A nice surprise for just dessert. Portions were big but so were prices so fair return for food.

I took my daughter this weekend and we loved the place. We ordered Ketty berry icecream and waffles with toppings. Everything was yummylicious will definitely visit again.

Amazing service, amazing food. The food was prepared in less than 5 minutes, which was surprising because of its amazing quality. 10/10 would go again.

Had a wonderful time there. Super polite and helpful. "Tia" was helping us and she made the evening even better!

I order one of my all time favourite blush as I don’t like anything else except for blush through DoorDash app but they send me different order with chocolate ice cream as I don’t like chocolate. Even after calling them and telling them everything I didn’t receive any response.

Food always tastes great here and the staff are all very nice and always making sure everything is okay which is great. Prices have gone up alot in a few years and I honestly think it's a bit overpriced for what you get. Went there recently with a friend and had a giftcard. Wanted to pay my bill separately with the giftcard, but instead they charged the whole bill to it. They apologized and I felt bad because I knew it was a mistake, but there was nothing offered in return. No money returned or another giftcard given for the remaining amount I would've had. I understand mistakes happen, but we left not feeling great about it. Especially because it was a giftcard given for my birthday. It was upsetting.

Great ice cream and service. I love that they make it in house. Server was very informative and attentive. Crazy cool menu and I wanted to order it all. The quality of the desserts were amazing. Would visit here again. Try the Mango ice cream!

Food was delicious but thats always expected. The service was really good, our waiter always tended to us and asked if we wanted to order anything else we never had to call anyone over. The food and coffee that we ordered was all amazing.

Came her on a weekday evening after months. The place is nice and clean. We were seated immediately but were forgotten by the waiter. We had to remind someone to take our order which they did and got our dessert to us shortly after. I give this place a 2 because they have jacked up the prices like crazy with poor food quality. I got a strawberry Nutella crepe which was 16 bucks and it was the soggiest crepe I’ve ever had. I could go to dspot and get the same thing with a larger fresher crepe and reasonable pricing. Will not be returning. Huge disappointment.

Surprisingly a very good dessert spot and let me tell you the desserts here NEVER dissapoint. Super friendly staff and service and the desserts are really tasty. Crêpes are really fresh and good and the ice cream is good quality. Overall really good desserts and you can tell they put their love into it.

I'm high right now and everything's supposed to taste amazing when you're high, even actually terrible food. So when I say that this is hands down the worst, most horrible I've had, you know its really bad. This time I ordered the cocoa ona cake with vanilla ice cream. There was hardly any cake and SO much frosting, and the frosting was sickeningly sweet. The bits of cake that I did get were dry and had a bitter taste to them. The ice cream wasn't the greatest quality either. Worst of all, they did not add any cutlery. If i don't have a spoon on hand already, am I meant to dump the ice cream on and then scoop up cake with my palms? And 1 cake slice is 18 dollars, by the way. I wouldn't mind paying 18 if it was worth the 18, this isn't even worth money. I should be paid money for having had to taste that

My Go 2 Spot For Desserts! I ate here on the weekend for my daughters birthday! First off I would like to state that the staff members were fantastic & the Manager Rob was amazing! Now let’s get to the desserts! We started off with the the milkshakes the birthday girl got the Severus Shake, my daughter got the The O. C Shake which has Oreos & my wife got the Macchiato and I got a mango smoothie! Now for the waffles I had the Pomme Pilot - Belgian Waffle, my wife had the Sweetcar Named Devour - Belgian Waffle which is a crowd fav! The birthday girl had the Splitsonian - French Crepe & my daughter had the One Smart Cookie! The birthday girl gave the pastry chef a 5 star! When a child says 5 star you know it’s good lol!

We came here for a Friday outing and had a great time. It's a cute little Cafe with an extensive menu. I got the Pomme Pilot on a crepe. My husband got the Moo LA LA on a Belgian waffle. The service was fast and friendly. The prices were fair. We will definitely come back again to try everything else on the menu.

