Dr Manning was kind and very thorough in his consultation. He explained my issues thoroughly and offered a very thoughtful proposal for treatment. I left very happy.

Got a filling done here and was having issues with flossing as the filling would block where my normal gap is. Dentist admitted that the filling was weirdly done and changed it (charged me as well). Figured I would give them one more chance and got another filling done from them and have the same issue again. Will most definitely change my dentist.

This dental office's service pricing is a top secret. The front desk is reluctant to let clients know the charging details, however, I hate to get a surprise when I go pay the bill. The actual charging is pretty high and significantly different from what receptionist Robin told me before. Technically, the front desk’s main job is to collect money only, in the meantime, how many dental jobs have been made is utterly generated by the hygienist & dentist. I have a couple of experiences, this pair seems desperate for money, because they always charge more than other hygienist & dentist.

My check up and cleaning went great! The staff are very friendly and Dr. Rintoul is always at his best. Thanks so much.

Dental Health Group really knows how to take care of its patients. Freindly reminders about your next appointment, text messages and email, they have you covered.

Not to mention great service in the chair and PPE worn at all times.

Our family has been seeing Dr Belza for years…. The entire Team at the Dental Health Group are friendly, caring and proficient. Even our six year old grand daughter LOVES to go to the dentist!

I chose Dental Health Group recently for many reasons. All staff take their job seriously but with relaxed manners in fun vibe, many dentists and accomodating appointment schedule. Before I get in the room, I was offered all recommended xrays and treatment options with explanations so I can consent with clear understanding. Dr Belza and Corrinne was so great, calm yet genuinly friendly that perfect for anxious patient like me. They were keep communicating with me during exam and xray to inform process and findings, respecting my anxiety. I loved how Dr Belza took his time to answer any unclear questions. Thank you for all friendly staff who make me feel very welcome. Special thanks to Robin who lead thorough introduction, Corrinne for seamless operation and cheers for hygienist Lori from my family member who went today.

I'm from a generation that feared dentists but happily go to Dental Health Group without hesitation. The staff is warm and friendly but professional, caring and very sensitive to whatever issues you may have. Sarah is a delight and so good at her profession.

Not only do I work here but I am also a very satisfied patient who refers all my family and friends.

Never have I ever received so much attitude from someone before. It began when I tried using my insurance, she was telling me it wouldn’t be covered and talked to me like I was dumb. Then today she called again, again with attitude telling me it would be covered but not fully. This all being said when she couldn’t even I put my insurance into her system. Not sure how someone answering phones and calling customers can be so rude. I asked for her name but she refused to give it to me. She called at 1030 am today. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist before. And such a shame too because the doctors and everyone else were really nice.

I came for emergency service (minor tooth filling) at DHG on Guelph line almost a year ago. The dentist and the assistant (wearing only surgical masks) started talking to each other incessantly while doing the work. I was charged for an extra of examination service (quickly done about 5 minutes) which I didn't ask for. I find it's costly for an emergency examination, more suitable for a full examination service charge.

I had an appointment with Dr. Belza yesterday and I commented on how pleasurable.yes, pleasurable.my experience was. I have always really dreaded going to the dentist. I had a very gentle dentist for about 25 years but she retired. The group that took over her practice were more business-like and less personable, but were very close to where I lived. Convenience, however, didn't trump friendly, effective, so I switched at my daughter's recommendation. I have received amazing treatment at the Dental Health Group. At my recent appointment, the three of us-dentist, assistant and I- were all singing/humming to the oldies piped in. I commented that the two of them worked like a "well-oiled machine. " The job was done without PAIN and the tooth that had been bothering me was repaired. It is not within my city, but well worth switching. Thank you!

Not respectful of people's time. Multiple cancelations from them in short notice. If it was the other way I am sure they would be charging a cancellation fee.

This dentist clinic is only concerned with selling implants. I went for an emergency tooth removal, and everything seemed to be okay. Then over the course of a few weeks. I was told that 3 more teeth needed to be removed 2 of which were in the front of my mouth. I was given options and implants were presented as the best option, but I found them too costly, so I opted for a less expensive option, which didn't fit properly and is not fictional, and not covered by my benefits.

1st, my regular dentist Dr Larsh at Walker line, caught a possible issue, referred me to next day appointment with Dr Manning at Guelph line office. Turns out probable cracked tooth had let bacteria in which caused infection and bone loss! No indication as tooth had root canal (many moons and a couple of provinces away) so no pain indications.
Had extraction and bone graft today, great communications, excellent experience, freezing is out and NO PAIN! Not even a 1 out of 10, would never know I was in today!

I recently needed a root canal. Upon entering the office, I was met with a very friendly reception. Dr. Mark Manning treated me with the upmost professionalism. Sitting in a dental chair is not the most comfortable experience for many, but I was put to ease right from the beginning. Dr. Manning is so gentle and explained as he proceeded. I have to say honestly, during and after treatment was so smooth and not painful. Thank you team!
