This is the best auto shop in town. I know them from one of my friend 20 years ago, and I haven’t been to any other shop since then. They treat my car like their own. I have send so many of my friends to their shop for service and purchase, and all of them are happy with what they got. Thanks Jimmy and Shaun.

I recently had a fantastic experience at an auto shop, and I'm thrilled to share my positive review. What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty displayed by the owner (Jimmy).

I was looking for a car with a good price, with barely hope left I found this dealer. So I came to the owner who is Jimmy and he gave me a very fair offer on a used Honda Civic 2013 car. I rode it and it was a pleasant ride. So far its been 3 weeks with no problems on this car. I would recommend this place anyone!

Very professional, family owned business. Shaun and his brother are very knowledgeable and no doubt with over 30 years in the business; their workmanship speaks for itself. They were able to fix my tailgate that had a decent dent and paint damage and make it look new again. They are very honest and reasonable and I would recommend them to any friends and family. Keep up the great work guys!

Our search for a replacement car ended at Delux Automotive. We met with Jimmy who reviewed all the details of the 2014 Toyota Matrix we were interested in. He opened all the doors, the hood and trunk and told us all about the features of the car. We took the car for a test drive and it performed perfectly. We asked about the accident history, which he also reviewed with us. After some thought, we decided to go ahead with the purchase (with a decent trade in of our Toyota Corolla Sport). Jimmy efficiently handled all the details for the purchase on the spot. A couple of touch ups were required, which were done immediately. We have been purchasing rebuilt cars for years, and have always had good luck with them (thankfully). Jimmy was thorough, friendly, professional and shared his automotive knowledge to make sure were left the lot happy customers. It was clear that he took pride in his family business. We were very pleased with the service given to us and will gladly recommend Delux Automotive!
Side note: The employees at Delux were also extremely friendly and helpful. Jimmy, his brother and father were super!

I had been searching for a month to purchase a newer Subaru Forester with good milage and a fair price not easy to find.found one at Delux Auto, met up with Jimmy to go for a test drive.was impressed to see how busy they were.with a great selection to choose from at great prices.so glad I found them.very hard and honest working team.will recommend family and friends for sure.

Went to this dealership to look at a used vehicle with my daughter. She is in her early 20's and this was her first vehicle purchase on her own. We met Jimmy when we arrived, saw and test drove a vehicle she was interested in. She liked the car and agreed to give him a $500 deposit to hold it for her. Within a 3-week time span, she happened to find another vehicle that was 1 year newer for a lower price and for her as a young person, cheaper on insurance. She contacted Jimmy again at Delux and asked if she could have her deposit returned, as she found another vehicle. He refused and advised us that it was "standard business practice" for him to keep the deposit since he said he could have "sold the car 3 times over" while we had it on hold. We never received any phone call from him during that period advising that anyone else was interested in purchasing the vehicle. I understand that the dealer is entitled to retain a part or all of the deposit if a purchase doesn't go through, but that is also up to the dealer's discretion. He could have in good faith helped out a young person in this instance who was trying to purchase her first vehicle on her own by returning at least some of her money to her. This dealership won't be getting any future business from us.

My boy' car was slipped on the snow while he made a turn and hit badly a corner of a side walk a week ago. A tire was pushed back and touched the body. When the car was not driveable from the accident, we took it to Jimmy's Delux Automobiles because we've had many good experiences with Jimmy for years whenever we needed help for our cars to be fixed. From diagnosis to completion of work, As Always, he did everything so perfect this time. It was very straightforward and the service charge was reasonable. We would highly recommend him to anybody needs help for the car.

I just purchased a car for my son. The car is a very reliable car and the service was excellent! I have recommended friends to take their car to get serviced there. The next time that I will need a vehicle, I will first look there first! Great job to the entire team there at Delux!

I called to inquire about one vehicle, the guy who answered was very rood, I asked him if the car is clean title or rebuilt (if it’s rebuilt I won’t be interested) and he said come check it out first and then I’ll tell you in the rudest way. I don’t know how people trust dealing with this kind of dealerships.

I recently bought my first car from Deluxe Automobiles. I'd heard from them through my dad, who bought a Mercedes minivan from them a few years back. While I was there, Jimmy took the time to help him diagnose an issue with his hood latch.

It's a small shop owned by two brothers who know their way around cars. All the cars I looked at were in great condition, not only mechanically but also detail cleaned inside and out, and Jimmy was happy to take the time to have a conversation about any of the cars even though he was busy. They're always busy, that's called 'running a small business'.

