Dentistry @ Brockville

Called for a dental emergency on Thursday about my wisdom tooth pain and can’t even get me in till Monday.

Today was my first visit to Dentistry Brockville on Ormond Street. The staff was very professional at the front desk. My hygienist was very good and friendly. The Dentist also looked things over, and repaired a chipped tooth. I would strongly recommend them.

Exceptional service, as always. Dr. Sandhu and Cassandra were extremely friendly and knowledgeable explaining everything that will be happening in my upcoming visits. Highly recommend!

Great staff and experience, they were able to help me at short notice for an emergency over the holidays. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I had a very satisfying experience with Dr. Shaw and his assistant. They were caring and sensitive to my needs.

I don’t like being blindsided by a bill I was told I didn’t have. I took a day off work and was told if I didn’t pay they wouldn’t do any dental work. I have been in before and was told there was no outstanding amount owing. They need to get it together. Considering going somewhere else.

I’ve been quite happy with the staff and clinic as a whole. They have always been able to provide appointments that accommodate my work schedule, and the staff are wonderful to interact with. It feels like visiting friends when I come to the clinic. The staff make what can be an uncomfortable trip to the dentist, an easy going and good experience overall. My appointment was for one thing but I came in with another problem and there was no hesitation to address it immediately. I felt so much better when I left. Great people!

Had a cleaning today with Bailey. It was pain free, quick and well done. She is always very friendly and loves to catch up on our mutual family and friends we have in common. This makes this routine appointment so much more pleasant to look forward to. Thanks Bailey for making my day much brighter.

Only have gone once but they addressed my concerns right away. They were very thorough and the hygienist and dentist both pleasant and worked out a plan for my teeth right away.

I called on Monday August 21,2023 about some minor pain I was experiencing. Received an appointment for Friday (could have had a Wednesday appointment however I had a prior commitment) They called this morning with a cancellation and I was seen at 4 p.m. August 22,2023. Super service by caring individuals and very professional doctor. Thank you!

My husband contacted Dentistry @Brockville when my wisdom tooth was giving me so much grief, I knew I wasn't going to make it another month before my surgery date. They fit me in the next day & pulled it out the same day. Dr. Almufti went above and beyond, the staff were incredibly kind & I felt great. I ended up with dry socket 10 days later & Dr. Shaw was able to see me the next day to clean my socket out & give me clove oil to help build up the protective layer again. There was no charge for the dry socket visit & my mouth feels LOADS better than it did over the 10 days I was healing. Definitely recommend this practice for all your oral care needs!

It's really nice going here. Everyone is very
relaxed and friendly. I chatted with the receptionist before being called in for my appointment. Dentist isn't rushed, he took his time to explain things to me. His assistant was also very easy to talk to. I had no worries about getting my tooth fixed. Great place
