Always great at Denny’s London. Great food variety and excellent friendly service. Our server Christine was very nice (I wish I could remember the names of the other staff for the numerous times I’ve been before as they were nice as well). It’s a comfortable atmosphere - just the way I like it.

Denny’s always provides decent food, if not a little bit expensive. Fortunately, the staff make the experience all worth it! Our server Debbie (or grandma as she told us to call her) was such a hoot! So kind, easy to talk to, and hilarious to boot! She is a true gem who has been there for over 20 year and clearly loves what she does! Thank you Debbie for a wonderful brunch! For a familiar family restaurant, I was very disappointed in the price of the entrees. $23+ with tax all in for a cheeseburger and fries! I did tell my husband it was highway robbery. He reminded me we were just off the highway

At late night, I came at this restaurant to have a tea. As I was very tired of doing night shift. So, here Princepreet Kaur was on duty and she treated me very well by serving hot tea which makes me energetic and fresh

I've been to dennys before and it has changed so much the portions are smaller the food isn't as good the fruit bowls are trash and you don't even get good fruit I ordered a skillet supreme and the portion didn't even fill the skillet and the loaded bacon tator tots I ordered didn't come until after I was eating my skillet but on top of that there was no bacon in the tots and there was nothing loaded about them terrible experience sad dennys is better when you're drunk at 2 am

We had an amazing breakfast today. The service from start to finish was very friendly and efficient. Our server Dale was excellent. We will be back!

Cindy was an absolute delight as our server. She was very polite and attentive and her wit was on point. Will be frequenting this Denny's and hope to be served by Cindy again. "Hey Cindy! I'd like to order one of each" rotfl

There was a long wait due to a basketball team, but the staff was amazing! Our server Dayle was exceptional! Thanks for a good experience

Cindy did a great job as our server today. Very pleasant and she did a great job with our order. We always love coming to Denny's restaurant and look forward to it on our trips from Windsor to Toronto.

First time here and will definitely be back. From the minute we got there to the time we left, everyone was so friendly! They seemed a bit busy but our food came out fast and service was wonderful (thank-you Charlotte!). Both my boyfriend and I agreed the food was delicious ️

Go in, wait in line to be "checked in" was told the wait would be around 20 minutes, they will text when our table was ready. After 30 minutes, I checked the waiting list online and my name was no longer there. So we go inside and was told again, wait in your car, we'll text when the table is ready, you're still on the list. Needless to say, I have not received a text yet.been an hour and 35 minutes. Great system you got there Denny's I'll keep going to my favorite breakfast spots that does NOT include Denny's. We tried

Yuck the host with red hair aweful attitude she looks so gross like she rolled off the bed. No sense of hygiene yuck. Standing around ni service had to wait for so long, intitled so rude.

They told us when we arrived it would take about 30 mins to sit inside the restaurant. It was 45 mins. Then it took about 45 mins to get our meal. Never going back. Not happy.

Brought my family to the Denny's in London ON by the 401. I was served a coffee with lipstick on the mug. I unfortunately did not notice the unwashed mug until after I had taken a drink. Completely unacceptable, clearly Covid protocols are not being followed at this location.

I had the trucker's breakfast. I didn't like the cheese that they put in their omelette. I love all their other comfort foods for lunch or supper though.

Excellent service and amazing food. They were very busy but they served us as quickly as they could and were very friendly.

I realize that COVID 19 has got everyone all backwards and everyone is trying, and likely will take some time to get used to, but i was SO disappointed today and i didn't even get to go inside! Got our names on the waiting list, I subtly took notes on who was in front and who registered behind. Waited roughly 15 minutes (not too bad) and watched the people in front of us get called in, then we were magically bumped off the list.then watched at least 4 other tables go in who registered after us. We actually got kicked out of the foyer while trying to hail the host to get in because we were "blocking the entrance". Only giving it a 2 star because i didn't even get to get in to be let down by the food, which i already know is delicious. Honestly the most frustrating morning as i had been looking forward to Denny's all weekend

Strawberry lemonade was the best experience. If not travelling I would have drank more than two. Real strawberry puree in it. And free refills.

