Got mine and my 8 yo's cleaning done by the hygienist, Maroofa. She was very focused and did a stellar job with the cleaning. Kept making sure that we are comfortable at all times. Staff is very nice too. Great job all around.

All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I look forward to returning and would definitely recommend DentalZen Pickering location.

Best dental office that I have ever been. They staff is very friendly and professional. The Hyginest Arzoo she is incredible, talented and well experienced. I highly recommend her to everyone. I have only two payments left thank god! This place is awful. They don’t use very good glue to put on brackets (I would know because I have a older son who had braces and myself, at a real orthodontist) when the brackets fall off which is constantly they make you pay $35.this is unheard of at a real orthodontist. They also book wayyyyyy to many appointments so each appt. Is rushed and they ALWAYS say sorry we don’t have time to fix that! Trying to send out my kid today with missing brackets on front teeth. He would have to go to school like that till may 10? !? !? ! (It’s March) cleanings are done in 20 minutes. Do your self a favour and go where they care about the work they preform, not how fast and sloppy and to get you out of the seat fast enough for next patient. They don’t care about quality only money!

From receptionist, to assistant to the Dr, all staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I look forward to returning and would definitely recommend DentalZen Pickering location.

I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. The are terrible- all they care about is money. The secretary is fine. But other than that! Forget it! My oldest daughter was hit on the head by a piece of metal during treatment and there was no apology just again an offer of money back. I then had my second daughter there for braces and was rudely spoken to by a dental hygienist the day of placement for braces and a young female identified as an office manager who didn’t respect the fact I’am a concerned mother with valid questions and no licensing dentist to answer to them, they are more interested in giving me back my money then understanding. She handed me a form for “parents in the operatory “ after the fact. I guess they had issues before and now trying to cover themselves. Remember sadly you get what you pay for! Learned my lesson pay more get better service.

The staff is so friendly and informative! The best dental office I’ve ever been to. I did my invisalign treatment with them, and they made it so pleasant and easy whenever I had to visit.

All the receptionists are super friendly and understanding. They always greet you with a smile. Same with the dentist and the dental assistants.

My teeth shifted after having my braces removed 16 years ago. I went to DentalZen to have this fixed and couldn't be happier. Dr Sadek is great. The office staff are so pleasant. My teeth now look the best they ever have.

Had a great first time experience at DentalZen. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They took the time to listening and address my concerns. I was also very impressed with the procedures put in place for covid. Their texting system is also great to fill out prescreening info and for receiving text reminders. I would highly recommend to a friend or family member looking for a new dental office!

Dr. Sadek is awesome! She's very friendly and professional. She takes the time to talk with you throughout the procedure to ensure you are comfortable.

Good dentist and Hygenists but subpar service when it comes to getting appointments/insurance claims through I have been waiting way to long to get info about removing my wisdom teeth and also about an insurance claim they sent which my insurance keeps telling me they have not recieved. Im fed up playing phone tag I have to follow up with everything with these guys. I have decided to look for a new office as I have felt I have been abandoned by the office.

They are very expensive dental, first time cleaning teeth 250$? They told me new clients 125$with whitening and cleaning! I am really disappointed with DENTALZEN! They are non reasonable price in the city!

My experience at Pickering location is terrible. I took my child to get her braces and service
received at the clinics was not satisfied. I had paid in full for braces and now Im looking for a full refund for the braces. Spoke with manager Raj, she is very rude and does not know how to treat the clients well. Now I’m trying to get my full refund back but have been bounced from the manager to front line office to get the refund. During the consultation they talk are not transparent about the charges.
I will tell everyone who is looking for a new dentals to NEVER go to Dentalzen. As their talk are never transparency and not at all professional in dealing with customer.

I had an excellent experience having my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. It was painless and honestly I didn’t even notice when he pulled each tooth out. Today’s the second day and recovery has been very easy and fast. The staff is always very welcoming and nice.
