My husband and I had a really disappointing experience with Denny's. We hired them to provide a shuttle service from a hotel in Mississauga to our wedding venue in Caledon and back again. We provided addresses, requested drop off and pick up times as well as a map of the wedding venue property, specifying where to drop/pick up guests.
Unfortunately, every aspect of the day-of service was disappointing. The bus left early for all 3 of our drop-off/pick-up times, resulting in multiple guests missing their ride. We also had feed back from our guests that the driver was rude and unprofessional. The worst part was that the driver dropped our guests at the road outside our venue instead of the drop off/pick up point on the property meaning our guests had to walk a far distance.
We were upset this occurred. If it had been communicated with us that the bus would not come onto the property, we would have made other requirements to transport our guests from the road, in order to cut down on the distance guests had to walk.
We emailed Denny's to express our disappointment and our issues with their lack of communication. We have yet to hear back from them.
To all future wedding couples looking for transportation options on their wedding day, especially in the Caledon area: I would not recommend Denny's for this service.

Best bus line around! Called and got what I needed right away! The lady on the phone was very sweet and professional.

Bus number 2300 just cut me and 5 other people off by pulling out when it was not their right of way. Then turned right at another set of lights nearly running over three women and a child when it was their turn to cross the street in Alliston by the bmo bank. Hire better drivers before someone gets killed.
