I highly recommend this place, they are experienced and they know how to take a great care of their patients, The dental is very clean and you don’t have to wait a lot.also I told the doctor that I have a bad experience with injection, so he give me a good solution for that and He anesthetized me with a wonderful technique without having to inject me with anesthesia.

Highly recommend, I'm totally happy with Dr. Hasanain's experience and excellent service.

Dr. Hasanein is excellent. I've been coming to see him since 2020. I had a broken tooth recently that I went for an emergency. He did the best he could at the time and used a temporary filling. He explained all the options to fix the issue and explained that it will take time. Few days later I called and left a voice mail because i had more questions and Dr. Hasanein called me back and explained and we had a discussion about the options and I chose what works for me and had it done yesterday. He is an amazing doctor and person.

I’ve been visiting this clinic for the past 3 years and I’ve always received excellent service. My doctor took his time cleaning my teeth and also answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable on any routine checkup during pregnancy as well.

I recently started coming here and I have been very happy with my experience so far after 2 visits. It's quite easy to get an appointment, the office is really clean and the staff is friendly & professional. I like that the dentist takes him time to go over every single detail and explains things. I was quite happy with my cleaning and highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a new dentist.

Dentist is an expert. Wonderful patient relations and takes time to educate his patients on their care. Dental assistant was so nice and the hygienist is a former dentist from China so you know you are getting the best of the best. Much appreciated

Dr. Kafaji, is kind and caring. I take my daughter to him for any dental problems. He is quick and performs dental procedure with utmost precision.

I called to book an emergency appointment and although I am a new patient, I got a same day appointment. Dr. Khafaji didn’t have duty in Oakville but still managed to come to the clinic to see me. The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness of the clinic and equipment was outstanding. Dr. Khafaji has an extensive knowledge and took his time to educate me about my problem and what caused it and about the treatment I will need. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them in a very professional way. He explained thoroughly the plan he will follow. Dr. Khafaji also took his time to explain some of the things I was confused about concerning my insurance plan. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Khafaji in particular.

They removed my wisdom teeth, the best customer service and made me feel so safe during the entire process.

I have to say these guys are really fantastic. Nice small office, and they offer everything. They can get you in quickly, explain everything to you very clearly if they find anything-very professional. Would highly recommend giving them a try!

Best dentist in Oakville, I usually avoid visiting dentists but Dr Hasanein made my experience wonderful, he’s very professional and his work is amazing.
The staff are very friendly and they are very organized and on time, minimal (almost none) wait time.

I have been a patient of dr. Khafagi for sometime now, he has been nothing but wonderful and efficient. And so are his assistants. I walk in feeling like I’m at home. It’s a perfect environment and I recommend it to everyone. Location is convenient and office is neat. Very good!

The worst dental experience in my life. If you want your kids or yourself to have a chance of going through a dental trauma then this is the place to go. So unfortunate this dentist is working in our beautiful neighborhood.
I went for emergency exam. The dentist didn’t take any X-ray just asked few questions and did procedure he thought was necessary in a rushed manner. As soon as I went home and the freezing wore of I was in pain 100 times worse then what I initially went in for. Couldn’t sleep at night for days. Called the office to see him consistently for several days and he wasn’t available to see me because he at his other locations.
If I had option of giving this dental office a minus star I would. Keep your kids and yourself far away from this dental clinic.

Dr. Ahmed is one of the most talented dentists also the professionalism and care is very good. The clinic and the team there were very welcoming as well

I went to see Dr. Ahmed Alaulddin Khaleel Karamallah. Worst experience of going to a dentist. Because of pandemic, i just wanted a filling of a decayed tooth. After explaining everything to him, I ended up by paying for a filling of a different tooth (that never required a filling in the first place because it already had a filling and there was no decay as shown by x-rays). I feel he deliberately misguided me taking me for an easy picking. Unprofessional is the word that comes to my mind. I dont know about other dentists at this location. Maybe they are more truthful.

This was my daughter’s first dental appointment, I didn’t expect her to be so happy and confident, thanks to Dr Hasanain who was so kind and professional and gave her such comfort.

I have tried multiple clinics for me and the family in the area of Burlington and Oakville. Once I stepped to Dentist @ Oakville, felt this is the right clinic. Very friendly and professional staff, experience dentist. We’ve been with them since beginning of 2019 and today we are in for a procedure for my 9yo. I highly recommend to you all.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable dentist who takes care of his patients, the staff is very helpful and supportive.
The clinic is clean, sometimes they have music which makes the patient feel relaxed.
