Delta Hotels Head Office

I’m not sure where to post this. We arrived in Charlottetown PEI - unknowingly booked a hotel that was in a very rough neighbourhood the hotel was so old and decrepit inside. We looked everywhere for a hotel then Delta group popped up. God Bless the person on the other end who managed to get us in a room -clean and a swimming pool at Rodd Royal. I was ready to sleep in the van. Thanks Delta Group

Food was appalling at the cheltenham Chase hotel UK between the 29 july and 2 August,
. Meat was overcooked vegetables undercooked.

Very good service at this hotel. I stayed here 2 times and best experience.
