I had an excellent experience with Dentistry in Oak Ridges. I have made excellent progress with the dental sleep device. It works for me and my wife is happy too! Its a device I will continue to use every night. When I fall asleep, I don't notice the device like you do with a CPAP machine. The other thing I really appreciated were the appointments. I just had the most amazing dental appointment with Dr. Herzog. I have never met such a kind hearted, caring, very attentive, very thorough dentist like Dr. Herzog. I major anxiety and suffer from panic attacks and Dr. Herzog made sure at all times that I was doing okay and if I needed anything from her. Called in to reschedule a dental cleaning appointment early in the morning and got screamed at over the phone because I asked her the date twice as I didn’t understand her the first time. She then responded in an angry tone saying: well it’s just my accent, what can I say!

Wow… seriously there’s no need for such rudeness with your clients early in the morning at 8: 30am. Do not appreciate that at all!

Great experience at the dentist office today. I had not gone into a dental setting since the start of COVID due to fear and avoidance. Although today I finally went for a cleaning as restrictions are being lifted. I was apprehensive but once I walked in and got checked in and saw all the safety measures in place I felt very comfortable. This is honestly the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Herzog is AMAZING - she is definitely an artist with what she can do! I debated Invisalign for so long and she talked me through the process very honestly and transparently so I knew exactly what to expect and what was expected of me. I am almost at the end of the process and for the first time I am loving my smile! Also their office staff is amazing. If they have an earlier cancellation and they know you’re wanting an earlier appointment, they’ll call you to book you in earlier. I can’t even properly express my gratitude to Natalie with how many times she’s managed to do this for me. And the regular checkups - they’re gentle which is important because there’s nothing worse than someone picking at your gums and being in pain the entire time. I used to hate going to the dentist but now I look forward to it - especially because their chairs have a massage feature! I know, amazing right? ! So what are you waiting for? I recently became a new patient as my current dentist is retiring soon. The office is run very professionally, and the environment is conducive to relaxation. Dr. Herog has filled two of my cavities, and went into great detail before, during and after the procedures to explain what she intended to do, why it was necessary, and the end result. I like the fact that she displays your teeth in close-up detail on the TV monitor in front of you, so that you can understand visually what needs to be done. After the work is completed the tooth is displayed showing the before and after view, side by side, on the monitor. All in all, from the perspective of a new patient, I am happy with this dental practice.

I have been going to Dentistry in Oak Ridges for about 4 years now and I love them. All the staff are kind and make going to the dentist a more comfortable experience all-around. Natalie and Cindy at the front desk are welcoming and take their time with each client – I never feel rushed out the door and they ensure billing is correct. Whenever I call, I feel like they already know it’s me on the phone without having to identify myself:) I went to Dr. Stern for maybe 2.5-3 years, he was great. Very friendly and kind. I decided to switch to Dr. Herzog in August of last year because I was doing the Invisalign treatment and wanted consistency. She is amazing, she takes her time to make sure I am comfortable and explains every step of the process so I leave without any questions and feeling confident. It’s obvious Dr. Herzog loves what she does as well as the clients she interacts with! I am beyond happy with my invisalign results! If you are thinking about getting an Invisalign and are on the fence, definitely do it! Dr. Herzog is meticulous and really wants to see her clients go home happy and smiling! Since Covid-19 began I've been very cautious about the places I would go. I was extremely happy with the protocols to keep staff and patients safe at Dentistry In Oak Ridges. They check temperatures upon arrival, provide sanitizer, disinfect after every patient and installed air scrubbers throughout. They've done a great job ensuring the safety for all, an my next appointment is in 3 months and I have no hesitation in going back.

I always enjoy seeing Dr. Herzog. She is professional, detailed, and does an excellent quality job. She did an amazing job on my teeth with the Invisalign treatment. She always takes the time to answer all my questions and never rushes me out the door.