Ordered the Shake and Awe… tasted like cold milk. I have had this shake at other demetres locations and it tastes amazing. Not sure what this location is doing wrong.disappointed

The waffles, crepes and ice-creams were amazing as usual and so was the humble coffee.
However service was extremely disappointing at this location. Firstly they were short of menus and the staff just asked us to 'use our phones' without mentioning anymore details.
The comic thing was that, me and my wife actually left the place since nobody bothered to tend to us, stepped out, noticed other outlets nearby were closed, came back in and resumed our seat, without any of the staff even noticing! They surely need to improve the service, but food quality was amazing.

I hope rates go back to normal after COVID, paid $19 for Demetres Unbrulevable today and the portion size was way smaller.
If you are charging more, atleast maintain the same quality and quantity.
Updated: My wife and I visited Demetres again today, and God. We are so happy, the flavour are back and each bite of dish was delicious. Thank you for looking into it. We will visit again soon. Scott, my man, you are the best and exhibit perfect example of great customer service. Five stars.

Loved the experience.

Icecream was delicious. We ordered Roché & White chocolate silk icecream. Servers were friendly, warm & welcoming. Restaurant was clean & sanitized and they were taking so much care and following all the covid rules & regulations.

Would definitely visit again.

They mess up my door dash order 85% of the time and when I call the manager he has an attitude. I will not be ordering from them anymore. I've had to throw out a $50 order and the manager didn't even care.

We called to see if we could eat on the patio.
When we got there they said the patio was closed.
Talk about lazy staff. Too lazy to clean the tables.
I will never visit them. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Came here for dessert when indoor dining is finally available. Got a seat fast, the server was very friendly and helped us right away with our order. The kitchen was also fully staffed and our dessert came out quick! No complaints, definitely recommend!

It's a very expensive place for something that you can easily find elsewhere at a much reasonable cost. A chocolate cake slice for $18? And it was nothing exceptional. Cheesecake slice for $16? Same story. I don't get it why it is so expensive. I went for a takeout and I thought the cost would match the quality. But it's just the usual stuff. Sorry but it's way more expensive for what you are getting.

Very very poor customer service at this location. Please don’t go, if you dare ask the staff why your order is late they would threaten you “ NOT TO COME BACK”. The Bald guy is the worst person to deal with. My order was already 30 mins late for pickup and when I reached and told this guy that I have been waiting for my order pick up, very rudely he said, but we received it 5 mins ago so you would have to wait. To which I showed him the email I got when I placed my order (30 mins ago) and he immediately got so offended that he yelled “just take your order and DON’T COME BACK”. He’s ruining Demetres image. Dude you can’t get customers and business if you deal people like that.

This is the second time I visited this location for take-out. The first time we ordered we left without checking the bag, assuming the order would be fine considering we were the only customers there. We got home to realize it was wrong and couldn’t do anything at that point. This time we checked the bag before leaving, and once again the order was incorrect. I’m genuinely shocked and unsure how these mistakes keep happening, as the items are quite literally on the receipt, and both times there were 5 or 6 employees working. I can understand if it’s busy or if they were understaffed, but neither were true. It does not take very much effort or time to ask your coworkers what the customer actually ordered. I do not recommend this location, and I personally will not be coming back here.

Foods pretty OK. The cheesecake crust was super dry, but it was otherwise nice. Had to go back in to ask for utensils. Bald employee was pretty rude and looked very irritated, unsure why.

I tired their Unbrûlévable - Belgian Waffle, and tbh this is one of my fav ones now to go. The staff is very professional and would highly recommend anyone who is interested in trying waffles in the area.

We ordered 7 items online and got only 6. They packed and we didnt checked as we trusted on them. Then on one item (waffle) got long hair as gift. Thanks to them

The wait is always busy at night on the weekends but it's worth it. The desserts here are delicious, especially the amazing ice creams. They change their menu frequently so sometimes items we like disappear and we miss the option to "make your own" for all of the dessert types, but you can still customize any of the items. Bring some friends to share because the portions are huge, but so tasty. Service varies, but is mostly good.

Absolutely fabulous! Was served by the supervisor, unfortunately didn't get her name. She went above and beyond to take care of us. Food was fast, fresh and delicious! Highly recommend this location.

