Pleasant atmosphere and a remarkable staff but my visit on March 2nd felt so relaxed with the new hygienist thank you.

I’ve been going here since i was like 11, i’m 18 now and the dentists always make good conversation with me about school, life, etc.they give me really good advice as well

I have been a patient at for over 25 years. The staff is amazing. Friendly very knowledgeable and welcoming. Service is always top notch. They always have the latest equipment and information so that your dental care is the best anyone can provide.

First time with that particular hygienist and I must say, my experience and appointment was really great

Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Dental assistants and dentists are excellent at what they do and always make you feel welcome.

My experience at Dentistry in Motion was great yesterday I had a wonderful time all the staff are excellent they're very nice and they make you feel welcome they always put a smile on your face even if you have a bad day You're coming out happy and with a smile on your face there service is excellent and there customer service is excellent and also they're doing a fantastic job every keep up the great job that you all are doing excellent we are very grateful that our family found great dentist at Dentistry in Motion they're are excellent.

I've been meaning to write a review of my experience with Dr Jimmy at Dentistry in Motion for a little while now but has taken me a moment because it truly was a life-changing situation for me in so many different ways and I was unable to come up with the words that I felt explained it accurately. I have had terrible anxiety about going to the dentist for as long as I can recall and Dr Jimmy and the staff here truly have made going to the dentist as easy, pain free experience. His "bedside manner" is beyond reassuring and he is truly such a kind soul that I felt at ease every visit I needed to attend and there was a lot I needed in order to get my teeth healthy again. But he took the time and always had extreme patience for me. Most of all, and the biggest impact this experience had on my life is that Dr Jimmy took such skill and artistry that I now feel confident to smile again. This has been a huge impact to my self confidence and overall enjoyment of life. I don't mean to go on or sound overly exaggerating but I write this with all sincerity that Dr Jimmy has been a huge blessing in my life and anyone who gets him as a dentist would be extremely lucky to be under his care. Dr Jimmy, if you see this, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me. I hope nothing but the best for you and your life for your kindness you show to the world.

I felt at this point in my life I needed to do a review for dentistry in motion specifically Dr. Roth. Dr. Rob has been my dentist for over 30 years. He is professional friendly and extremely competent. When I broke my tooth in Jamaica he found a dentist, Educated in Canada, who was able to help me the following day. Talk about service. Another emergency led me to call him in the middle of an away game, a championship baseball game. He took the call and helped me out. Unbelievable! My teeth are one of my best assets all thanks to Dr Rob. Carmen The office manager has always made time for me and einsured that my meds were taken prior to my visit. I’ve had many technicians and dental assistants Who I worked with over the years. Everyone of them has been above average. To say I’ve been satisfied is an understatement. I just won’t go anywhere else. Love love love this place.

Me and my son had the same hygienist, his new and his a good guy at same time very polite and gentle.

I just had a full upper dental implant- Dr Rob and his staff are the greatest- this is where you want to be for your dental issues- oh yeah - man I look good-

Always love going for appointments to dentistry in motion. It’s super clean, very friendly staff all around and most importantly I know I’m in good hands with dr. Colin. Had a crown done and it is so beautiful and it feels great. I felt nothing and it was super quick.

My partner and I have been going to this dentist office for many years. It was very disappointing to receive false information about making payments for their services. They told me that the insurance company has changed the procedure, and we would have to pay upfront in full then they will do direct billing to get my payment reimbursed. This is FALSE! You just lost your loyal customers for life.

