My entire family goes here and its always a great experience. They are friendly and never push for any unnecessary treatment. Their appointments always seem to start on time. Joy is very good at finding appointment slots that work for us.

Dental hygienist was very good.
Not a big fan of scaling but she put up with my nonsense.

Priscilla Hui is a superb dentist. Thorough, gentle, personable. Always punctual. Does not prescribe remedies unless they are needed, unlike a previous dental service which constantly tried to upsell me. I have referred almost a dozen people to this practice and Priscilla particularly.

My last full checkup.amazingly concise! Dr. Grace is very articulate and kind. My only concern was the long wait but all in all I was very pleased with everything and everybody there!

To make money out of you, they may do something crazy. For example cleaning your teeth three times in a row within a month, pretending there is something wrong with your teeth.

My family of 4 has been going to DCG for about 8 years now and always have a great experience. The staff is very friendly, proactive with appointments and suggesting treatments when needed without being pushy. They make sure you are comfortable which is appreciated especially when I take my kids. Highly recommend.

I really like the reception and nurse staff along with the hygienist. However the dentist I was given I didn't like. She's clearly new. I try my best to be patient and I try my best not to judge. She did perfectly fine work but it was consistently uncomfortable during work. This is the first time I've felt uncomfortable enough to not want to return for the rest of my treatments. She constantly slams her dental tool into my front teeth. Hitting her tool against other teeth that aren't being worked on, wasn't properly numbed. And on my initial appointment and checkup she carelessly grabbed a "paper towel" which turned out to be an alcohol wipe and wiped the underside of my tongue. It was extremely painful.she also seemed to be confused on how to note my x-rays correctly. I'll miss the staff and the convince of the location. But I will Not be returning.

I brought my kids into the office and was very impressed with the receptionists and staff. They hygienist was very caring and patient with my kids. They had a great visit and no tears just smiling faces. The dentist came by to check my kids teeth and again was very pleasant and gentle with our kids. I will be booking an appointment for me and my husband as well. Thank you for the great experience.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dental Care Group for a year now, and I must say that are absolutely wonderful. Their staff sure knows how to brighten a day!

When I moved to the east end, I found this dental office via the Yellow Pages. For over 20 years, I have received the best dental care here and everyone I have met with, from administration, hygienists and the 3 professionals (Drs. Binert, Primoric, and Chevtchenko) are always so approachable, friendly, caring, and take the time and effort to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable visit. They keep you apprised of what's happening during the procedure, offer ongoing oral health recommendations, and answer any questions you may have throughout the visit, or at any other time. I highly recommend this truly top-notch dental office.

Great place and my dental hygienist is amazing! I think her name is Milani, pretty sure she's the only left-handed one there so she has an isolated area in the corner of the office that's very private. I've been going here for years even after I moved outside the city, I make my way there when I'm due for a cleaning. They are very flexible on their hours as well, I usually have my appointments after work and usually drive there (tons of free parking in the area) but it's also across the subway station so easily accessible. They always have bike giveaway for the kids so very family friendly as well.

I want to thank the team at the dental care group for taking care of my dental health. Every visit is a pleasant one, and look forward to the next visit for a tingly, clean, smooth feeling on my teeth.

I have been a patient there for over 20 years! One of the most HONEST dental offices in Toronto! Staff are great and service is wonderful! My kids love getting their balloons and treasure box treat at the end of their appointments!

This place is a real gem. The front desk staff is fantastic and really welcoming and they have all star female dental team! Felt really welcome as soon as I came in the door.

I'm sure they do great work and I know lots of patients are happy with their service, I was one of the unlucky ones who didn't have a good experience. In fairness, their front office staff were 100% sweet, efficient, empathetic and professional. My complaint comes with the communication of the two dentists who worked with me.

Wednesday:
Woke-up in agony with an infected wisdom tooth and after a trip to Mt Sainai emergency at 5am, got pain meds and released from hospital and told to go into a dentist who does urgent care. I found this place near my home and husband's workplace. After x-rays and antibiotics, I was sent home to take care of the infection, pain and swelling and consider returning Monday for extraction. Up to there, we're good.

Monday:
I get to the dentist, not knowing if I will be able to get my tooth removed as it's unsure due to the infection. I am placed in a chair of another dentist I never spoke to. Expressed that I still had LOTS of paintenderness and am afraid to get my tooth removed without full anestheticgoing under. She said it's normal to feel pain, especially if there is a slight infection as pain meds don't take well to infected tissue. She suggested we try and see. She "froze" me and we poked around. As I'm being poked around, she asks me if I want to remove the upper wisdom tooth as well as it may affect my lower gum considering the lower tooth won't be there to protect it. WHAT THE HECK!? It's not time to ask me that when Im virtually upside-down with tools in my mouth! She then starts with the lower tooth and Im in terrible pain. After about 15 minutes, I'm crying and asked for a break. As I collect myself with my head in my hands, she wrote a referral to a surgeon nearby and says "I don't think we can keep going, maybe it's best you go under, maybe you should try them. I don't know if they are available today, but front office can help you with that". Without patching-up my BLOODY mouth, I left the office, in tears, bleeding from the mouth with a half removed wisdom tooth and NO SOLID PLAN! Im only glad their nice front office staff were able to send me to a surgeon who could see me within the hour. Bad communication all around and I felt like the two dentists didn't care nor communicate well with a patient who knows littlenothing about dentistry. I'm not happy, not impressed and will never go back. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