My friend and I went to Caffe Demetre in Brampton last night. We asked for no whipped cream on our dessert. When the dessert came there was whipped cream on it. We asked the server if we could get another one. When she brought the dessert back we started eating it and as we got half way through it we felt it was smothered in chocolate. We noticed that was due to them scrapping the whipped cream off the original dessert and then covering the area with chocolate to hide what they did. I called the manager Laila over who was our server as well just explaining what happened and to advise that it would be smart to just make a new one next time. We received an apology but that was it. As we finished our dessert another server came over to take our plates away. She asked us if there was anything that was needed. We asked her to bring the bill. About 15 min went by and no bill or server. Laila then came over and asked if it was ok to bring the bill. She then brought the bill and walked away. 10-15 min went by as we sat there with our bill and cards ready to pay but no server. She finally came back over as we started to complain to another server about the service. She apologized and completed out payment and walked away. We were not even offered a 10% discount or a coupon to return due to the issues we had. We understand it gets busy but we felt our customer service was horrible. If there is a mistake in your dessert check to see how they solve it when your dessert comes back to your table as they may just cover it up with more chocolate sauce.

I am not happy with this place. I just wanted to eat a crepe and a coffee seated with my wife and not in front of her as they wanted to accomodate us in an empty place. I decided not to have a bad time and even have to pay for it, so we left. I will never come back to that place.

This one is at home, but that's not why I give it 5 stars, this locations is well maintained, very energetic environment, always packed but always worth the wait, excellent customer service. Most importantly their serving sizes are slightly bigger than any other demetris I've been to and I've been to almost all, and the service is very quick. Highly recommended, but go a bit early and expect to wait a little.

I got the "Face Pomme" and it was delicious! Service was fast and the servers were polite but not very friendly. I was surprised by the prices at first but the portions were huge.

Great place for dessert considering there aren't a lot of places that just serve dessert. The portions are really big and for myself, I can never finish one by myself. It is definitely something that I would recommend sharing with at least two people.

They offer a variety of choices when it comes to their waffle/crepes. You can substitute certain aspects of ones that you really like in order to make sure that it is the way you want.

It gets really busy on the weekends however. I have seen the line coming through the door and starting to wrap around the sidewalk. If you plan to go I would suggest going early to avoid the long wait. Otherwise it is usually pretty much filled but not too long of a wait for a table.

Demetre's is usually great for a shared dessert but this experience was a bit less than what I expected. I guess it's because we got there late and it was busy so the staff were tired but service was pretty sad. The dessert was ok. Not bad, but not the awesome that I usually get from Demetre's

Food was delicious! It was our first time there (my son and I) and Justin was our server. He was so kind and patient with us. He explained the menu to us and gave an excellent description of each and every single item. Because it was our first time we were a little unsure and Justin was kind enough to direct us for the perfect treat he asked us our likes and our dislikes and used a combination of those things to help us order our desert. On our way out we said thank you to your awesome chefs who created out delish waffle treat! It was a great experience, so much so that i plan on going again, but this time.the whole family is coming:) thank you for an A+ dine in experience!

Good place to eat desserts and drinks with cook varieties and nice ambience inside. Generally Bramalea City Center location is busier during evening hours and over the weekend. Prices are reasonable compared to the portion of the items I ordered and the quality/taste. Teenagers always keeps it busy!

For coffee and dessert, hands down the best place in Brampton to go. Absolutely delicious. Come hungry or bring a friend to share as the portions are huge. The staff handled the crowd fast and efficiently (the lineup when I went was out the door) Will definitely be back to try more of their incredible looking desserts

You will not be disappointed if you have a sweet tooth. Amazing desserts. The presentation is so well (I have tried another Demetres in Scarborough and it wasn’t even close to how good the Bramalea one is). Customer service is really good except for this one time I went on a Sunday evening and did not like the service, it was that bad that I left the restaurant after placing the order (so one star gone there). I am not a big fan of high chairs and it is a bit congested inside the restaurant but i would let it go because the desserts and people working are great.

Sooo good! Went there for my birthday and had a brownie cheesecake with chocolate brownie icecream. Omg. I ate the icecream and took the rest home hahaha.

Come here for a sweet treat. You'll probably get diabetes.but the best kind of diabetes. Great selection, new items every season, and very inclusive to those who are vegan, gluten free or nut allergen sensitive.

