Sakti at checkin is a gem. He was courteous, welcoming and always wearing a smile. He informed us of all available options as we checked in very late at night. This was our second stay and definitely our set place to stay while in London.

One elevator was down and it took a LONG time to get up and down the hotel. Like at least 10 mins. It was super annoying and inefficient.
The room was not clean. I found a stain on the comforter and on a towel. The bathtub had some little hairs on it. My TV stopped working my last night.
Parking your car is $39 for a stay price. So you can’t take the car in and out whenever you want or pay again.
The hotel was safe because after 9pm you can’t get in without a card key.
I went for a business trip and didn’t have to pay for the hotel myself but if I did I would be a lot more upset.

Overall a very nice looking hotel from the outside and in lobby. The restaurant was a 4 star. Good Location for visitors. First impression of room was positive… then I stepped in; bed sheet looked like someone recently slept on it, the furniture was not clean. The parking situation is not good; the only option you really have is valet ($30) or park on street (as I was told by staff) ; city does not post signs that you can’t park after 3am… $50 ticket later…

I have been staying at the Delta for a few weeks now due to work travel, and I have absolutely loved it. The hotel staff is AMAZING and very kind! I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. The rooms are very clean, the fitness amenities are great and the Signature club is one of the best (the food is tasty and fresh). I rarely ever eat at hotel restaurants but the Cantana Lounge is a 10/10. The lamb shank was delicious and I loved the pink sangria. The bar staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. Anna makes the best cocktails and is so kind. I travel at least 80% of the time for my job so comfort is my main priority when choosing a hotel. The Delta Armouries is hands down one of the best Marriott Properties I have stayed at. The rooms are not only impeccably clean but also spacious and wonderfully furnished/decorated. I am looking forward to my future stays these next coming weeks.

An absolutely wonderful gateway. From the Front Desk experience to food and beverage service especially Ashley ️️ to valet and housekeeping, this place was a great experience.

In the heart of downtown London Ontario it is the perfect location. It is not very accessible. The restaurant in the hotel requires a long climb up a flight of stairs. The food and service though were excellent. The facilities also lacked a whirlpool, which had been covered over with tile and the changerooms were far from the pool.

Horrible doesnt describe the check in experience my husband and I had at the Delta Marriott in London, Ontario. After traveling for over 30 hrs straight we were obviously in need of freshening up, sleep and washroom facilities. (Most travelers rate services based of smoothness of check in.) Well this took the cake! He did not have our name on the room as it had been previously booked and paid for in advance by our family member. So he wanted her number to call her, which he did and very smugly and childishly scolded her for not having our name on the room.
After he got off the phone with her. He wanted us to pay again after it was already paid by her credit card. I explained I would need a bank to transfer funds as we were not from here. He said he didn't know where a bank was that I dealt with and gave me an address we would need to drive to over 20mins one way. (Later we discovered there was a bank we needed in behind the hotel on the next street!)
I called my family about the booking, explained the situation. Told her we were having a hard time processing it all because we were exhausted, but we were trying to come up for the funds for this individual of $1600 Well, she was infuriated as she had already paid it and wanted me to let him know that it was already paid. I explained to him while on the phone with her. He told me they don't process credit cards over the phone and that she would have to drive here to pay it. Luckily, she wasn't coming from another province like us and I told him I've never heard of not being able to pay something over the phone by credit card. He said "Not at the mariett! Have you ever stayed at one? ! " I was astonished at his demeanor and insulting tone. I was extremly embarrassed to have to ask my family to come here after she had already taken great lengths to make this process easy for us. While we were waiting for her, he was asking me what my last name was making it obvious he was trying to insinuate I wasn't my husband's wife. All this taking place in the lobby with other guests.
No establishment representative can be so arrogant in their grandeur can they?
I am not sure what we did to deserve such an experience by a clearly power hungry individual that will likely chase away many other potential long term clients as it has us!
Our party also stated plans of booking Sunday brunch for the wedding party and friends, but the clerk said proudly that this hotel does not serve brunch and breakfast is over at 10 on Sunday. (Our room has ads that its the voted best Sunday brunch in 5 years straight, 1130-130. Its also advertised on elevator door about the brunch.
We also ran into parking issues as well. We followed the instructions and were woke up early Saturday morning to a call from front desk telling us to move our vehicle. Another late night that led into a disrupted sleep. We were given written directions and instructions on where to park. We were following them. 2 hotel staff made a presence to us on our way to the lower level. One when we were approaching lower level at elevator. Then in the parking level, another man, big in stature sitting by our car. He said we were blocking the door. I showed him the number of the spot and that it was included in the paid parking service, my husband also told him the same and that no pilon was blocking the area to restrict it. We came here to support our family in a happy time in their life. And all it's felt like since arriving is being a burden to them and adding extra stress during this time.
Our sleep/ rest being continually interrupted is a huge safety concern, we have to be rested to make our long journey back when we leave here. Very concerned and worried about that. And that's something one shouldnt need to feel concerned about during a vacation.
Unfortunately this whole ordeal left such a lingering negative energy that it reflected on our whole time while visiting London. Management did nothing to make any of this right after hearing my concerns and made it clear it was of no concern to her. Sadly I will never return to London

This hotel, while once gracious is looking threadbare, dirty in areas. Parking is inconvenient.

