Dentistry on Centrepointe- Dr Gurneen Sidhu, Dr Julie Delcorde

Went in for a cleaning. Very friendly and professional. My two girls go here as well and they are very good with kids. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff! They make you feel welcomed and explain everything as they are doing it to put you at ease.

Writing this for both Dr. Sidhu and Dr. Rahbar, who both took excellent care of me in different appointments.
I became a patient of Dentistry on Centrepointe the day before smashing out my two front teeth, and they immediately gave me an appointment to get a tooth filled (which was done excellently), and a quick follow up to get my other tooth removed.
Can't reccomend them enough!

I booked an appointment for my 4 year old daughter. Everyone were awesome, the hygenist was really nice and she has really good relationship with kids. Dr. Julie was professional and caring at the same time so we trusted her right away.

First visit today. Excellent services all round. Welcoming environment, state of the art equipment, kind & friendly personnel. Easy access & ample parking.

Dr. Delcorde is an amazing dentist. She is very skilled and unbelievably kind. She is so understanding about the anxiety I have with going to the dentist and always makes sure I am informed and comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend checking out this great clinic. Every staff member I’ve encountered there has treated me with kindness and professionalism. 10/10!

Very satisfied the clinic promptly looked at my situation and was able to fit me for an appointment the next day. Dr DelCorde stepped in and graciously fixed everything. Love the place!

Excellent experience every time. I won’t take my little kids anywhere else! My son had an appointment today with Dr Sidhu and Miranda; it was a breeze and went smoothly from start to finish. I trust my kids are always receiving the best care and are in great hands with Dr Sidhu and her staff. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this office for young kids. I was encouraged to bring my young kids here, and they said they were able to meet the needs of young clients but I don't think it is accurate. They could not successfully take xrays of young kids since they don't have the equipment for small jaws. They also weren't completely confident when offering reparations for my 5 year old's cavities. They essentially said they would try their best but couldn't guarantee if they could do it or not, depending if she was cooperative. When she went for the appointment she was very cooperative and they said they succeeded in repairing it. 2 month later the reparation fell out and they fixed it again, this time they said they did an even better job.

I decided to bring her to a pediatric dentist clinic after that, because they have the confidence needed to service young patients. Now, just under 2 years later she went for her checkup and they discovered that there was a serious infection in her tooth where they had repaired the cavity, and it now needs to be extracted. This means they did not in fact successfully repair the cavity, even after the second attempt and the assertion to me that it was done really well and nothing to worry about.

The office is fun, and the team is really nice, but it doesn't make much sense to bring your kids there just for an experience, if they can't actually offer the work if they end up getting cavities or what not.

New and clean dentist place. However, I think they are new so they didnt do really good job of cleaning. Both me and my husband are not satisfied with the service they gave us.

Very professional doctor Julie Delcorde and assistant (hygienist?). Doctor took as much efforts and time as was needed to diagnose, treat and give detailed and understandable recommendations. I sent the same day appointment request via their website and was called back very soon to confirm my today’s appointment; then filled all forms online. However, once in the office, they gave me lots of paper forms to fill again… A bit expensive but they deserve it!

It was my first dentist appointment today and the experience was absolutely exceptional. Dr. Sidhu and Miranda both are super friendly and professional. I’ve been coming to this office with my children for close to twenty years, as Dr. Waite specialized with children, and then took our family as patients. Centrepointe Dentistry has always been a place where the staff are amazing, especially the front desk personnel, My interactions with the hygienists have always been pleasant, professional and thorough. The quality of dental care received here had always been exemplary. My recent visit included a cleaning and a dentist checkup was added. I have not had X-rays for the past few years, as I’ve had many other X-rays, and just felt additional exposure to radiation was not necessary as I have had no issues with my teeth for the past few years, and no cavities. Following the cleaning and dental exam, Ms. Sidhu urged me to consider getting my teeth cleaned at a clinic that solely did cleanings, i.e. Elsewhere, and offered to recommend a location. While Ms. Sidhu stated understanding, what she has assessed as a minimalist approach to dental care, admonished me in front of the hygienist, and said “this a dental office” (?), she is accountable to the Canadian college of dentists, and that I needed to get X-rays done on a more frequent basis I absolutely agree regular X-rays are necessary for comprehensive dental assessments, and I am now in a position, and have scheduled this procedure. I left the office somewhat stunned at the redundant comment, and did not immediately book the next appointment. I will be taking the advice to get my teeth cleaned elsewhere, goodness knows it would be difficult to face the hygienist in their office again after this encounter. It was an overall embarrassing and unfortunate experience and my takeaway from the tone was the dentist did want me to continue as a patient. I have dental coverage, and while my teeth may not need attention right now, I expect to need a dentist as I get older.

