitely felt the adrenaline and were exhausted by the end. A lot of sore muscles but only a few minor bruises. The children said it was the best paintball experience they have had and and plan to go back.

The place was amazing.

Enjoyed our experience and will come back again and most definitely Recommend all my friends and family to this establishment.

Last year we seen their promotional board within the Georgian mall, they advertised with the Barrie Paintball photos (a total different course). We were led to believe the actual paintball field was within the forest and had some amazing equipment, only to find out when we arrived after a 3 hour drive it was a scam. The actual field is literally that. A large field with a pyramid in the middle and no trees. We paid over $200 for paintballs and multiple sets of tickets to play. We then went to confront them and ask for our paintballs, and we were denied them. They were extremely rude to us the entire time.

Do Not Book Here.

Instead book with Barrie Paintball, who were amazing with us and gave us a discount when we had no where else to go.

This is an amazing place, with lots of great people to help you when you need it. The staff are just very nice, and the games have been very fun. If a person is found cheating, they are instantly out; so the staff keep track of the game.

Their sales model is a scam, they refuse to let people bring their own paintball markers. They claim that other fields in Ontario accept their tickets which they didn't until IPG forced their hand.

We weren't informed that they can't provide uniform. We bought paint balls without promotion price also they gave us more balls and then they took them back. Good that we had them, but we were counting on them and we were disappointed, because it was not our mistake. Guns did not work properly.

This place is a joke
- spoke to management over the phone before purchasing my pass and was told I could use my gun when we got there I was told I couldn't.
- No Management on site
- 2 Kids cant ref or control a game
- Fights breaking out and how are 2 kids going to handle angry men.
- Very dangerous for young teens No justice people are running wild out of control.

Great first time experiencing paintball. They Marshall's were very helpful and very knowledgeable. Great job guys!

We were about 18 people. Booked in advance during one of days in summer. They were short staffed on a Saturday, delaying the games and having less Marshall's on the field.

Price is equivalent to other paintball places.

I would never recommend this place or any other place associated with IPG as they mislead people with their marketing. Overpriced and terrible customer service!

I'll go every weekend to proceed with my passion! I don't only like shooting paintballs, I love it! I recommend this place.

The experience was great and I still give 5 stars but the environmental factors cannot be overlooked, I neglected to mention I caught a tick on my back after my stay.

Extra paintballs were very expensive! The courses were too small for large groups to enjoy themselves, you could barely move without being shot. We had 17 people in our group but were not allowed to do courses on our own. Half the fun of playing paintball is to shoot your friends and see their reactions.

Dont listen to the negative reviews. They clearly don't know how paintball fields work. Me and my buddy had an awesome time. I've been to a lot of fields and this one is by far top tier. Despite them being a little understaffed they make an effort to help everyone the best they can. I will be returning very soon. Thank your for the great experience!

Generally underwhelming. The marshals were nice, but the guy selling the actual paint balls was useless at explaining the pricing and helping our group figure out the most economical way for the group to bulk buy our paint for the day. The maps were okay, but most were full sun.

The facilities were lacking. The only washrooms were porta-poties and there was no where to wash your hands. When I arrived an hour after they opened for the day the port-potty I used was already out of hand sanitizer (thankfully I had my own). This is particularly gross considering most people are used rented/shares equipment and guns. They have a little canteen but the fridge was broken and the only real food is pizza you buy through them that they get delivered. So it's really expensive.

Ultimately we had a fun time, which is why I'm giving them 3 stars, but next time I'll be looking for somewhere else to play.

They make you buy things that you don't need. For 9 people we paid over $1,000. I'm never coming back again.

This was some great fun. If you're into paintball this is going to be an interesting experience. There are multiple gamemodes and maps that they use. Amazing and helpful staff. The prices on paint balls are a little high though

Had an amazing day playing a few games here with a group of friends. My only concern was that when we purchased a package from IPG they failed to tell us that there were slightly different prices for paintball packages at Delta Force. It was a bit upsetting that we drove all the way from Oshawa and already had numerous conversations with the IPG only for Delta to tell us that there were going to be different paintball packages that we have to purchase in order to play for a few games and make it worth our while. Overall, the game maps, the staff and the day itself went very well. The staff at Delta explained everything and gave us our options and were very patient and they provided excellent customer service. I will definitely try to come out here again!

We had the same experience as many of the other poor reviews. They sell you inexpensive packages on the number of admission tickets and then gouge you on the price and number of paintballs they sell you once they are there. Very disorganized and poorly run and managed. They also sell you on packages that include extra equipment, but did not tell us that they ran out of them.

We had our son's birthday party here April 6th. Was absolutely fantastic. Heath and Carl were great hosts. Approachable, fun, honest. Thank you for such a fun day.

This place was great. Came here with all my boys for my Bachelor party and it was a blast. The staff was great, overall amazing time highly recommended!

Worst paintball experience I’ve ever had. This place is incredibly unorganized. The kids running the place and the manager have no care for the customers at all.

We had a scheduled arrival time. It took us over 2 hours to get set up and ready to go. Part of this was based solely on the disorganization as the manager forgot about our group.

We also paid for an upgraded package which was supposed to include a groom protector. They ran out of them and when asked about it the manager said “it’s just a free add on so it doesn’t really count for anything”. He would even provide extra paintballs for this not being included.

We were a group of 7 for a bachelor party and were split up onto teams of about 30 aside to play and didn’t really get to spend any time together. There was no option to split off and play our own game or with a smaller group. The groups were way too large ultimately taking away from any fun in paintball.

The people organizing did not care at all about anything you brought up. Awful experience and a manager who has clearly never worked in customer experience. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

Took my hockey team here for our year end party again this year. Heath the site manager / coordinator is absolutely awesome.he ensured our day went as smoothly as possible and checked on us almost hourly.money well spent.super friendly organization and very well managed.

The entire hockey team left with great memories once again this year.

Big thanks to the entire crew and to Heath for making our event great!

One big suggestion for upper management.get some permanent charcoal grills installed along the grass in the parking lot.plenty of room and it would make it much more appealing.would save teams like us from dragging our own!