It was not a good experience. It took a lot of time to get the food, cold and small portions was not satisfactory in any way.

The breakfast we had was pretty good. Coffee was good. I always enjoy this place. The staff are friendly and the food was good.

Understaffed due to Covid. Very accommodating, and courteous service. No reservations, so wait times can be long.

Ordered breakfast through Skip the Dishes. The menu was good and have a good range for the breakfast. Food was great and the portion sizes are good. Price is reasonable. Recommend this place with five stars and definitely try again.

How to lose customers and your business.
Already 90% of these places are closed and yet here you are making customers upload apps for the menu's and having to sign in to even sit down.ridiculous scaremongering by the establishment due to covid.
Newsweek here, people including myself are vaccinated. Question is then why are we being forced in to this debacle.
As for you guys, it's not worth all the effort just to eat a mediocre meal at best.

Used to be way better before they renovated. Almost seems like they're getting cheaper and cheaper quality every time I go. Used to love going there, now not so much.

They 8 patio tables yesterday. Had to wait 30 min but was worth the wait. The food was good and was prepared/served soon. The customer service was good. The tropic green smoothie was amazing! The extra veggie omelette with sliced hash brown and toast was a good portion breakfast with really tasty mushrooms in it. The blueberry banana pancakes were tasting just right, didn't have the extra sweetness/sugar, just a little bit of maple syrup was good enough. Good place for a breakfast fyi dine in if you don't mind the wait I'd not you car order in as well.

Denny’s has been a fav with their unique all day breakfast option. This place is right on 401/London and serves great food.
All American slam is the best to try with no disappointments!

Wow. Upon entry you have to scan a bar code into your phone, fill in the blanks and sign away your first child, in order to be seated. No thanks. We have neither the technical skills or the time to be bothered. We left.

Awesome taste, crispy bacon, smoky sausage and it is fresh but too little quantity

Food was good price was a bit on the high side, if you order from the website you get 15. % off I called to confirm that they got my order which was no so I ordered though them to find out that you can't get the discount.so that's why the 4 star.

Haven't seen one in a while there isn't one where I'm from. Love the melt so I got 2 for the road. Thank you for your hospitality.

Stopped this morning for breakfast with my mom. Ordered and waited over a half hour for food. It was not busy in there. Got our food and the only thing hot on my plate was the potato chunks. Everything else was cold. Mom's breakfast was cold as well. Eggs cold enough not to even melt the cheese in it. The waitress brought me another order of toast, for a full plate that was cold. $40 breakfast that was cold. Won't be going back. Was a regular customer. Key word, WAS.

Great staff and great food. Congrats to Dennys for steping up their cleaning practices. Its always been very good at location just nice to see elsewhere.

What happened to Denny's? Thought they were all 24hrs. A restaurant at a TRUCK STOP! That closes at 9pm is useless. Especially when you walking at 8: 35pm and they ask you if you saw the sign that says we're closing at 9pm instead of seating you.

Great breakfast and dinners, go there for your birthday have proof of age, eat for free, love the food, great pancakes, very busy most of the time, great staff's.

We decided to go to Denny's just for dessert (had a craving for pancake puppies). We ordered 10 blueberry pancake puppies to share. We also decided to create our own pancake dessert by combining the Dulce de Leche crunch dessert pancake and the Tres Leches dessert pancakes. We had the cinnamon crumble and ice cream but switched the caramel sauce for the traditional icing. Thank you to the waitress for making this happen. It was delicious, tasted like a cinnamon bun. The pancake puppies were as expected with the blueberry being a nice twist on the original.

Portions are small. Skillets are not worth the money. If getting breakfast, make sure you get a slam or something with pancakes so your belly is full

I ordered new dish Butter chicken, it's awful. Too sour, too much vagitables.

Overall experience won't recommend.

Its decent food but nothing special. They get really busy and dont have enough staff so be prepared for a wait.

I eat keto and for a chain you can get some pretty healthy options and the staff is quite accommodating.

