Big, nice clean rooms. Nice view. Good food in Club Lounge. All employees are nice and helpful.

Rooms looked nice, though the translucent bathroom doors are uncomfortable.
A great location and great views to the city.

Always impressed with Marriott hotels. Our stay was fantastic as always and a big thank you to Nina from the Club Lounge! She was extremely helpful with any questions we had and found solutions very quickly for us. Looking forward to coming back!

A very clean and tidy hotel. There was a Chinese girl at the front desk, Yang Yang, who was warm and polite. I stayed here for two days over the weekend and had a very pleasant weekend trip.

The hotel is in the center of the city, everything is within walking distance, there is a parking lot, the rooms are very clean and beautiful, only the administrator was a little sloppy. We ordered two beds, but we were upgraded to a room with one, they asked for parking, how to get in, they said go outside and turn around somewhere, there is a check-in somewhere It was chaotic and not very polite, but I must have froze, otherwise a great hotel, a nice gym and swimming pool, in the city center, we will definitely come back here

I took a red eye flight into Toronto and arrived to the hotel around 9am. I was very thankful to the front desk for allowing me to checkin early. The hotel is close to MTCC which makes it convenient for any conferences you’re attending. Short walk literally right across the street. The hotel is also in the heart of downtown. The closest market is Longo’s which is on the opposite corner a block away in the lower level just beside e11even restaurant. There are plenty of great restaurants around and the bar in the hotel is everything you want in a bar. I had the same bartender last year and if you tell him what you normally drink, he will recommend something or just create something on the spot. I typically drink an Old Fashioned and he made me a really amazing Sazerac. Coffee is strong and breakfast is available in the cafe downstairs, or takeaway options if you’re short on time. Overall, great experience the past two years at Delta.

Outstanding experience. Had a wonderful room with an awesome view. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Never been apologized to as much as I was when room wasn't ready. I felt like I meant something to them.

Rooms. And the website is lying as the hotel won’t give you a room facing cn tower even though it was on the room type’s picture. And my floor is super low. It’s my anniversary and the hotel is ruining it.

Stayed overnight for a work event. Room was very comfortable, clean and check-in was smooth and friendly. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious the next morning. Our room view was AMAZING! And pillows and bed were super comfy. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic hotel in downtown Toronto! Clean and newly renovated rooms. Very quiet as well. Friendly and courteous staff. Great location as it is connected to Union Station, as well as easy to launch adventures from in and around the area.

Location is the best, amazing view of CN tower, clean and modern interiors, excellent staff services! I really love this hotels and definitely will come back. I highly recommend this place if you visit Toronto.

Room, and view were amazing. From service food made me sick and I literally had to stay in for the night until my flight: (otherwise everything else was great.

Great hotel conveniently located beside the CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Harbourfront area, and Scotiabank. Travel to/from the hotel is easy too as the hotel is merely steps away from Toronto's main public transit station, Union Station. The swimming pool is open during the pandemic, which is great as the views from the pool were great.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of the city! It's great because it's connected to the PATH and easy to access on the UP express from Pearson airport.

I enjoy this hotel, I have occasion to visit regularly with work and it's always a pleasure. Good facilities. Nice staff. Not wild about the area personally, just very touristy so if I had a choice I'd stay more midtown or in the West End but all and all this is a good spot

Great location! Connected to the main train/metro station through tunnels and pedways. And across from the CN tower, and aquarium.

Great downtown Toronto hotel. Stayed on the 38th floor. Spectacular panoramic view, especially at night! Room had everything we needed and bed was very comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy. Grayden at the front desk was friendly and helpful answering our questions and giving us directions. Will stay here again, for sure.

Very convenient for Union Station and Scotiabank Centre. Pretty much our go to hotel for downtown Toronto.

Nice people/staff. But had some issues due to water main breaking. No water shower arriving on a flight.

Stuff like that happens, so not holding this against them. I'm not giving 5 starts because the room had some used bars of soap in the shower with hairs on them, presumably because they evacuated people in the room I was in due to water main break.

Staff was great very helpful everytime especially, Matt he help since check in and everytime asked if we were okay five stars for him as well. Room had a great view so that was a plus could see cn tower.

Poor reception. The guy at the front was rude when i asked about the parking charge and i felt like he treated me poorly because I asked about this and booked thru a third party. He was sarcastic with a condescending disrespectful tone, and clearly had no business working in the hospitality industry. I will not stay here again.

Update: when checking out this morning the gentleman working the front desk (Greydon) asked for some parking slip and I mentioned that we decided not to bring a car.he credited me for the daily parking that I did not use and was very professional. Unlike the gentleman who check us in.

A hotel needs to be welcoming and accommodating of their guests. It really goes to show that the person who checked us in was indeed very rude and could have been accommodating and he was not. It took millions to build this hotel and millions more to operate it and only one terrible rude employee to make it feel awful.

