Excellent today, was comfortable the whole time. No soreness. Dentist and assistant were very professional and made sure I was ok. Didn't feel like a dollar sign.

I LOVE this dentist office. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Listen, I live in Barrhaven and I make the drive to Carleton Place, so that should tell you something right there. Everyone is amazing and they are super friendly! If I could give 10 stars, I would. If you are looking for a new dentist office, look no further! Give them a try and you'll be happy you did.

They did an excellent job; my mouth has never felt cleaner. They were professional and non-judgmental despite the fact that's its been a long time since I'd been to a dentist and my mouth was in rough shape. They were also very clear and upfront while discussing what work needed to be done, what was a priority and what the associated cost would be. I highly recommend this clinic

I am fairly new to Carleton Place and chose Dentistry @ Carleton Place after reading many positive reviews. I've now had 3 appointments and have been very happy with my experience. Definitely the least painful filling I have ever had!

Even being for a dentist clinic I've had very pleasant experiences every time. Great reminders of appointments for those of us who tend to forget, friendly front room staff, and knowledgable and caring technicians.

Dr Arora was so friendly, very quick and always checking in with me. Her assistant was very thorough and followed through on my request.

Thank you to everyone at Dentistry @ Carleton Place. My 5 year old daughter had some pesky cavities in her back molars and we were all nervous about it after bad experiences with past dentists. From the first phone call with their admins, I felt relaxed and well taken care of. They are INCREDIBLE here. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The entire team is great with kids and really helped my child to relax during her appointments (and helped me to relax, too!) Plus I felt very confident in the work they did and the advice we were provided. Recommend 100%.

I went in for a cleaning, they were running behind. She did only the bottom teeth and said there was not enough time to finish the cleaning. She did not do any polishing and there was no fluoride treatment like I asked at the beginning as "the cleaning was not finished". Then I was asked when I could come in again to complete the cleaning.
I do not recommend unless you enjoy wasting your time & money.

I have never enjoyed the dentist, but have truly enjoyed my experience here. Dr. Aurora is fantastic - very supportive and always takes the time to explain and provide assurance. I have also received Invisalign treatment through this clinic with great results. Throughout my Invisalign "journey" I had a few emergent items and was usually able to get back into the office within 24-48 hours. The front staff is amazing and so pleasant, very accommodating. I've also had great experiences with all of my hygienists.

On retirement, my wife and I moved to Mississippi lake and needed a new dental provider. We consider ourselves very fortunate to be accepted by Dr. Arora’s team. The care and attention we receive is certainly superior to our previous experiences. Beginning with the front desk team of Kelly and Rose to Joy (hygienist) and Dr. Arora, the level of professionalism and comprehensive (immediate & long term) considerations is impressive. Just recently we learned that two couples we have been good friends with for many years are also clients and are as delighted as we are with their care. I must admit that I now look forward to my appts.for the first time, ever.

Whenever I or my husband have had a problem, we don't have to wait long to have an appt. Dr. Arora is a caring dentist and treats us very well. We appreciate it and want to extend our thanks to her and her staff.
