I recently had an extraction and an implant done. I was quite nervous, I under went to procedure with what they call “Conscious sedation”. It was just the best way to go through any type of dental surgery. I would highly recommend it as well as this team at dentistry Casselman. They took great care of me, ensuring I was well before, during and after the procedure.

Amazing service, super kind staff and extremely accommodating and understand. Changed my daughter’s experiences with dentists.

Staff at Casselman dentistry are amazing. From explaining the procedures to the way they interact with patients and amongst themselves, is amazing.

I came to this dentist office after leaving my previous dentist five years ago. I am scared as hell and in the past would require full IV sedation. I was in so much pain because of my teeth that i had no choice but to see a specialist. I was told that Dentisterie Casselman would be able to help me with the oral sedation (gaz) and was a specialist in making people feel comfortable while doing procedures. Well Sylvie took care of me, explained what was going fo happen and that i should not feel anything during the work being done. Well, i can tell you that it went as planned, my teeth are fixed and NO MORE PAIN. On top of that, while I was under sedation, they noticed that two other teeth required fixing. They call my wife to ask permission to fix these two other teeth, while I was already under sedation, in order to save me money (since I would have required another sedation appointment). Top notch team, and appreciation to Sylvie, Cassidy and Hanan! I would highly recommend to all people who are afraid, give them a shot - you will be surprised just like I was.

Last week my daughter complained of pain in her tooth. I called Dentisterie @ Casselman to explain the situation. Sylvie was amazing at listening to my concerns and was able to quickly schedule an appointment to have my daughters tooth repaired the following day. Once we arrived at the dental office, Cassidy explained the procedure to my daughter in words that a child would understand. My daughter was offered laughing gas to help manage pain and anxiety during the procedure, but my daughter was so relaxed that she ended up not even needing it! Dr Taraf was extremely kind and gentle with my daughter and did an excellent job at reassuring me as a parent.

The whole team at Dentisterie @ Casselman is exceptional! They are dedicated and accommodating. If you’re looking for a new dentist, definitely give them a try. You will not be disappointed!

Highly recommend not only this dental clinic but the staff working there. I have never felt so safe and comfortable going to the dentist. I hate needles and pretty much anything pokey but not once did I feel stressed during my visit. The receptionist is kind and took care of me like I was family. I went in because I was experiencing pain near my right molar. During and before my procedure, they explained everything to me. What they were going to do, why, what happened during and what to expect after I left. I was completely taken care of. If you live anywhere near Casselman, do not hesitate to call and book yourself. I'm getting my husband and my toddler switched over to here. I will be going back for a cleaning and for any dental needs I may have. Thank you all.

I wanted to write how my visit with Dr. Taraf and Cassidy was amazing, awesome and life changing, but unfortunately, this does not serve them justice. I think the only way to describe them is Angels (I did not see their wings) but they had to be angels. I had my first (and hopefully) my last Root Canal, something until the day I met them, I could not, would not go through. I could write a novel on how they made me feel comfortable and safe; no worries, no pain and most of all I kept my tooth. Sylvie was amazing how she helped us with the insurance and the paperwork and how her warm welcome helped ease the anxiety. I am sure a god cleaning and check up will be just as anxiety free with Samantha. I cannot thank them enough and for the first time in my life (or 53 years), I can say that I am looking forward to visiting them again and to keep these pearly whites for a long time to come. Thank you, you truly have changed my life, I hope that I can help others like me by referring them to your great care and gentle touch.

Everyone here is very kind. The staff are extremely friendly! The hygienist was gentle and my cleaning was pain free, even pleasant!

What more can be said about this practice besides WOW. We just moved last year and needed a new dentist and boy these guys didn't disappoint. I have a 6 year old that had the most amazing dentist experiences and they were so pleasant to deal with on every level. Keep it up ladies this place is 1 in a million!

First you clutter my mail box with you constant unwanted annoying flyers, now I have to watch you on my YouTube videos? Your aggressive tactics on trying to reach new customers is so annoying, that I pay the extra milage to go outside if the city. Give it up, stop annoying people

Wow! Words cannot even describe how happy we are after every visit! Cassidy was able to get my 4 year old to go in and get two cavities filled without any tears! This is a definite plus as we were even able to get the tools in his mouth the first visit! Thank you so much for all the attention you give to make every visit memorable and a good experience!

From the first time I walked in I felt very welcomed. The staff did a excellent job at keeping me calm and relaxed the whole time I was on the chair. The staff were very good at explaining all the work I needed done and answered all my questions very thoroughly. I even got to watch a movie and curl up in a warm blanket while I waited on the chair and during the procedure. The staff even checked up on me up to two days after the procedure was done to make certain everything was going good.
I highly recommend this dentist office and I will definitely be telling everyone I know about them!

Yesterday was my appointment for a tooth extraction (oral surgery). I was so nervous and a little scared about the surgery after the tooth extraction (graft). In addition, I had an infection prior to the tooth extraction, which caused so much pain.

The dentist was in contact with me since after the first time we met for the tooth issue to make sure that the infection is decreasing prior to the tooth extraction and surgery. Wow! I have to say the team was giving me all the necessary advice (pain killer pills, Dexame and Amoxicillin) to assure all the comfort needed before the appointment yesterday.

Arriving at the dentist yesterday morning, they took the time to talk to me about all the procedures prior to the surgery, especially the after and following the surgery (for the next days). Since I did not have anyone with me, the dentist's office made all the arrangements to make sure I have a rest before I go back home with a Uber.

Do not hesitate to try and become a new patient at the Dentisterie Casselman. It is an amazing team, who really went above and beyond my expectations - THANK YOU to you all team.

The best dental care we have ever experienced! Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and so caring. This accommodating office is run smoothly and efficiently. The wonderful staff made us feel like family from the first time we walked in. These amazing ladies made my son and I feel so comfortable and calm throughout the appointments. The entire process was well explained and our questions answered in great detail. I can not thank them enough for being so sweet to my son. He is no longer afraid of going to the dentist even after getting some teeth pulled, a true testament to the exceptional service we received. I highly recommend them!

First appointment with Sam went great. Staff was very friendly and polite. Will be continuing my services at this location.

This place provided my wife and I the worst experience we have ever had. Don't know how it's got such positive reviews. After a paycheck and nothing else. Don't know how they file with insurance either but a $180 appointment at this place cost me more than a $1000 of work elsewhere. Google needs to make 0 stars an option for places like these.