Overall, I do not believe customer service is at the core of this operation. No one greeted us when we walked in every single night.

I had an excellent stay at the Delta Toronto. I got upgraded to a harbour view room on a high floor, which was fantastic. The room was clean with a great bed and bathroom. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and COVID regulations were well enforced. Couldn't have asked for a better time. Thanks Delta Toronto!

We’ve stayed at many different hotels, each time we come visit but majority of the time we end up coming back to the Delta! Not only is it super central but the quality of their service and staff really stand out - compared to many other hotels.

The room service for towels and food can be a bit of a wait but expected as they are a big and busy hotel. The suite is fantastic with a full kitchen and everything.

Family friendly. My kids love the pool and the fact that it’s open late, is a bonus! The quality and views from the rooms are beautiful. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the delta was fantastic! The room, the staff, the location was phenomenal! The staff was exceptionally kind and helped us swiftly at the slightest inconvenience. It was honestly the best hotel stay I've had maybe ever.

This was a repeat visit and was just as good as the first time. Quick check in, responsive to requests, good covid precautions. Beds are very comfy. Priscilla at front desk was very helpful. Great downtown location!

This place is amazing if you are a tourist that would like to settle down for a week and get an amazing view of the CN tower! They have a lobby, (were you can get breakfeast, lunch, and, dinner.) It also has a amazing indor pool and hot tub, also a outdoor hot tub and pool! It is $1500 a night, but it is amazing! I highly reccomened it!

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. No noise complaints. The TV was quite frustrating to control but not impossible. The perfect location, the heart of Toronto. Will definitely be coming back again.

Clean hotel. Rooms are nice. Staff are great! Shout out to MATT who was always around to help, ask if we needed anything and was really friendly. You can find him all around the hotel! He went over and above many many times for us!
Only down side is the hotel restaurant, lack of options and food was poor (staff were nice tho) not sure if it was covid protocols but it would have been nice to get food/drinks delivered to the room.

Nice clean place. Need to better organize the elevator system during covid as it sometimes led to arguments amongst the clients. Nice staff, rooms, gym, roof top terrace. Super convenient location walking distance from CN tower, water front, restaurants, aquarium and sports events.
Independent parking downstairs ended up being costly when you leave and enter especially within the same day. They should have some kind of arrangement seeing the status of this hotel

Rooms and staff great, but distancing regulations have produced long elevator lines, which are confusing and unregulated. Delta Need to do something, two lines required, with clear signage.

Booked a 4 night stay and the service was stellar! Grayden G.helped us check in and he was friendly, professional and accommodating. Grayden also made sure we were taken care of during our stay, his service exceeded our expectations from check in to check out. Thank you Grayden! The location is great, the view is phenomenal and the rooms are clean/spacious. The “multi plug” station for the TV is great for plugging devices to the tv easily. Will definitely be staying at the Delta again when we return to Toronto!

We have been coming to the Downtown Delta for 10 years now ever since our daughter was born. We just went last weekend for her 10th birthday and we got the corner suite with soaker tub, again.
We really love this hotel. We were hoping for a upgrade but we didn’t book ahead so the front desk didn’t know us when we arrived.
Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t open and neither the steam room.
Still, we had the soaker tub which my daughter loved so much, as does my wife and I. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

As always the staff at the Delta Marriott Toronto and the building itself is stellar and one of the finer hotels in the Downtown Toronto area. I've been working remotely here for a second time and one could not ask for more to conduct business and have fun as well. Also it's cool that from one room you can see half of the DT skyline.

At first I thought this was a complicated hotel especially for parking and getting to your room but I realized after few hours of getting use to the place it was actually quite easy so overall this hotel very nice clean great view I had from the 39th floor staff was very pleasant I will go back again for sure.

It was perfect for what I needed, a quiet getaway. It's nice big windows overlooking the lake provided a calm atmosphere.

Lovely Marriott property. Jillian is extremely nice and helpful. I called a few times prior to booking and she was answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Planning to make this my downtown Toronto go to hotel.

Booked corner room with view, although the first room in the 8th floor housekeeping didn’t get to clean before we got there so we went back down and the one guest services lady (sorry didn’t get your name but wonderful service!) gave me a better room in the 45th floor. It was not their fault but made sure my stay was great. Which it did not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great also.

This Toronto hotel is located in the Entertainment District on Lower Simcoe St.

Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating; be nice at a minimum and you’ll get that in return. This is my first visit to this Delta Hotel; very nice lobby!

I'm only here to visit guests staying in 4 rooms and they said the rooms were very nice so I can't speak first-hand of the experience.   Just keeping my social distance with the COVID-19 situation and the safety of all.

This hotel has parking and breakfast for guests available at a surcharge.

