Denny's

Nice sized place lots of seating even for a bigger group. The tvs are only along one wall so if you’re wanting to watch, ask for a table facing them.

The robot server was a fun touch. He played music and helped to bring out plates.

Food was so good. Cooked to perfection.

Absolute rubbish. Service. Food. We left after 90 minutes still didn’t have everyone’s food. Receipts we incorrect. Drink orders took 30 minutes. The place wasn’t even busy.
I have never had a restaurant experience so terrible.

Denny’s is always consistently good! Never eaten in the restaurant but the staff is always friendly when I pickup food for the fam!

Excellent food, superb service, great value. The St. Thomas location is a step up from others I have visited in my travels.

Been there 3 times. Tried to order the bacon slam twice now which is on their menu. Not available. Informed them it's on there menu then it should be available. They didn't care. Not that they ran out of it or some other excuse just that it wasn't available. Don't have it on your menu then!

You are know that person who comes out to bring food with the weight staff is busy. That person doesn’t exist anymore. They replace them with a robot.

Maybe I’m unique. But I’d much prefer prefer a person bring me my food. A person with a job. It isn’t as though my meal, which was going to be over $30 with tax and tip. Just for me. If they can’t afford to pay a human being for that then they shouldn’t be in business.
I certainly. Would never take my food from a robot.

The complete incompetence of the server is what destroyed this visit. Brought us the wrong drinks, brought additional drinks that we didn't order (again wrong), never brought over sriracha sauce, brought over bacon when no one asked for bacon, never brought over toast until the near end and had to be reminded about it, never brought over the sausage links until the very end because they forget that as well. By then no one wanted them.

It was a long wait that was never correct with our order. Jamie Lee should not be allowed to serve people when she can't even get a simple two person order correct.

I would recommend anyone who doesn't have the patience for poorly trained staff to go elsewhere. Absolutely abysmal.

Typical Denny’s restaurant and decor, food was alright. Nice spacious patio with lots of seating.

Breakfast/brunch on Sat. Was busy and service slow, but adequate. Food was OK. Fruit bowl was bad quality. I pointed out that so many grapes should have been gabage.and picked them out. She explained they were washed days ahead.pulled from the stem and put in a bowl for scooping. Customer's dont care about process.if you wouldnt eat them yourself dont serve them!
Server did offered to get me something else and.was declined. Never an offer to remove from the bill and never did anyone say, 'we are sorry'. Server said she relayed to manager.no manager approached. Seems an uninterested bunch.guess this is the Denny standard.take it or leave it.

So. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
Well. Dennys was and is better when it is either the only option in 100miles, your off a highway far ways from home or hung over and crave fried anything.
(Why you wouldn't go to Mc D instead for that I wouldn't know)

Cost is around $25 dollars per person.

Example. 2 eggs 2 bacon/2 peices toast and drink $25.

Thats alot of $$$ for what you get!

The service was mediocre and not worth the 15% tip.

The robot got caught on chairs and was more of a gimmicky restaurant thing for customers rather then useful in anyway.

At the end we were not offered a take out bag for our cheese sticks.so we carried them out wrapped in napkin. Very strange and disappointing.

I am willing to bet the business is having difficulties finding decent help. The service for food was fairly slow at near 40min.order to table.
The longer cook times make it difficult to come here for lunch break. You wont make it back in under an hour.

Went for dinner. It was my son's birthday. The kids love the robot. It sang Happy Birthday to him. I always love breakfast for dinner. Staff was very friendly and the food was quick to be served.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a very good experience today. We took our grandson for his first birthday, and by the time we got our food, everything was cold. It took forever and seemed impossible to even get a coffee refill. They didn't even offer the birthday boy anything for his birthday breakfast. I was very disappointed with our first time here.