I was curious as to how this Denny's compared to the ones I had been to in the States. Parking and serving size was plentiful. Team was very friendly, even when the restaurant was full of people. The only negative point was that I had to walk up to the front counter to make my payment. A portable debit machine would be a benefit. I will return again.

What a horrible place. Supposed to get free meal on your birthday however I was billed 45 bucks for half a skillet and two pancakes a coffee and a milk. Skillet was only half filled. Potatoes were not crispy and in fact were mush, although it was supposed to have sausage in it I was able to find just three small sausage crumbles. The pancakes were raw in the center and there was no banana cream on the bottom pancake which was dry on the outside and raw in the center. Clearly a lousy cook and even worse management. Whoever owns the place has no interest in anything except profit.
I highly recommend you go somewhere else eating here is a waste of your hard earned money.

It's been awhile since I have been to a Dennys. Had Moons over my Hammy, gotta say some what disappointed. They didn't make it on sour dough bread and maybe a half order of hashbrowns. The ketchup was empty so grabbed one from another table.it was empty too. Overall not bad but not great either.the server was pleasant.

The staff was incredibly friendly! The food is good just as any Denny's is but the staff made the visit for sure.

Alright. Big portions but prices are a little steep. I would rather pay less for a smaller plate but that's just personal preference. Food took forever to get to us (26 mins after ordering for breakfast food) on a busy day and came out cooked well but lukewarm for some reason.
Maybe they have other stuff they're famous for that I missed out on but as far as breakfast goes, it's just fine. Nothing amazing but mother bad either.

The waitress there was very judgemental and sarcastically rude she was talking about our table with the other waitresses and wakeing me and the group of people I was with very uncomfortable they messed up our order and instead of replacing it they just brought out the right item.it was very expensive and the food quality wasaas very poor for how expensive it was to eat there. I know for a fact that me and my spouse will never go back there to eat again

Have had a pleasant experience in the past for breakfast/lunch. Went late after work last month and unfortunately my friend felt very I'll for a few days after eating the country fried steak that he was a fan of before this experience. Definitely has made us rethink returning.

Our favourite family breakfast place. Always good food and service. They switched to new coffee a few months ago and it is very good. Arrive before 10am, otherwise there is a wait.

Food was great and on time. Wait staff was patient and courteous.

The restaurant seemed clean, but the floors were greasy. I mentioned it to the hostess, who only defended the night person who cleans the floor. First of all, why is the floor only mopped once a day? This is a busy location for truckers and families stopping for gas passing through London, Ontario. Secondly, water and grease don't mix. You need soap in that water. What if it was an elderly person who slipped and fell?

We walked from the front to our table, and back with caution for fear of slipping and falling. We decided that returning from our trip not to stop at this restaurant again.

Waitress was super nice but food this time was not greatest. Scrabble egg where more a plain omelette. Potatoes where siting for a long time under the heat lamp not spice on the patatoes. Pancakes where good

Drove an hr with the fam to experience Denny's. Was fairly dissapointed with the presentation, ordered food that they ran out of toppings for. Even all said and done it was 80$ for two kids meals and two adult meals. Fairly pricey breakfast.

Though a little pricey, excellent banana/strawberry pancackes and decent coffee. I rated a clean restaurant with really good food 3 stars thanks to the server who stood at our table with her hands tucked near her armpits then put her thumb on the plate by my food. It is possible to set food down with your thumb on the side of the plate.

Exceptional service. Prompt/courteous service of everything and food tasted great with a small exception, I found the country fried steam a bit dry.

Last time I was there there was a homeless lady who is stealing items out of the claw machine arcade game this went on for at least 30 minutes while all the tables watched in the waiters and hostesses did nothing. To be honest it was hilarious and I would go again dress because of it. I always appreciate free entertainment along with a good meal. Cheers

Usually always a good go at Dennys. Today the waitress wasn't that good. Walked away before I could tell her how I wanted my eggs. Then the hash browns were way undercooked. Asked for a refill of coffee. Ame back 15 minutes later with the bill.