Dentistry in Motion is quite exceptional. I am what is referred to as a Fear Patient. But not at this office. Dr Rob Cappell is simply the best! The other staff are all so pleasant and helpful. Everything is so well organized. Very little wait time, very high COVID standards of practice. I am new to the neighborhood and I was nervous about finding a new dentist. I was pleasantly surprised to meet my incredibly positive, energetic, upbeat, intelligent, and very skilled new dentist Dr. Jimmy. Both of the assistants who worked with him, each of the two days I spent there were wonderful. I felt completely safe and well cared for especially in these Covid-19 conditions. Everyone on staff from the front desk throughout the office was highly professional, warm, and helpful. I had to have a total of 8 old fillings replaced and everyone involved made the two marathon experiences fun and interesting. Great dental care, fun music, and fascinating, wide ranging topics of conversation made my hours in the dental seat go by so much more easily. I feel so lucky to have Dr. Jimmy as my new dentist! THE NEW SAFETY FEATURES:
I was blown away by the advanced safety features my favourite Dentists' Office put in place! They remodelled the front office with clear glass partitions that felt very safe and didn't hinder communication at all. They had a fill-out questionnaire before you arrive and take your temperature before your start as well. They keep people socially distant in the lobby and during the appointments. The whole office was spotless, professional and ran like a smooth, well oiled machine.

THE SERVICE:
The cleaning I had was fast, efficient and friendly! The hygienist was new (I think her name was Veronica, or Valerie- sorry for forgetting) but she was excellent and answered every question. I also had a chipped tooth and got it fixed by Dr. Shawn. He was diligent, thoughtful, professional and clearly very knowledgable. He also didn't mind that I giggled through my entire procedure, since that's my unique stress response.

I walked away with a beautiful smile and I am pleased to call Dentistry In Motion my Dentist of choice!

I usually don’t write reviews but it has to be said that Dr. Rob and his team are truly amazing! They have done an incredible job modifying their office to comply with all the new COVID regulations and keeping everyone safe and protected.
Dr. Rob is great - he is very friendly and professional and makes you feel like family. He really takes the time to explain the procedure, every step of the way and even shows you pictures. He did such a great job on my root canal that I was able to go to the beach right after, with minimal pain or discomfort!

We moved in the area and therefore looking for new dentist. Decided to go here and was disappointed with the very first visit. On our previous dentist in Mississauga, they tell us before doing any exams, procedure etc.if it's covered in our insurance or if we have some coverage left for the calendar year. With that in mind, we thought this dental clinic would do the same. To my surprise, they billed me for an exam done that's not due until few months more. They couldn't do anything and even said it's my responsibility to check. This is the only dental clinic that said that to me. So we just decided to pay it and move on. We are never coming back to them. Now we are with a dental clinic at Bathurst and Finch who checks everything for us before doing any procedure. No surprises, just perfect service.

I'd recommend looking somewhere else first before going here.

If it was for them, I wouldn’t have any teeth and would be in so much pain. I follow their instructions and when for full month Inplant
and as my temporary Brooke as I am a deep clencher and am always grinding my teeth.
I am so happy that I have my permanent dentures. I love the feel of them and for the first time in 15 years, I have a smile.

I went for my first appointment a few days ago and it was a great experience. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly. I felt like I had been going there for years. I knew I was in good hands when Dr. Robert Cappell gave me all information possible and answered all my questions with confidence. He was very honest with the state of my teeth and gave me an exact plan of action to give me the results I wanted and as well for the best health outcomes. The staff here are wonderful, pleasant and patient everytime I go in. The office is clean, and quiet. Appointments are booked either online or in person and I always get reminder emails or calls.

I had moved to the area and walked by this office several time so I decided to check them out. The dentist office is beautiful and well kept. Dr. Rob was amazing and gave me great insight on my dental inquires. When it came to cleaning, the hygienist was nice and pleasant but I did not like how she did not finish the job. I was told I had to come back and spend more money to finish the job.and the worst part was they wanted me back within the week. I work during the week so this was upsetting. After the cleaning, they had me sit down with a treatment planner. The lady was very pushy with her recommendations on the type of filling I should get and the costs were outrageous. I left the office feeling very discouraged and taken advantage of. I came from an office that I trusted and here I didn't feel the same. I felt like they just wanted my money.

You will never feel like these folks don't know what you are going through. They relate so well to procedures from cleaning to root canal to fillings and caps, that you get the best treatment and care possible.

Office called to cancel wife treament for a refiling done in the clinic.claiming it is not going to work.
Wife is aching, disappointed.

Even if you guys do not wish to treat a patient that is not acceptable to book and than cancel the appooitment because you had a mind chabge?
Definitly going to be treated in a diffrent clinic!