Probably the WORST service I have ever gotten in a restaurant ever. The manager who is bald headed was extremely MEAN and disrespectful to me and my boyfriend. We first walked in on a afternoon and the cafe was not busy. We sat down and the guy yelled at us saying that were not allowed to choose our sitting. We didnt know since nobody was there when we walked in. Second of all it took the manager forever for him to come greet us at our table and give us the menue. My boyfriend and I were getting tired of waiting so we waived at him and he told us to NOT do that and that we should stop screaming. We actually never screamed and we just wanted to be served.he was absolutely disgusting with his attitude and when he came to take our order he said: « whats your order «  and then I told him I would love a smile please and he looked at me with his angry face. My boyfriend did not like that so he decided to go talk to the manager and the manager said that it is our fault and that he is dealing with too much stuff at the restaurant and we shouldnt expect to be served a certain way. I then personnaly spoke to the only employee who was there and asked her if the manager treats people like that she said « yes «  and she also said that he is disgusting with the employees as well. I told her that I will contact the owner. Other than that this experience made me NOT want to come back to that location. I am a business owner and I can guarantee you that if it was my business I would of FIRED this guy whether his a manager or not. This not customer service and this is UNACCEPTABLE.

Best dessert I have ever had in the town, I ordered Splitsonian one of their speciality on waffle with warm fudge brownies and butter caramel sauce which was made to perfection.

Excellent staff, and quick service. My only complaint is the wait times to be seated. This place is generally always packed so be prepared to wait a pretty minute to be seated. The desserts are consistently delicious as well.

Amazing dessert, really good menu, has something for everyone. Service was good, servers are quick to bring water right away. Prices are good and the food is excellent, the portions are very generous. Only issue with this location is the parking, there is not much parking, especially when it's busy.

I’ve been a customer of this location since it opened. Usually, I have a good experience but I really didn’t like the service that was given yesterday. It was a Friday evening, and I understand that this is a busy time. Me and my friends waited about 20 minutes since we wanted a booth. No big deal, this is pretty normal. However, while we were waiting, there was a family in front of us who was seated at the bar, then asked to get up and return to the line because the hostess/manager wanted them at a booth (not sure why). The family seemed upset by this.
So me and friends got our booth and everything was fine. We did notice that the menu had been cut in half and prices gone up, which was upsetting, but again, not too bad.
However, my issue came at the end of the night. Once we had finished, we decided to sit around for a little while since it was too late to go anywhere else. At that time, no one was waiting for a seat. After a few minutes, ONE group came in. The hostess came over and asked us to leave. I informed her that the group behind us had been there for much longer, so she could ask them. This group had received their food while we were waiting in line to get a seat, and were now just sitting with their glasses of water, like we were. She didn’t ask them. A few minutes later, the manager came over and asked us to leave. I thought that this was very rude, as the other group had gotten there before us, and stayed after us and were not prompted to pay or leave. Again, I understand that booths need to be emptied for new customers but I’m not sure why they targeted my group instead of going in order of who had been there longest and treating customers fairly. I think I’ll be going to D-Spot in Mississauga from now on for a nice night out

The ice cream here tastes the best! It all made on sight. Presentation of the food and staff was exceptional. Can’t wait to go back again. We tried the waffles and they were amazing. Place can get busy and loud but worth it.

Food (desserts) is all exceptional. Service is slow and often confused. Great place for a casual night out with friends if you don't have to be anywhere afterwards.

I went to this demetres and was extremely dissatisfied with my visit. I ordered one chocolate piece of cake for take out and right after I paid, this guy came and ordered 8 different pieces of cake. In the 28 minutes I waited for this cake, the staff was preparing his order and completely disregarded my concerns for when my order was going to be completed. While I was waiting and ignored, this man proceeded to change his order and confuse the server even more. I’m not one to leave a bad review, but I literally waited 28 minutes for a piece of cake. I like the Mississauga location better.

2cd time I was pressured to leave this rest.after only 30 min by Robert (manager). This place is not a place to relax with friends and enjoy desert. They just want your money and push you to leave to turn tables quickly by there Manager Robert. Don’t waiste your money and go to another place like 2CD CUP.
If I was the owner I would be worried about my buisiness and how the Manager (Robert) keeps loosing cust and how he treats his cust.
I would never want this manager to take care of my store.