I booked Delta Armouries for a little get away for a respite child I work with. Delta went above and beyond to make my clients stay enjoyable! They sent him up a tray of snacks, and were so kind and accommodating for us! We will definitely be back! Thank you Nadia and team!

I have stayed at the Delta Armouries previously, and it's a very nice hotel. Knowing this, I recently had guests visiting London on business, and booked 2 rooms for them at the hotel.

Booking the rooms was not difficult, however, a day after my guests had checked out, I still had not received any kind of bill or receipt. Not a huge deal, things happen, and I've had the same situation before. Simply calling the hotel and requesting a receipt for the 2 rooms I had paid for on my credit card seemed like it should be simple.turns out this was far beyond the capabilities of anyone who worked at the Delta Armouries / Marriott properties.

I called the direct phone number for the hotel. I hoped I'd be able to reach the front desk directly. Not the case. Their automated phone tree took me through what felt like an unnecessarily long sequence of questions, some of which bore no relevance to the inquiry I wanted to make, but without any way to skip past those questions. Eventually I was auto-connected to someone at a Marriott call centre.

I spent 12 minutes on the phone with this person. They told me they could not send me a receipt, and there was no record of the stay attached to my Marriott Bonvoy account. They had me repeat the same pieces of information multiple times, and finally let me know that I could expect an email from the hotel regarding whether or not they'd even be able to send me a receipt within 3-5 business days!? ! After I told the representative that would not work, and I guess I could drive to the hotel in person to request a receipt, their response was. "Okay, great! " and disconnected the call.

So now I have to spend my own time on a Saturday morning physically going to the hotel just to get a receipt for money I had spent with them. When I got there, I let the front desk employee know that I'd had a bit of a frustrating experience already and explained the situation. I thought maybe, with good customer service, I could expect at the very least a bit of sympathy? Maybe validation of my concerns? Instead, to my face, the employee insisted multiple times that I should have just called the front desk, suggested it was me who made a mistake navigating their phone system, and I received no apology of any kind. They assured me though that "THE NEXT TIME", if I simply did my job as a customer correctly there wouldn't be such a hassle.

I can guarantee there won't be a next time.

My room was 1904 on the 19th floor. All night above us from the 20th floor was I high frequency beeping. Around 6am a sound like chairs being dragged across the floor started. This was not a one off, the dragging sound continued until we left the room to check out.

The high pitch noise continued all night. Horrible experience.

Rooms were very reasonable and clean with lots of personal and working space. Convenient bar and restaurant with good food and drinks. I personally would like a little more room lighting and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
The location is conveniently located to the office; I am sure construction and downtown cleanup will wrap up shortly.
Check-in was quick and easy; at check out, the staff helped me store my luggage to coordinate with my shuttle pickup.
Admire the unique armories design and tribute.

Clean room and friendly, helpful staff, but.

1) $40 Valet service was a disaster! Conference and incoming Friday visitors meant 1 hr wait for my vehicle. Great valet attendants that did their best. Problem is poor management

2) Pool is kinda gross and sauna doesn't work. Downtown London is also very run down

3) I was close to elevator so pretty loud and high traffic but that's just luck of the draw

I can't overstate how nice the staff is.

Pretty disappointed when there is a sign in the only elevator working that says breakfast buffet until 10: 30, but when we show up at 9: 25, we're told buffet is no longer available and we had to order off the menu (at our expense).
When the parking lot is a full city block away, I think it's criminal to charge for parking. I have to be inconvenienced and be charged for it? If it's not on-site parking, the hotel should foot the bill. Not to mention, this is a horrible dirty area of town with so many sad homeless staying in the area, making our walk to the car a little more terrifying.
Our room was close to the elevator, and it is real noisy. It pretty much shook the room all night long. Neither my wife or I got any real sleep for the 2 nights. Our TV stopped working so we had to call for a tech around midnight to fix it.
The hotel looks nice, seems clean, but the service and experience overall was far below expectations for the amount of money spent there. I can forgive some things, but being rejected from our right to have a breakfast buffet at the posted time is inexcusable