WiFi is free. Many amenities like the fitness room and swimming pool are closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Stayed in the Corner King room with the soaking bath. The room was clean and the bed was great. The one thing that was a let down at this hotel and keeps it from getting a 5 is the service level. Although not horrible, it's not at par with similar hotels. I didnt find the staff attentive from the moment I entered the hotel. The guys at the reception didnt even crack a single smile whatsoever. They made a mistake with our room cause we ordered the upgraded room but usually when that happens its goes like "we're very sorry and will make sure we fix it", at this hotel it was more like " it was our bad, here are 2 options". Again staff at the restaurant were not very pleasant. I asked the guys at the bar if they had coffee and he directed me elsewhere giving me directions while not even looking at me. The service for me makes it or breaks it and in my case the service was no where near what it should be in a hotel this level.

Have stayed at the Delta Toronto Downtown many times, even before the Marriott acquisition. Always an enjoyable experience. Their suites are especially nice, with fantastic views of the CN Tower and Toronto bay and a bathtub that will become your guilty pleasure.

Also, the Marriott Platinum benefits at this hotel are a very nice touch, especially the option to have breakfast in your room for free.

Location was fantastic! Room was new and clean! No hotel owned on-site parking but there is an underground parking garage beneath the hotel. Cost me $90 CDN for 3 days of parking. Restaurant right off lobby had excellent food!

Enjoyed my stay during the new years holiday. They made a mistake during my check in but still accommodated to a corner room with a 180° view. Then I got my original room and it was beautiful. The soak tub was what I’ve always dreamed of. You could see the CN Tower so close and changing colors. The rooms were spotless and the front desk was very helpful with any requests. The bartenders were talkative and made delicious drinks. My love for Toronto grew higher.

Great customer service! I requested for a higher level floor with a great city views and honestly they did provided me what i had requested.

Although this hotel.is new, has the best views of Toronto landscape and is friendly, I did find some subjective suggestions for their rooms. The corner rooms that have a view have a giant RV blocking the gorgeous view. I'd advise they mount the TV on a side wall instead.the water pressure in the nathrooms is weak.all that aside, it is a rather gorgeous view and clean.

The Delta Hotels by Marriott are very modern, and are nice and tidy. Had a great experience staying here, with a view of the Lake. One downside was that there was no fridge in the room, but we were able to get ice. Check-in was simple as we had prebooked out accommodations ahead of time.

Wonderful hotel for events at Rogers Centre, and other local events such as the Convention Centre. Our stay was in a gorgeous King room with wrap around windows - which did have it's drawbacks (namely the washroom also has floor to ceiling windows), but absolutely amazing views. Proximity to the Rogers Centre was the key factor for us, but now we're planning a return visit "just because".

The in-house breakfast buffet, while extremely expensive, is wonderful with a vast array of choices sure to appeal to anyone. Custom omelettes can be ordered from the server.

During our mid summer visit the 3rd floor roof top patio was open with outdoor games for those interested. We're not drinkers but we spent about an hour out there soaking in the late day summer sun as it set at the far end of the lake.

The staff were attentive and welcoming.

We look forward to our next visit later in December for a change of seasons at this hotel.

The difference between a good hotel, and a great hotel, is the staff. Stayed around Christmas and they treated me like family. Great hospitality, what a wonderful experience!

Very convenient location, walking distance from the lakeshore, CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Ripley's Aquarium and many other attractions. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very helpful. Higher rooms have a beautiful view of Lake Ontario.

Beautiful spacious room with large bathroom. Very clean. We requested a late check out and they gave us until 2pm. Great service and perfect location for exploring downtown Toronto. Had room service. Food was delicious.

Location location location. 35 second walk from steamwhistle brewery? Check. 2 minute walk from the Roger's Centre? Check. Hosting a pretty good restaurant on the main floor? Check.

Amazing stay over Christmas. Needed an evening to recharge and was not disappointed. Spent the night in the king corner soaker tub room. Was quite impressed with room. Very clean and gorgeous view of the lake and Toronto Island. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Make sure to check out SOCO!

I stayed at the Delta hotel this past weekend. The hotel was fabulous. It was clean and modern! The staff was phenomenal! They went out there way to help make our girls weekend trip a success. There was a concierge name Dave who pointed us in the right direction for everything. Very pleasant and willing to help any way he could. On top of that the location is perfect for everything! I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Delta hotels by Marriot at Toronto has some exceptional views of the lake and parts of the city. Location beside CN tower offers some good views. Transportation through subway is a bit of a walk eastwards. It was nice that they offered better space when they had the space avaliable. The room was small for the price we paid. Room was clean as expected and modern.

Went for a company event. Event hall is really nice. Well laid out and large option space. Great view of the CN Tower with large floor to ceiling glass.

Very nice hotel and pleasant place. Staffs where very friendly and welcoming and food was very nice. Much closer to CN Tower and other downtown attractions. You can even walk inside to all most every places and also reachable to union station.

Clean quiet hotels in the heart of downtown. Select rooms with a lake view for a quieter stay. The other side is close to the tracks so you hear the GO trains from early in the day.
