Dentalhouse - Glen Abbey

I was there with two days ago and my was there yesterday. The prophylaxis cleaning who served me was very friendly and professional who names Ambica, but my wife was not very happy with her prophylaxis cleaning.

Patient at this clinic for decades. I have found Dentists and staff efficient and courteous. Highly recommended!

How much time do you have? Because…one paragraph will never be enough words to give praise to this business, this place, the persons who make it so wonderful!
Personally, I have been a ‘patient’ of Glen Abbey Dental for many years thru various caring, exceptional staff members. A business doesn’t work unless it has what Glen Abbey Dental has…extremely skilled, patient, & friendly staff! Oh…and I especially like & have learned to count on “ the call” from the Office to remind me of the date and time of my appointment.
There have been times that my appointment is just a regularly scheduled one, & it’s an ‘in & out’ time! …BUT there’s always a time to share conversation, talk ‘about the weather’, have a laugh!
When you walk in for your appointment…you’re welcomed, and then sit in anticipation til.the time is yours! I remember just recently, I was there to get my teeth cleaned, & the Hygienist asked what music I liked…oh I said…some blues n jazz, and/ or BOB MARLEY…not thinking much about sharing these thoughts, BUT… in a matter of a few minutes, “My MAN, BOB, was singing”, and I was on the way with a smile, and MUCH cleaner teeth! Sometimes, when my appointment’s finished, I feel like … when I walk out of THAT OFFICE, THERE’ll BE A LIMO waiting for me…cuz I must be SPECIAL to get such…expert, thorough, and personal care!
SO TO ALLOF YOU LOOKING FOR A NEW DENTAL SERVICE…LET ME DIRECT YOU TO THIS DENTAL HOUSE, GLEN ABBEY DENTAL IN OAKVILLE. My family, and I have been coming here for years and I certainly will be here…for my next appointment.
Thanks to Ida Daya, PRACTICE MANAGER, and ALL THE STAFF, for keeping the atmosphere. & ‘ the ambiance’ exactly like it has always been…a professional, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, one which insists…THAT YOU COME BACK!

B, I HAVE TWO OF THE VERY BEST…AND TO YOU, THE “NEWBIE” I know for certain that your experience with any of the staff, would, undoubtedly, BE THE SAME! Friendly staff who are willing to provide any needed assistance. They make sure to let you know if your insurance covers your procedure before they proceed. This dental house makes my kids feel right at home.

I visited for RCT and Crown purppses to the clinic. I find the dental process smooth and hasselfree. Thanks to Dr. Patni and his team for helping me out.

Appointment was a bit not what I expected apparently because they couldn’t reach me because they had my old discontinued landline phone number instead of my mobile. That was resolved and fortunately my appointment was able to proceed. Good work

I have been coming here for my entire adult life but have lived in The UK for a year and have been getting my cleaning done at another place. I come for everything aside from cleaning and today was the first time in a while. They were so efficient, kind and extremely helpful. From Dr. Patni fixing my bonding and turning my teeth back to flawless, Kim helping with the work to Ida going above and beyond to ensure my insurance coverage was accepted. They were extremely flexible with fitting me, efficient and effective. Walked out of their completely covered, paid nothing and teeth look spectacular! Thanks guys:)

I will be recommending Dentalhouse to everyone! I have been looking for a great dental clinic for a long time and I can say I have found it. My dental hygienist Bharti D.was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and made me comfortable during the cleaning. She communicated exactly what will be done my current oral condition and after care. She was thorough with every step. If your looking for a great dental clinic n hygienist I would Check them out!

New to the office. Amazing care. Very knowledgeable, highly skilled and great attention to detail. Kind and efficient staff. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

Avoid this office at all costs. My family were long standing patients of Dr. Lang and his team and never had 1 complaint. Dr. Lang retired and most of the original office staff left. The new dentists and office staff who have taken over have concerning disdain for their patients. They lie to patients to cover their own ineptitude, they cancel appointments with only several hours notice, they consistently overschedule so you are forced to leave midway through procedures and must rebook to finish procedures, and they openly and directly insult patients in the front office. Office staff lied to both myself and a specialist dentist in order to cover up their ineptitude with a referral. The special dentist and I discussed Glen Abbey Dentalhouse lying to cover their mistake rather than take accountability. The specialist also shared they heard innumerable amounts of complaints about this office and my complaint was the third they heard just that week alone. At least 5 appointments were booked with maximum amount of time for procedures and upon arrival they said they did not have enough time to do work and that we would have to come back another day. They also advised half way through appointments that there was not enough time to complete work. It was suspicious that they cancelled our last appointments prior to a long week the night before and suspect this was to ensure dentist and staff could get away for the long weekend early. They push back appointment times on the same day. With immune issues we requested discussions about procedures to limit visits in office to reduce exposure for our family and the dentist was more inclined to interrogate the immunity issues rather than answer the dental inquiries. I had to advise the dentist our medical reasons/beliefs were our own and to focus on answering the dental inquiries. Half way through an appointment they advised me that they were cutting my child's appointment short and I would have to rebook. I was very frustrated and sternly made it clear that this was no longer an option as I had already made this same concession multiple times in the past. At the end of the appointment the office staff openly insulted me to my daughter in the front office saying, "If your mother talks to me like that I would hate to see how she talks to you at home". I have since removed my entire family from this office. What has happened with this office since Dr. Lang and his team left is shameful. Please go elsewhere. Sadly, this office is now run like a playground. There is zero professionalism.

It used to be the best dental office when Dr Lang was there. Now it is awful. I would not recommend it at all.

I am coming to this office for last 30 years and I have been anxious about dental cleanings since then. I had always asked them to numb or give triazolam or nitrous to clean my teeth. Anxiety was bad enough to make me shiver on dental chair. Two years ago I had a different provider. He said - “Trust me I will clean your teeth and you won’t feel any pain or sensitivity. You don’t need any numbing or nitrous. ” I trusted him and rest is history. The most painless and comfortable hygiene visits I started having. His name is Pravesh. He is funny, kind, motivated, intelligent, immensely into his work and most importantly gentle. His humour is only remedy I need for my anxiety. Highly recommend Pravesh. Never ever leaving this place.

This is the best dental clinic in Oakville! The staff are super friendly (kudos to the management team for some solid hiring) and my dentist is never rushed, thorough and super personable. Everyone has an amazing attitude and impeccable ‘bedside manners’ and are very professional. Highly recommend this clinic!

I was very impressed by the level of care and professionalism I experienced here. Dr. Janet was wonderful, attentive and communicative.
