Desserts were flavorless and bland. I tried to order a decaf coffee but they run out of beans.
Small wedge of cheesecake was overpriced like every other option on the menu.
Definitely not going back again.

This place was amazing the food was bombastic and the owner was awesome, my friends and I biked in the rain for 25 minutes and we only got there as the store closed. The owner thankfully let us all in and gave us all desserts anyway. Overall this was an amazing experience and I was glad to have met the owner.

The owner was pleasant and very informative about the menu, and he took pride in his business. He even recommended us a good greek food place right across his. Thanks again.

Dessert was great! Definitely pricey, but the taste, portions, and quality likely go into that. I found the décor a bit odd in combination, but that shouldn't detract from the culinary experience.

Indulgent and expensive, although each dish could feed 2-3 if its just dessert.
Quality of the food was nothing remarkable but the excessiveness of each dish was fun.

I popped in for dessert and honestly found the menu for desserts very small, there were only about five different cakes available. The prices are a bit shocking: close to $20 for a slice of Apple Cheesecake! It was excellent but that's more than twice what I usually pay for one serving. There were inly about four customers dining in even though the restaurant I came from on the Danforth had a lineup.

Great service! Great food and great company! The desert "Daddio, " which is a Sunday, is great! I shared it with my partner, and we both enjoyed it thoroughly. I have ordered it before. I've had most of the things on the menu over the years, and each one is great! My favorite is pom pilot, which is a New york cheesecake with an apple crumble on the side drizzled in caramel sauce. I usually prefer to get it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. The portions are huge, though, so I would usually prefer to share this with someone.

The gentleman that served us yesterday was polite, warm welcoming and was able to help me out with my order. When the water was low he was there.like magic. His presence really set the tone and made me feel like I was getting what I was paid for AND more. Thoroughly enjoyed my time and would love for more people to check out this little gem!

I don't think I ever wanna return to this demetres. Overpriced, tastes good, but not worth the high cost. Server gave only the most expensive options as recommendations (upsetting hard). Final insult was the $8 cup of match latte, which was tiny! I finished it in like 10 sips.

This place has the best desserts I've ever had. I'm not really into banana flavored food but this place has a banana ice cream damn! Best ice cream flavor I've ever had.
I've had the banana split for 2 people but it can easily be for 4 people, it's humongous.
It is expensive though, I paid close to $40 for a banana split and almost $30 for a waffle (tax and tip included)

I had two waffles, and two regular coffee for $66 dollars! This is insane and super expensive. I don’t recommend anyone to go there however the waffles were good, but $25 for one waffles is super expensive.

I ordered two scoops of ice cream and they put the ice cream on the crepes box it melted and messed everywhere there’s something called cups for ice cream’s why Tff they put it in the box.

This is the second Demetres branch that we visit so far, we really love how all desserts and service feel the same.

Ordered ice cream twice in the last three months.first time $50 worth of ice cream and it was horrible, gelatinous and tasted like freezer burn. Picked up a pint this week same experience. I won't be going back.

Too many changes to the menu and cake selections. Bring back the Bailey's cheesecake and steamers.

Nice dessert place and good for dates. Servong size is small for the price, and the cheesecake was hard. Ambience is nice and quiet.

The atmosphere was definitely good and also the service. However the food was not great and also the options are limited and definitely not worth the price we pay for. It is was way too expensive and the ice cream tasted below average.

I specially like the ice creams here and the waffles! Recommend to eat the dessert right away. Cause warm waffle and cold ice cream comb is great!

Really good place to have dessert after a heavy meal. We had apple Cinnamon crepe name was something else forgot but it was freaking delicious.

They didn't have all the ice cream flavors.

We ordered two Nutella milkshakes and a chocolate crepe with Nutella, Oreos and chocolate ice cream. Everything was amazing! Delicious! The BEST place ever from all over Toronto to eat desserts. Our server Kas (I’m sorry if I misspell his name), he was super fast, made nice recommendations, and was kind. We were impressed how fast he was, since he was in charge of the whole operation, from greeting, to cooking/making our desserts, and serving our table. The presentation and flavours were perfect!