Always extremely professional and hyper viligent about cleanliness/covid etc. Sad to hear my long time hygienist is moving on; but all staff their have always been excellent.

This is a fantastic dentist and organization! I needed some quick dental work to be done as my regular dentist was unavailable. After explaining my situation Dr Sidhu’s team bent over backwards to get me in. Communication to all of the front end staff was excellent. They were like the Borg…. What I said to one staff seemed to be known to all. They also seemed very interested in making it work for me.

The on-boarding process was extensive but efficient. It was immediately clear they had invested in their infrastructure and the customer experience. I interfaced with 6 or 7 of their staff and each seemed very well trained in customer service. I was in three dental rooms and they were all very well decked out with seemingly new and well maintained equipment.

My experience with Dr Sidhu herself was excellent. She was incredibly patient and empathetic. Between her and her Dental Assistant I must have been asked how about 10 times how I was doing. There was extreme care that I was confortable and not in pain.

The rapport Dr Sidhu had with her staff was excellent demonstrating a lot of mutual respect and genuine affection. It seemed like people truly enjoyed working there.

During the two procedures I had Dr. Sidhu did not rush. She took time to explain everything she was doing and the corresponding rationale. She even showed me pictures of various elements of my procedure. The time she took to ensure my bite was correct demonstrated to me she way more interested and in doing an excellent job than churning through patients.

I highly recommended Dr Sidhu and her team who have set a new bar for dental care and customer experience!

Despite my first unsatisfactory visit with another doctor at the Dentistry on Centrepointe, Dr. Sidhu did a very professional job. She did not quit till she was satisfied that everything is perfect with her work.

I have seen a few excellent dentists in Ottawa over the last 24 years, and Dr. Sidhu is clearly one of them. I am very pleased with her attitude, expertise, and thoroughness.

They run on time, and they work quickly and efficiently. Their COVID protocols are top-notch and I always felt safe. The administrative staff, hygienists and dentists are very personable, especially when it comes to young children. The hours of operation are very convenient as well. I would highly recommend Dentistry on Centrepointe.

As a result of a little research, as well as serendipity, I had my first appointment today at Dentistry on Centrepointe, with Dr. Gurneen Sidhu. In a nutshell, this is the first time, over the span of decades, that I actually enjoyed myself at the dentist! Not only are Dr. Sidhu, and her entire team, highly professional and expert, they are equally warm and compassionate. I was not rushed, and was asked often if I was comfortable. I was made to feel like a human being, not just a patient or client. In addition, their offices are pristine, with every possible protocol in place to ensure the safety of clients, as well as staff. It was such a wonderful experience, that I am looking forward to my next appointment! I cannot recommend Dr. Sidhu, and her team highly enough!

Dr. Sidhu fit me into her busy schedule last minute for an emergency appointment and I was so impressed with the entire experience. Administration got back to me very quickly and efficiently. All staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, too. Dr. Sidhu quickly diagnosed the problem and was very gentle and skillful in her treatment all while showing compassion and congeniality. I would 100% recommend Dentistry on Centrepointe. I feel very lucky to have found this gem!

I had a great experience with my first visit at the clinic. I was nervous as it was my first visit to the dentist after a long time but everyone there was very friendly, welcoming and professional. They are an exceptionally good team!
