I have nothing but praise for DentalZen. For the first time in my life I can smile with confidence, thanks to them. I had given up on my teeth, and I had so many doubts at the beginning, but this turned out to be one of the most fulfilling experiences in my life. I was told that I would be off braces in about 3 years but they took them off within 1 year 9 months. They are amazing people!

Referral is referral. No matter it is a family member or someone we know. I paid 1,390 for my services. Big amout for my insurance. And they even gave me the assurace that as long as i do complete dental exam they will surely give the referral. But now they refused to give it. This is like a scam. I will not recommend this clinic anymore. I will even cancel the future appointments for me and my family.

Better experience so far going good and glad they resolved the issue. Truly appreciate it.

I was happy to see the nice and clean facility. As a new patient I was offered free in-office dental whitening. So, I was quite excited imagining my pearly smile.
The lady doing my dental fillings thought that I am a goat and she is a butcher. She injected my gums without using the topical anesthetic and it was extremely painful especially on the front teeth. Even after going through it the sensitivity of my teeth didn’t improve.
She is very unprofessional and unorganized. She did the whitening after the fillings and burnt my lips. And the cherry on the cake was that the whitening didn’t even improve a single shade. I suspect she used expired bleach on my teeth.
Worst dental experience ever!

Friendly, caring and professional, no delays, no waiting. Dr Zhao found time to see and consult my case on the same day as I called in despite of holidays time.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had.

First of all, cleaning and taking X-rays took about 2 hours. This is done in 1 hour in every dentist I’ve ever been to. You wait for a dental hygienist, then you get put back in the waiting room to wait another 10-15 minutes for the actual dentist.

Next, they don’t know what they book you in for. I booked a complete exam, which they were going to charge me for, but were trying to give me services for their $160 deal. Ie. Trying to give me 2 X-rays when they did a pre determination for my insurance for over 4 X-rays.

Also, these reviews are probably for the $160 deal from the flyer. If you’re actually getting full service with insurance coverage, don’t come here. They also told me I would be fully covered and “there would be zero balance for you to pay when you come. ” Untrue.

I have money remaining for my coverage for the year, and I won’t be spending it here. FYI that promo exists because they probably can’t get customers without it.

I really love the way they dealt with my 4 year old daughter, would definitely recommend this place! Also they are very clean and sterile and that’s good especially in times like this!

The entire team has been always amazing with our family. They are patient with our children and provide excellent care. Thank you Dr Sadek and everyone at Dental Zen.

Professional and caring staff! Will also be bring my 3 kids over from the other dentist that we have been with for 5 years now. Wish I found them sooner.

Staff is very friendly, I went there and needed a root canal and they were very empathetic. Dr. Hao is very thorough and did an excellent job. (not sure if I spelled his name correctly). The people at the front make building a breeze. They definitely live up to their name. ZEN

My daughter got her braces at Dental Zen and everyone there is friendly and patient with all the clients. A big shout out to the girls at reception! You girl's really are the best

Dr. Neda was super nice. I have a bad gag reflex and she kept stopping to let me take a break. I had 6 filling s and a cleaning today. Everyone is very nice in this office

This clinic is always clean and organized with scheduling etc. Front line staff are very friendly. All medical professionals are very knowledgeable.