If you're in the area looking for a good deal from someone who actually knows how to maintain cars, I highly recommend paying a visit.

As far as my first car buying experience, I looked at and test drove a car on Saturday, and after sorting out insurance and payment, drove it off the lot on Tuesday. Smooth as butter. Thanks Jimmy!

I saw a car on Autotrader and contacted by email and phone both. Both times, the guy simply said come over and we’ll have a word. I did try explain I’m based out of Toronto and can’t drive over there just to have a “word”. A simple CarFax would’ve been greatly helpful in taking things forward. But no! Glad that I didn’t proceed to buy the vehicle from here.

I opened the website, cars looked awesome. I was excited to go and check it out. I called, I got a hello, sounded like a residence so I said I had the wrong # noone corrected me. I called again, same thing, a cold hello. I thought I would try speaking in case it was the actual business. The guy knew nothing. Couldn't tell me a single thing about any car. Well when we arrived, we had to wait until Jimmy came back, cause noone else knew anything. I was ok with this as the reviews said Jimmy was great. Well even Jimmy was cold and sarcastic. I will never go here again, and I would never recommend this place. I prefer friendly and welcoming businesses!

I call to get information on a car, they were extremely aggressive and rude. They try to tell me how to shop for a vehicle. They said "if you don't want a car with an accident you'll never find a car"

Asking if a car has an accident is standard. Asking what the damage was is a basic question for any customer buying a used car. But this dealership gets offended when you ask and proceeds to be condescending on top of it.

I asked for a vin number so I can shop for insurance and they were reluctant to give it to me. "what do you need the vin number for, you don't need the vin number"

This is typical of a dealership that wants to sell you a lemon. Be very cautious. These people are shady to say the least. Terrible experience.

Super unprofessional staff - could not even answer basic questions about their vehicles or services. Also kept re-explaining what I already understood and demonstrated to understand. Shaddy and rude.

Jim is super helpful and honest! We bought a vehicle from him and had a great experience. Had an issue with the A/C in the first week after buying, he had us come in right away to get the problem fixed for us. I'll be coming back to Delux when I need to buy my next car.

I have never met a friendlier, knowledgeable salesman/owner in my life. Jimmy and his brother went above and beyond the call of duty to help me go from A to Z. The service was impeccable. I look forward to dealing with them in the future. Thanks again Jimmy

Very shady seller, I would avoid this place.

I had a very unpleasent experience with the owner of this dealership, he was very agressive on his manners when I went to see a car. I just wanted to have all of the information at hand but when I asked to see the carfax report he ranted about it for like it seemed an eternity and tried to disregard a crash that carfax had registered for the amount of the car.

Then I took a picture of a rusted wheel that didnt show up on the pictures I saw online and he started demanding I didn't take any pictures and to show it to him. It felt as if he didn't want me to inspect the car myself but to force me to see it only the way he was showing it.

Lastly I brought an ODB scanner with me to check if the onboard computer showed everything OK but he refused to let me check it and that was the end of our interaction.

The owner of this establishment talked much more than he listened, would not allow us to take the car we looked at to an independent garage on our own (he insisted on doing it), and declared that all used cars had been in accidents. By the end of our visit any trust we had in this business had pretty much dried up in the summer heat.

I would not recommend anyone going their without having someone that knows about cars (personal mechanic)

I would rate him a zero star if i am allowed to. “Jimmy “ is very dishonest guy. I wanted to change my rotors so brought parts and asked him to change. He said callipers are bad we need to change it. I had a visual inspection and figured out that one was bad so we need to fix it. But after that he told me we cannot fix one Callipers. Callipers comes in a set of two only. I never heard that kind of thing before. I thought i would 120 dollars for his labour ended up paying 650$. Additionally when i asked for receipt he asked me to pay more. Is this how business works in his shop? Be careful “ REAL SCAMMER “ is here.

The answer was: if you want to CarFax or VIN number, you have to drive all the way here. His voice tone and attitude was so rude, to say the least. I was so calm, try to understand. End of the conversation, he was yelling me on the phone.
Just because I ask for CARFAX or VIN.

Also he adds, it is not my problem. Unbelievable how they became a dealer! What kind of business approach is that?

I believe they don’t believe what they are doing. Also they don’t trust their inventory.
Place and people like that have to be deleted that industry.
Ridiculously unprofessional!

