The best experience I've had with a dentist! He explained everything thoroughly as he was doing it, which kept my anxiety low. Very nice and funny. His entire staff are also so incredible sweet. 10s across the board!

The absolute best dentist there is.i have terrible anxiety of dentists but this place makes me feel at home.he is very very precise and accurate. Best tooth puller there is. No swelling no pain, managed to pull one of my molers in about 15 seconds from entering my mouth. Fair with you if you have no insurance.

I busted one of my teeth in an accident and was fairly nervous coming in. The staff were very nice, and the doc had me laughing which is hard to do with 2 pairs of hands in your mouth.

2018. The best experience I've had at the dentist. It was my first time there and had a lot of work done, as I haven't been to the dentist in 17yrs. Everyone was very friendly. 100% recommend this place. They even called me the next day to make sure I was ok.

I have been Dr. Shadid for about a 1.1.5 years now.
I had been avoiding going to a dentist for about 4 years after a very traumatic wisdom tooth extraction and resulting damage (took about 9 months to heal from).
I mentioned my very first email that I have really bad anxiety due to this trauma and the staff have all been fantastic with me since day 1! A few tears were shed on my first visits just from nerves, but everyone understood and were comforting.
Dr. Shadid has been amazing with working with me and making sure I feel comfortable, lets me know what's going on and always checks in on me and offers breaks if needed. A world of difference compared to my last dentist!
We were able to get a bunch of fillings fixed and we have just started Invisalign treatment.
I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with all the staff and would highly recommend this practice if you are in need of a dentist that genuinely cares about your comfort and well being.

I went to see Dr. Shadid today for cleaning and general checkup. I was really happy with my results and the hygienist (Cassia) was very nice and did a wonderful job. Dr. Shadid is so nice and professional and he is the best dentist ever. My parents also go see him and always share positive feedback. I will definitely be going back and will bring my daughter for her first checkup.

I have been a patient with Dr. Shadid for about two years. The team were expert and caring in each visit. I recently removed my wisdom teeth, and the team and the doctor made my experience as comfortable as possible. Usually, I don`t like someone to agree with me as a client only to please me or disagree to influence me too much, but to be there and provide their expertise. Each time, the doctor and the team answer my questions and provide as many details as possible. Kudos to the professional team and the expert doctor. Thank you, Sara and Dr. Shadid.

It was a happy accident that I found this place but I couldn't be more pleased that I did. Shout out to Brandy who is amazingly accommodating and Dr. Shadid is just fabulous! No one actually likes going to the dentist but I've appreciated every visit there. Even down to a root canal (which is NOT a good time) he made the experience entertaining and bearable. Grateful I found them. Lucky to be a new patient!

I am not one to write reviews but please DO NOT bring your children here for anything other than routine visits. I was referred by my mother who had nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Shadid and has referred many other adults who have had good experiences. I brought my 6-year-old daughter in and he was pleasant during her initial exam. It turned out she needed 3 extractions and 4 repairs. She was booked in for ONE visit to do all this work and options for sedation were not discussed or recommended.

Dr. Shadid did not tell her that freezing involved a needle and didn’t warn her before giving her the needle. She screamed and cried after the first 2 (out of 4 needed) and refused to open her mouth. He raised his voice at her and told her that she needed to be quiet, she didn’t have a choice and didn’t get to make decisions, and that he was doing it whether she liked it or not. He said that if she didn’t calm down he was sending me away and she was going to have it done without me. He then told me I had 5 minutes to calm her down and left the room. I wanted to leave but convinced myself she was half done and if I could sway her to get the other two needles she’d be frozen and it would be ok. I finally got her calm and he came in and continued to be condescending toward her and also shamed my parenting abilities by using examples of his own. At this point I told him his behavior was unacceptable and his tone and demeanor were not helping the situation and we were going to leave. He changed his tune slightly. She took the other 2 needles without making a sound. He started the extraction process and my daughter was clearly already too traumatized. She screamed while he tried pulling the tooth out. He threatened her with another needle. At this point I couldn’t take it anymore and decided it was time to leave. My daughter was shaking and crying and kept apologizing to me. I also left in tears because the situation was so overwhelming.

This should have never happened. He should have offered to refer her for sedation after her reaction to the first 2 needles instead of repeatedly berating her. Expecting my frightened 6-year-old who has never had dental work to behave and be as compliant as an adult is outrageous. My daughter’s experience has left her traumatized for any future dentist appointments. If Dr. Shadid doesn’t have patience for children, he shouldn’t work with children at all. He has not only lost my business but my friends and family’s business as well.

Absolutely amazing dentist, was able to fit me in for an emergency twice during all this craziness and is extremely kind and helpful, makes me wish I lived closer!

Dr Shadid is by far the nicest and least judgemental dentist I've ever had has had to pull 2 teeth and do root canals and cavities and has always been professional yet very friendly.

Very pleasant experience. The staff are knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend this clinic for children also because the environment is friendly.

Expensive for nothing; messed up my wife's tooth it's now just falling apart. Extracted my son's wisdom teeth, even my son said the guy made many mistakes and every now and then would say oops and just laughing with his young assistant. NO, he's far from being a professional.

With a busy schedule I find it difficult to book any other appointment other than work.
I was way overdue for at the least a cleaning, found sometime, and contacted the office in hope of a fit in.
They obliged!
Not only did I get the best cleansing my teeth ever had, their thorough process found some serious issues, and although I had to adjust my schedule, they were all corrected.
Professional, personable and pleasing.

I've always had a great experience with Dr. Shadid. He is very professional and takes a firm yet understanding approach when it comes to working on children.

I've been going to Dr. Shadi for about 7 years now. Ive always had a ton of anxiety going to the dentist until I started going here. Dr Shadi is an amazing dentist, he and his assistant Sarah have a great ability to make you feel comfortable and confident going into any procedure, which I am sure is not an easy task in their line of work. I highly recommend dentistry at the crossing.

Dr. Shadid is PHENOMENAL! He's so friendly, funny, calming, and he is an absolute GENIUS at his work! I had a horrible dentist 2-3 years ago who completely traumatized me and ever since I started seeing Dr. Shadid it's been nothing short of AMAZING! Definitely the best of THE BEST. Thank you!:)
