Great service, love the color changing nail polish, had got the uv gel nails done for my birthday with my mom a couple days ago, very nice people, very comfortable chairs, can't wait to go again

Tina is not friendly! She does not know how to deal with people. She acts irritated and rude. Lost a customer and referrals!

They were busy as it was the holiday weekend but service was very good. Wasn't over crowded. Nails look super cute.

The service is really bad, the prices are changed before and after the appointment, but the worst of all is that they discriminate against people.

It was hard on my nails they rub all the cuticles and i got skin tear. They also took lots of time and didn’t prioritise comfort of the customer.

Very unprofessional and rude. The owner has no respect for customers and on top of it the quality of work is terrible. I was going to post pictures but I got my nails redone right away at another place because it was ruining my day every time I looked at my hands. Never going back to Deluxe.

Discrimination and bad treatment to the client. They do not respond to suggestions or requests.

Called them a day before and confirmed if I can do a walk in. Went next day and was asked to wait for “some time”. Waited for 1 hour just for them to tell me that they cant accommodate today. Did not even feel

This is my favorite place to go. I've been going here for 2 years now and I won't go anywhere else. The service is amazing, they're always friendly and always do an amazing job on my nails. My nails always look exactly how I ask for them to look.

I had an appt booked for on Saturday September 17/22 at 9am. Specifically for a regular pedicure and a bio-gel fill with colour change. First, I'll state, the pedicurist did an awesome job. She was meticulous and did a great job. However, when it came time for my fingernails, the woman who was assigned to do the work insisted that I "didn't need a fill, just change colour". With trepidation and hesitation, I agreed. (Knowing full well i wanted a fill, i agreed bc she's the pro, right? !) She proceeded to work. Before I continue, I'll say that I've been getting my nails done for many years. I KNOW what i want. This experience was by far the worst I've ever had. She rushed through the entire process. As in really RUSHED! I've never been to a salon where i felt as though I were interrupting their precious time. This woman handled my hands quite roughly. Instead of gently tapping my hand to put in the solar dryer, she shoved/slapped them in the general direction of the dryer. Thankfully my experience meant I knew what she expected. When she decided I was finished, she simply got up and walked away. No "you're done", no "thank you", no acknowledgment whatsoever! Rudest woman Ive ever encountered.especially for someone in the service industry! I got up, paid and left. I told the guy at the counter to ensure the tip I left went to the pedicurist. She deserved it! I wanted it clear that i was displeased with the rough & rushed treatment of my hands. Needless to say, I'm incredibly disappointed with the results of this rough treatment. My nails have sharp, jagged edges and the polish isn't even. I am very disappointed. I will now need to spend more money to have the polish removed and get the fill that I wanted to begin with. This situation of knowing what I wanted, specifically booked for and expected. Thought I'd try someone new. My mistake, i suppose.although to bad this woman couldn't be bothered to listen to her customer and provide the service expected. Could have earned a regular client today. Instead, I'll never go back and I'll never recommend this salon to anyone.

For my toes done and walked out of there with very dry feet still went back after a week cause I was having really bad feet pain and they refused to fix it

The service was pathetic. The work is so rough and customer service is bad. The manager, she is so arrogant. They just do what they are said not to. The one of the team member did a good job and then she directed me to the manager for the work left and she was so rude and didn’t even bother to reply nicely. She did my nails terrible at the end didn’t colour them properly and even said ‘if i take time to choose a colour will have to pay more’. This is pathetic

I’ve been with Deluxe nails for more than a year now. Always satisfied with their services! Will never look for another nail salon. Highly recommended!

I have been getting manicures and pedicures for 30 years My experience here was far superior to any others. The BEST pedicure and the establishment is spotless and very friendly. I will drive 2 hours from Collingwood again in a month as it is sooo worth it.

Always great to their customers and always try to make me as happy as possible and the girls are amazing

I love Tina and Mann. I have been getting gel nails done by Tina for the last 5 years and she does an amazing job. And Mann always takes care of my happy feet. They are the owners and I have watched them grow their business from their home to a full
Salon. They have worked so hard and are always there to make everyone feel cared for, personally greeting everyone by name as they walk in, and always taking the time to get to know their clients. Thank you for always taking care of my hands and feet!

Went here for a pedicure just before Christmas they were busy and rushing. I don't think they were sterilizer there equipment because a few weeks later I had very infected ingrown toe nail that required surgery. I had gone there many times before this and had always had great serivce, but after this recent experience I definitely will not be returning and nor will my sister who is also a regular customer.

I had such an incredible experience today! The entire team was so welcoming and kind and I feel super relaxed! My pedicure is perfect and the foot and leg massage I got was outstanding! Thanks so much!

The older lady was very rude, the young girl mya or so did my nails and she cut it wrong, instead of taking it off and putting new ones on she decided to fit it with the gel. I was in that place for over 3 hrs and she ignored my complaints. When it came time for the nail polish, the older lady started yelling saying "we don't have the color you want you can buy it and bring it and its not her employee job to find the color" despite me finding the color and the girl was looking for the number. She was yelling that it's my fault that I took so long

Clean clean clean i really like this salon. Knowledgable, polite, friendly, pretty quick too!
