His attention to detail was amazing, he did a spectacular job, from start to finish Thanks also to Santo with helping. I highly recommend using this funeral home. They treated us with dignity and respected my mother in law as a person and not a dead body.

Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional. The lady who arranged the contract (Sierra) did not review the will when registering my deceased family member for the CPP death benefit, and had it paid out to someone contrary to the instructions in the will. We verified that there is no copy of the will in the funeral home’s files. Seriously? ! When we confronted the staff about this upon finding out at the visitation, a staff member who told us she literally has been working there for 2 days (Anna) was the one arguing with us. As it was her second day on the job, she obviously had no history of our situation and didn’t even apologize for them making this huge mistake. She argued, argued and argued. Later on, guests told us they saw her scrubbing the toilets. Why is the funeral planner the same person scrubbing toilets? And why is this happening during a booking? There were dead flies in the bathroom sink towards the end of the evening so I guess she didn’t clean those. Oh yeah, she also said they wouldn’t transfer the flowers from the funeral home to the church. Yet when I asked about this a week before, the staff answering the phone told me they would. What a horrible experience and that rude lady made it 1000% worse - while on her second day of the job! Go elsewhere - this place is a sham.

I used their services when my Father passed away this year. Their service was EXCELLENT! From the call at the hospital they took care of Everything. Their team was easy to get a hold of. I encountered so many people from their team it was excellent. The day of Funeral visitation the area was well kept appreciate that. Everything was spot on and I would highly recommend their services to everyone. The comments i kept getting from visitors was their snacks cookies goes well with the coffee provided. Aside from that the services was perfect. There is nothing i can think of what went wrong or miscommunication. The team here has got their stuff altogether. Thank-You DeMarco!

Demarco on Keele was absolutely amazing! They made a difficult time for my family an easy process. From the time that they came to pick up my father to making the arrangements for his final resting place, they have been awesome. I want wanted to give a huge thanks to Jeremiah Charles (Jerry) for being with us from the beginning to the end. He took such care in explaining the next steps, embalming and ensuring my dad looked good on the funeral day, to ensuring that the ceremony and burial went as smoothly as possible. We were shocked and confused and Jerry was so kind and caring and was able to put us at ease immediately. I also wanted to give a huge thanks to Tristan and Tony for supporting Jeremiah through all of this. Though losing someone is never easy, if you are looking for someone to ensure that your loved one is given the best care possible definitely ask for those three guys. I can never thank them enough for all that they did.

I’ve been with DeMarco Funeral Home for about a year and loved every minute of it. Wonderful management team. Beautiful and kind co-workers who make me want to spend more time at work. Friendly atmosphere. At DeMarco we treat every family with kind respectful compassion. Our directors are wonderful and full of dignity and passion for what they do. Our premises are nicely decorated. Maintenance and updates and renovations are constant.

Would not recommend demarco funeral home. I was recently there for a friends father who had passed away and was immediately disappointed. The staff had poor communication skills one of the ladies that work there gave my husband attitude and the staff is supposed to clean water bottles and napkins and so on the room we were in look like a complete disaster with water bottles laying around.
The cleanliness of the place was also very disappointing, as it looks very cheap, untidy and dirty.
I would not recommend this funeral home