Jimmy and his brother fixed my car under budget and the turn around time was unbelievable. They were straight forward with me and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back if I ever run into any automobile issues in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great service. Bought a car and had my windshield replaced on my other car for a fraction of the cost the dealership was going to charge. Straight up honest guys. No BS.

This guy is unbelievable! I ended up putting a deposit on a rebuilt car and he never even told me about it! I found it out by paying 50$ to see the carfax report. This guy is dishonest, and to this day I never got my full 400$ deposit back! STAY AWAY! UNETHICAL!

The worst customer service i have ever seen in my life the guy with tattoos in his hands he is trying to be extremely serious and he don't even have enough time to talk with customer. I was ready to buy the car once i saw this i step back because before i purchased car from him he treated me this way i can't imagine how he will treat me after i purchased and there is something wrong to the car

I went to deluxe automobiles because of a noise i was hearing and feeling when driving.they fit me in right before closing time which was great and they gave me a fair price when the issue was resolved.they have my 5 star review, def returning.

I called to make an appointment to see a vehicle and when the day came we showed up at the correct time and they said the vehicle wasnt on the lot so and was only to be seen by appointment and we said we had had one and so he called the guy and told us it would be ten minutes. We waited 30 minutes and no one showed up.

I'm a little late writing this review, but a few months ago when I needed various inspections in order to transfer my car insurance to Ontario from another province Delux Auto made the whole (stressful) process as easy as possible! Jimmy was extremely helpful and understanding. I definitely recommend them for any car services you might need.

Jimmy will handle your repairs speedily and with excellent results. I highly recommend his shop and his work!

I am thrilled with the service I received at Delux. They were able to get my Jeep in for a safety, completed needed repairs, and provided accurate paperwork. Buy a car from them if you want but don't trust them with repairs or advice.
Was advised my engine was shot and I should take my car to a scrap yard.
Paid $300 and got one part replaced at another shop and it was good as new.

Our first experience with Delux Auto was last year when we were looking for a Honda Fit. We met Jimmy and he was knowledgeable and a great business man! We bought it and he said with that they give a 1 year warranty on the vehicle. Fast track to today when I called and said I had a few things wrong with our car he told me to bring it in and would look at it. He fixed both things on the spot and even touched up some stone chips and screwed my licence plate on better! He noticed the bumper is popping off (I'm very rough on my vehicles!) and said to bring it back on Saturday and he will bolt it on better for me at no charge. I have to say as a woman I have been to many car mechanic shops where they really make you feel "less than" because most of us don't have a clue about cars, but he really made me feel important and took the time to fix everything for me today. He even went above and beyond with the other little extras without having to do that - at no charge. We will be sharing our experience with others and will definitely be back when looking to purchase our next vehicle! Thanks so much for making my day Jimmy!

Found a great deal within my price range at deluxe, I live out of town so I emailed for availability and set up a test drive. Jimmy helped me with everything and none of my time was wasted. With everything looked over and all of my questions answered I was driving my new car the next day. Lots of low km options here. If you know what you want and have a realistic budget, jimmy can make it happen fast

Hypothetically if one is 2hrs + away from you, you should be able to tell them if the car was in an accident or not so ppl dont waste time. Or maybe its a crazy question and one is asking too much? Person answering the phone did not make me feel appreciated or like they wanted business only answered because it rang could not tell me if the car in question was there expected me to drive 2hr, book a meeting, then let me know if the car was still there and in an accident or not

I purchased a vehicle a year ago from Jimmy. I waited a year to see if the year warranty would be honored and it was with oil changes and some parts that needed to be replaced. The work was done quickly and he was more than accommodating. From the first time I had met jimmy I found him to be very honest and very transparent which is very important to me. Fantastic service bought a Ford escape from them. Great condition great price! I went back for a service as had a flat tire and my alignment and messed up but Jimmy went above and beyond got it all sorted and even gave me a ride to get me new tires! These guys are fantastic!

Owner was very nice and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure the quality of the car, including replacing the front two suspension arms of the vehicle free of charge.

Jimmy the racist owner thinks that his community or people from his community is the best and the rest are all useless. These people just have only those cars which have met accidents and his team repairs these without claiming the insurance and then keep on sale, advertising says it’s been in to no accidents. Also none of the employees speak english properly. Don’t even know the basic manners.

I went up for a visit with my brother and the gentlemen at this shop helped me drive off with my car and gave me a good deal great experience. Very nice guys
