I've always loved this hotel. It's a clean hotel with a lovely pool and a very lovely lobby. The hotel provides a restaurant right in the lobby which has lovely options for you and yours if you decide to go downstairs.
Exceptional stay! Impeccable service, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive staff throughout. The room was not only immaculate but also thoughtfully designed for comfort. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The dining experience surpassed expectations (Wow service to Kasi, Stephanie,) with a delightful buffet and superb, customer care, attentive staff (Mr. Clinton Davis, Jazmine, Louis, Maria). Thank you for making our stay memorable; we look forward to returning! "
I stayed here for a conference. Great staff, super friendly all over the hotel. Rooms are a little loud due to the airport being by but it sure is convenient when you need to get to the hotel on time. Room decor and upkeep is dated, rusty metal, frayed rugs and my windows had stains from something. Over all, it’s a good airport hotel, very convenient and has a few chain restaurants nearby. Restaurant food was great. Fast elevators!
We stayed there for two nights with our group in religious events, overall good location bear the airport, rooms are not typical hotel which are usually spacious, hotel need some upgrades for sure. Overall good hotel to stay. Some front desk staff having attitude issue, they need to learn better communication skills to know how to handle guests issue while they stayed in hotel.
The hotel carpet and shower looks used and outdated. I don't think it's quality of a 3 star hotel. Maybe 2.5. Front desk service is amazing and the location isn't the worst. If you are a light sleeper, be careful because you are literally on the flight path. 2 restaurants attached to the hotel and also a fully functional starbucks is definitely a plus.
I’d say this hotel was mediocre. The room service was questionable as they’d come in barely knocking while we were in the room, would forget to leave towels, and we also believe they might’ve taken one of our chargers because it was completely gone. On the other hand, the breakfast was good and the location was convenient since it was 15 minutes from the airport and near a Starbucks.
We would not return. Our room was dirty: shower had soap scum on the shelf, dust on coffee maker, literal crumbs on the floor near the desk. We also had no hot water at all. We didn’t notice these things until we were putting our daughter to bed as we just put our stuff down and left when we got there so I couldn’t call to switch rooms as she needed to sleep.
We booked the park and fly package so we could park there and use the shuttle yet once we got there discovered we could not use the shuttle as there was no seatbelts for our infant to use in her car seat, so I had to spend an extra 100$ on Ubers. Waste of money and very disappointing stay.
Okay hotel given all the newer options in the area. I’m annoyed that the bathroom is such a shoebox. I would just go get a hotel in Toronto if that’s what I was looking for. Won’t repeat.
Listing falsely advertised as having two queen beds. Was surprised by two doubles. Staff was entirely un-accommadating about the issue and told us “those are queens” we measured them to be 13 inches too narrow to be a queen. After over an hour of waiting in the lobby and arguing with the staff we managed to get a refund so we could stay in a place that wasn’t hot garbage. Room was also incredibly small not that it mattered since there wasn’t room to sleep more than 3/4 of a man on the bed. Parking was overpriced.
Very pleased with our stay. Despite covid times, the hotel provided lots of facilities; the pool and the gym were open for long hours. Starbucks by the lobby could enhance the variety though. Normally, there are a few restaurants, spa centers etc but they were all closed of course. The housekeeping service was also great. I really want to stay and enjoy whatever the hotel has to offer at a covid-free time in the future.
The place is getting a little tired. Now understand why each room came with ear plugs! However, front desk service was great. I would stay again but would be expecting less of the experience. Covid restrictions remain in effect.
Everything was great, except the parking card they give when you check in doesn't work, replaced it twice none of them worked. Having to buzz at the gate to let you out is not fun. AC was a bit noisy but they give you earplugs, just don't miss your alarm because of it.
Disgusting and horrible. Hair left all over the bathroom, the fridge smelt like rotten fish, absolutely no noise canceling between rooms and the AC is terrible so the room was a cool 27 degrees Celsius all night long. A 1 star hotel has better service than this absolute dump. Oh and you won’t be getting your deposit back for weeks:)
We stayed here aug 21, our bed had someone’s hair in multiple places. We called it in, they came and left new linens on the table for us to change while we were out. No sorry, no change of room, no compensation, nothing. Troubled because I guess they don’t change the linens after every guest.
We booked a room coming home from London at the airport and had to cancel as our flight was delayed by one day thanks to covid testing. They would not give us a credit or refund on our room. Very disappointed
Had a pretty good experience. The staff was friendly and professional. The only time I had issue was housekeeping which they took so long to come. But, other than that the place was pretty good.
20 days after I checked out they are still charging 200$ my credit card. Holding my available credit card balance for fun.so upset. Be careful will never go back to this hotel again.
Not a good experience, we had to change the room at 2: 00 am as the exhaust in the bathroom was not working so the room was getting so humid. The new room that they gave us have the same issue and it doesn’t even have all the equipments like coffee maker or microwave.
They should properly check all the rooms before giving it to the customers.
We had a great stay and Ali at the front desk was a superstar who helped us out with an issue. The hotel loses a star because the elevator doors close extremely abruptly and the elevator starts moving immediately after. Our family got separated three times in one day. It's very dangerous.
I stayed in the hotel for almost two weeks to complete my travel quarantine.
The hotel has been renovated but looks good and is well maintained. The room was also spacious and clean upon arrival. The bathroom however was very small and the drain got clogged in our unit which was promptly corrected. The front of the house and the staff are very respectful and professional so props up to them.
The big issue that I had while living here was that one of my parcels left outside the room was attempted to be stolen but after realizing its a medical sample was kept back. Upon complaining to the hotel management I was told that the IT team will check and advise. Next day I hear back from the management that there are no cameras and anybody can waltz into the hotel. When I asked who would be responsible and there wasn't even an apology given. That safety gap can lead to a big issue someday.
Because I wake up at 5-5: 30 am. Due to Covid safety there is no longer coffee machines in hotel rooms, I understand this. What I don’t understand, is why there isn’t coffee provided in hotel lobby, like every other hotel I’ve stayed in. I was told to wait until 6: 30 for Starbucks to open. Would not recommend this hotel, nor book another night here.
Great customer service, incredible COVID protocols. After just spending a week at the Westin down the road (a "higher class hotel") I'd book the Delta any day compared to the Westin. Would give more stars if possible.
Couldn't be happier with my experience, the hotel is well taken care of. Decor and rooms are fresh and up to date. It comes with large LCD tv. The room and service deserve a solid 5 stars
I’ve been delighted by the attention to detail and value this property has provided for me this weekend. Running a dance competition with several hundred room attendees, food and beverage requirements for staff and demands on conference service to pull off a smooth show has been effortless. May I commend Jai for leading such a wonderful team ;) I highly recommend this event space.
